MAPEAMENTO DAS CAUSAS DE ABSENTEÍSMO DE UMA EMPRESA DE CALL CENTER EM SÃO PAULO

The central theme of this article was to absent causes in a business call center in São Paulo, with the goal of finding out why employees are absent from work activities. Thus, the main objective was to describe the organizational environment of a company's call center and present causes that lead to the remote and faults. For this task it was necessary to perform data collection, quantitative research through the release of data from the company, which made ​​it possible to measure the rate of absenteeism and the most frequent causes, so scaling the reality of the research subject within the determined period. The research presented not only the causes of absenteeism, but also compared the number of employees absent with the amount of disconnections. Other information is to signal the shift of the company with a higher incidence of defaults and arrears, bringing the company the opportunity to intervene in the management structure, providing a higher quality of life for their employees and thereby reducing the rate of absenteeism in their shifts.O tema central deste artigo é sobre às causas de afastamento em uma empresa de Call Center em São Paulo, com objetivo de encontrar o porquê dos funcionários se ausentarem das atividades laborais. Deste modo, buscou-se descrever o ambiente organizacional de uma empresa de Call Center e apresentar causas que levam ao afastamento e faltas. Para esta tarefa foi indispensável realizar o levantamento de dados com uma abordagem de pesquisa do tipo quantitativa por meio do lançamento dos dados que foram obtidos da empresa. Estes dados permitiram mensurar o percentual de absenteísmo e as causas mais frequentes, dimensionando assim a realidade do sujeito de pesquisa dentro do período apurado. Este estudo apresentou não somente as causas dos afastamentos, como também comparou o número de funcionários faltosos com a quantidade de desligamentos. Outra informação relevante obtida com as análises permitiu sinalizar em qual turno da empresa teve maior incidência de faltas e atrasos, trazendo a oportunidade da empresa de intervir em sua estrutura gerencial, propiciando maior qualidade de vida para seus empregados e consequentemente reduzindo o percentual de absenteísmo.&nbsp

Beekeeping in Brazil: A Bibliographic Review

Brazil presents favorable conditions for beekeeping, having a suitable climate; native flowering plants with great potential for the production of honey, pollen, propolis, and royal jelly; and bees adapted to our conditions, tolerant to the main apicultural diseases and highly productive. Through the meliponiculture, the conservation of mainly native forest areas is allowed; therefore, they are the best environments for the creation of native bees and production of by-products of the beehive with quality. The stingless bees are very sensitive to any disturbance due to anthropogenic action. A systematic bibliographical review was carried out in different electronic databases, through descriptors referring to beekeeping in Brazil. The identification of articles and their inclusion occurred between January 2018 and April 2018. The bibliographic research was conducted in the following electronic databases: (1) Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), (2) Public Library of Science (PLOS) Biology, and (3) ScienceDirect. In order to help in the process of standardization of bee products and traceability of the production chain, it was possible to draw a profile of the main bioactive substances of the beehive products of Brazil. It was also possible to relate the benefits of an adequate management of beekeeping and meliponiculture in Brazil

Carreira, mercado de trabalho e as lições de "DonAna" no processo de ensino-aprendizagem e pesquisa em administração

The objective of this research is to investigate the contribution of the theater for the teaching-learning in Administration. Justified, especially for aspects contained in the inseparability between teaching, research and extension, as relevant here. Contextualizes it held against the background of the "DonAna", as a basis for analysis of the dynamics between the lessons shown in this show and the training of students in human resources with a view to reflecting on career, employment and old age. Primary data were collected through in-depth interview with the author / actor of the script; open and semi-structured questionnaire in a survey of experience with 107 students involved in the teaching-learning process with this text, a focus group with 11 students who also seen the play and did exercises in the classroom. The participation of 118 students with all of them came from the training course in Human Resource Administration of a private university from the city of São Paulo. All data were analyzed using analysis of message contents. The results indicate the contribution to the theater to the teaching-learning in Administration in each of the strands: teaching, research and extension.O objetivo geral desta pesquisa é investigar a contribuição do teatro para o processo de ensinoaprendizagem em Administração. Justifica-se, sobretudo, pelos aspectos contidos na indissociabilidade, entre ensino, pesquisa e extensão, aqui considerados relevantes. Contextualiza-se que ela foi realizada à luz do texto de "DonAna", como base para análise da dinâmica entre as lições mostradas nesse espetáculo e a formação dos discentes em recursos humanos, na perspectiva de reflexão sobre carreira, mercado de trabalho e velhice. Os dados primários foram coletados por meio de entrevista em profundidade com o autor/ator da peça; questionário aberto e semiestruturado em uma survey de experiência com 107 discentes envolvidos no processo de ensino-aprendizagem com essa peça; um grupo focal com 11 discentes que também assistiram à peça e fizeram exercícios em sala de aula. A participação desses 118 discentes ocorreu com todos eles oriundos do curso de Administração de Recursos Humanos de uma universidade privada da cidade de São Paulo. Todos esses dados foram analisados pela técnica de análise dos conteúdos das mensagens. Os resultados indicam a contribuição do teatro para o processo de ensinoaprendizagem em Administração em cada uma das vertentes: ensino, pesquisa e extensão
