Colombia se proyecta fuertemente hacia el futuro, respaldado por todo su potencial en los recursos con los que cuenta, esto se dará gracias a la entrada de varios proyectos que están en construcción en estos momentos y algunos otros que están por iniciar. También continúa con la expansión hacia otros países con la construcción de nuevas líneas de transmisión y así poder convertirse en exportador de energía hacia Ecuador, Perú y los países de Centroamérica. Todo está dado para que estemos entre los líderes, solo es aprovechar lo que tenemos y desarrollar apropiadamente las tecnologías ya que somos privilegiados de tener tantos recursos y debemos aprender de los líderes como Brasil y México y algunos países Europeos. Sancocho. Sampling Traditional Colombian Culture

The culminating experience is based in exploring in depth the world of recording engineering and its possibilities to build an innovative bundle (sample pack) that showcases Colombian culture. The main idea behind the bundle musical wise: Provide tools to beat makers and producers that are unique and interesting but that also showcase the beauty and cultural traditions of Colombia. Engineering wise is for it to be very intuitive and that any person new or experienced in beatmaking can make good use of it. Designed to be a very musical pack, the samples will work with each other, this with the purpose of making the creation process more effective without losing the musicality. The pack will be divided in the following categories: One Shots, Loops, Kontakt Instruments, digital synthesizer presets and an audio effect rack. This way it would be possible to play the instruments on all the octaves of your MIDI Keyboard and to change certain dynamic and modulation parameters to taste. Photon Counting Statistics of Classical and Quantum Light Sources

Multiple sources of light, including coherent light, thermal light, light from a degenerate parametric oscillation and resonance fluorescence from a two level coherently driven atom are considered for the analysis of their wait time statistics. We include the second order normalized correlation function and Mandel\u27s Q parameter for brief discussion. A general framework to analyze the generalized conditional and unconditional wait time distributions is also obtained in order to understand the photo-count statistics of the light sources included in this work. Average and variance of wait times with respect to both unconditional and conditional wait time distribution are also obtained and briefly discussed
