Machine Translation Using Open NLP and Rules Based System “English to Marathi Translator”

    Get PDF
This paper presents a proposed system for machine translation of English Interrogative and Assertive sentences to their Marathi counterpart. The system takes simple all English sentences as an input and performs its lexical analysis using parser. Every token produced by parser is searched in the English lexicon using Lexical analysis. If the token is found in then lexicon, its morphological information is preserved. Here we broadly use Open NLP and Rule Based System. Machine Translation is main areas which focusing to Natural Language Processing where translation is done from One Language to Another Language preserving the meaning of the sentence. Big amount of research is being done in this Machine Translation. However, research in Natural Language processing remains highly centralized to the particular source and due to the large variations in the syntactical building of languages

Ant Colony Optimization for Network Aggregation in a Fully Connected Network

    Get PDF
Ants Colony exhibit complex structure called ant streets. We were observed in several situations such as highway or may have placed some obstacle in the way and see ant’s reaction to such disturbances. One of the most surprising behavioral patterns by ants is the ability to find shortest path which is the challenge of today’s computer scientists. Ant Colony Optimization is a probabilistic technique for solving computational problems. This paper explains Ant Colony Optimization is an effective approach for finding a shortest path between two nodes on a network. DOI: 10.17762/ijritcc2321-8169.15067

A review on Person Authentication using Finger Vein Technique

    Get PDF
Biometric system has been actively emerging in various industries and continuing to roll to provide higher security features for access control system. The proposed system simultaneously acquires the finger surface and subsurface features from finger-vein and finger print images. This paper reviews the acquired finger vein and finger texture images are first subjected to pre-processing steps, which extract the region-of-interest (ROI). The enhanced and normalized ROI images employed to extract features and generate matching score. For this I will develop and investigate two new score-level combinations i.e. Gabour filter, Repeated line Tracking and Neural network comparatively evaluate them more popular score-level fusion approaches to ascertain their effectiveness in the proposed system. MATLAB software will be using for proposed work

The aim of the present study is to analyse the contents of National Digital Library. The objectives of the study were to find out the various languages covered, coverage of different subjects in National Digital Library. The study also tried out to find out organizations that have created their institutional repositories and provided links on National Digital Library. NDL is a one stop for all digital resources. The user according to his educational level can choose the learning material. The searches can be refined by choosing different options like type of learning resource, educational degree, file formats, languages etc

Thunderstorms over a tropical Indian station, Minicoy: Role of vertical wind shear

    Get PDF
In this study, an attempt has been made to bring out the observational aspects of vertical wind shear in thunderstorms over Minicoy. Case studies of thunderstorm events have been examined to find out the effect of vertical wind shear and instability on strength and longevity of thunderstorms. Role of vertical wind shear in thunderstorms and its mechanism has been explored in this study. Results reveal that for prolonged thunderstorms high and low instability along with moderate to high vertical wind shear (moderate: 0.003 S-1 vertical wind shear 0.005 S-1 and high: > 0.005 S-1) play a significant role in longevity and strength of thunderstorms. The mechanism of vertical wind shear in thunderstorms was investigated in a few cases of thunderstorm events where the duration of thunderstorm was covered by the radiosonde/rawin ascent observation taken at Minicoy. Empirical model has been developed to classify thunderstorm type and to determine the strength and longevity of thunderstorms. Model validation has been carried out for selected cases. Model could classify thunderstorm type for most of the cases of thunderstorm events over island and coastal stations

USER PERCEPTION OF DSPACE IN PDPU LIBRARY: A CASE

    Get PDF
This paper examines the extent use of DSpace open source software and its adoption and users perceptions among PDPU libraries as an intuitional repository. Two separate questionnaires were used to gather data. 118 users are selected from stratified random sampling technique from total population of 400; questionnaires were shared to 118 users. The findings revealed that 94 responses were obtained. It is a clear sign coming out from this study is that DSpace software is becoming adoptable option to managing digital collections and building digital repository in Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University Libraries, Gandhinagar, and Gujarat. The current research is a descriptive study to evaluate DSpace digital repository open source system among PDPU Library users (Students, faculties, and staff). Through the experimental study analysis the similarities and differences between cases, identifying areas that have direct implementations for DSpace for Digital Repository to be collected from multiple sources, printed and electronic questionnaires. Web based tools for evaluation and analysis have been accepted for the study. This study it is observed that digital repositories (DR) are become formative in PDPU. Now the things have changed and DSpace has become mature and popular than another open source software for managing Institutional repository, in terms of features, DSpace is rich according to users’ perceptions, availability of community supports, and active participation of DSpace development leads make a very strong software

Electricity from Rice Husk A Potential & Eco- friendly Way to Electrify India

    Get PDF
as per reports it can be stated that the energy demanded by India is continuously increasing day-by-day. For the sake of providing energy security the amount of fossil fuels imported is quite high. With this, in fossil fuel there are several components like CO2, SO2 and NOX which presents an adverse effect to the environment. To find an alternative solution to this big problem and arrive to a satisfactory result, re-usable (renewable) energy sources are needed to be developed. In India the Rice is grown in a very large quantity and it holds a considerable rank in exporting to the rest of the countries, here rice husk is a potential source of energy. To produce energy the Rice mills can utilize rice husk produced by them. However, the energy produced must be such that leads minimum damage to the environment. In coal and oil-fired power generation have a lesser amount of SO2 and NOX emission, but higher than for natural gas. In this process the CO2 obtained from combustion of rice husk is taken as zero as it does not contribute to global warming. The CO and dust emissions are comparatively higher than the conventional power production pointing which is required for improving the combustion efficiency of the rice husk power plant. Overall, it suggests that rice husk will be successful feedstock to produce electricity and works well than fossil fuels (basically coal and oil) from the view of environmental emissions. Electrical energy generation of a country determines it’s economic development. Thus to compete other developed countries, India must have more than required electrical generation technique so that it can pace up the developmental process. To get development India has to, make the electricity available to most possible doors

Review on Calotropis Gigantea as a Topically used Plant

    Get PDF
There have been numerous reports of the Asclepiadaceae plant, Calotropis gigantea R.Br, having medicinal and other uses. Plants have been employed as a source of medicinal substances since ancient times. In the indigenous system of medicine, plants are used extensively to treat disease. Traditional medicine makes use of various plant extracts or bioactive substances. This kind of research offers health at a reasonable price. The findings imply that the stem, leaves, and flower's phytochemical qualities can be used to treat a variety of diseases. The nation that produces the most medicinal herbs is India, which is fittingly known as the world's botanical garden. Calotropis gigantea, a member of the Asclepiadaceae/Apocynaceae family, is also referred to as the Crown Flower and has unique therapeutic properties that can be used alone or in conjunction with other medications to treat common disorders. Herbal medicines have a very wide range of medicinal applications. In ayurveda, the entire dried plant is used as a mucus explusor, parasitic worm expeller, and rejuvenator. Leprosy and asthma are treated with its dried root, while vertigo, baldness, hair loss, and rheumatoid arthritis are all treated with its latex. Calotropis is employed for a variety of conventional and homoeopathic treatments. The plant's many parts can be separated and used as medicine to get a variety of benefits
