    This study aims to examine whether there is influence profitability ratios (ROA, ROE, and NPM) on corporate earings Automotive and Allied Products listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2011-2014. this study uses a survey of secondary data with the company population Automotive and Allied Product listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2011-2014. Criteria used to determine sample using purposive sampling of companies whose shares are actively traded during the year 2011-2014, published financial statements. With this method obtained a sample of 15 companies. The analysis technique used in consisting of normality test, mulcollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity test used asses the validity of the regression equaiton. In addition there is t-test, F, and the coefficient of determination. The result of this study concluded that the t test derived variables, Return on Assets (ROA) has no effect on profit growth, return on equity (ROE) has no effect on the growth of earnings, and Net Profit Margin (NPM) effect on profit growth.     The use of social media in business can be viewed as one of the most popular marketing tools. Social media can influence consumers to buy the product and to make it more prospective than the other marketing channels. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of LINE Official Account of Starbucks on the brand equity. The type of this research is a quantitative research by conveying survey on Starbucks customers who become followers of Starbucks LINE. The samples of research are 100 respondents applying accidental sampling. The method of collecting data is by using questionnaires. The technique of analyzing data is regression technique. The results of research show that marketing communications conducted by LINE official account of Starbucks have significant effect on the brand equity of Starbucks Coffee. The result of regression coefficient shows positive mark which means better marketing communications done by LINE official account of Starbucks can increase the brand equity of Starbucks Coffee. The influence of marketing communications of Starbucks's Line official account to brand equity is 31.2%, while the rest 68.8% is influenced by other variables

    This research is meant to know the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility, Good Corporate Governance, and Financial Performance to the Firm Value.The hyphotesis of this research is Corporate Social Responsibility, Good Corporate Governance, and Financial Performanceare significant influence on the Firm Value. The population of this research is Firm of Sub Sector Cosmetics and Household Utility listed in the Bursa Efek Indonesia for years 2014 until 2016. The method of this research is purposive sampling with some determined criteria, so the sum of sample is 4 firm. The datas was used secondary data from IDX (indonesia Stock Exchange) and Annual Report for year 2014 until 2016. The data was analyz using regression panel datas with EVIEWS7 program. Based the result of the research showed that Corporate Social Responsibility variable and Good Corporate Governance variable have significant influence on the Firm Value, and Financial Performance didn’t has significant influence on the Firm Value

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yang meliputi wawancara dan kuisioner. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan PT. Konimex Sukoharjo yang diperoleh melalui teknik sampling acak. Teknik penguji data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1. Uji instrumen data yang meliputi uji validitas data dan uji reabilitas data, 2. Uji hipotesis meliputi analisis linier berganda, uji F, uji T, dan uji R2, 3. uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan

    Digital marketing is one of the marketing media that is currently in great demand by the public to support various business activities. Digital marketing is an alternative in conducting promotions because it can provide convenience for both sellers and buyers. For the seller (company) it can be easier to market their products at a cost that is easily accessible to consumers, while for consumers it can be easier to get product information so that it has great potential to attract consumer buying interest. Purchase intention is the actual behavior carried out by consumers to buy the same product or service on more than one occasion. This study aims to analyze how digital marketing influences the purchase intention of Mitsubishi Xpander, using a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sample size of the study was 104 respondents who were obtained using a nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. This research was analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS). Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.0 was used to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that Affiliate Marketing and Strategic Partnership, Social Network, Website have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Mitsubishi Xpander and Search Engine Marketing has no effect on buying interest in Mitsubishi Xpander

    ABSTRAK PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN JOB EMBEDDEDNESS TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION (Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan Primkoppol Mapolda Jabar)” Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan job embeddedness terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Primkoppol Mapolda Jabar dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dan sampel sebanyak 49 orang karyawan. Hasil penelitian secara simultan bahwa kompensasi dan job embeddedness terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Primkoppol Mapolda Jabar memberikan pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. Selanjutnya secara parsial bahwa yang dominan mempengaruhi terhadap turnover intention adalah variabel job embeddedness dibandingkan kompensasi

    ABSTRAK Sustainability Reporting merupakan laporan keberlanjutan yang didalamnya terdapat informasi mengenai aspek kinerja ekonomi, kinerja sosial, dan kinerja lingkungan yang diterbitkan oleh suatu perusahaan guna memberikan transparansi kepada para pemangku kepentingan (stakeholder). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja ekonomi, kinerja sosial, dan kinerja lingkungan terhadap profitabilitas dan dampaknya terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan jasa Sektor Keuangan Sub Sektor Bank yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014 – 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 10 perusahaan jasa Sektor Keuangan Sub Sektor Bank yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014 – 2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan analisis data menggunakan model regresi data panel dengan pengolahan data menggunakan alat bantu Eview 11 dan Microsoft Office Excel 2020. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kinerja ekonomi, kinerja sosial, dan kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R-Squared) sebesar 52,17%. Secara parsial kinerja ekonomi, kinerja sosial, dan kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.     Ancient Migratory Events in the Middle East: New Clues from the Y-Chromosome Variation of Modern Iranians

    Knowledge of high resolution Y-chromosome haplogroup diversification within Iran provides important geographic context regarding the spread and compartmentalization of male lineages in the Middle East and southwestern Asia. At present, the Iranian population is characterized by an extraordinary mix of different ethnic groups speaking a variety of Indo-Iranian, Semitic and Turkic languages. Despite these features, only few studies have investigated the multiethnic components of the Iranian gene pool. In this survey 938 Iranian male DNAs belonging to 15 ethnic groups from 14 Iranian provinces were analyzed for 84 Y-chromosome biallelic markers and 10 STRs. The results show an autochthonous but non-homogeneous ancient background mainly composed by J2a sub-clades with different external contributions. The phylogeography of the main haplogroups allowed identifying post-glacial and Neolithic expansions toward western Eurasia but also recent movements towards the Iranian region from western Eurasia (R1b-L23), Central Asia (Q-M25), Asia Minor (J2a-M92) and southern Mesopotamia (J1-Page08). In spite of the presence of important geographic barriers (Zagros and Alborz mountain ranges, and the Dasht-e Kavir and Dash-e Lut deserts) which may have limited gene flow, AMOVA analysis revealed that language, in addition to geography, has played an important role in shaping the nowadays Iranian gene pool. Overall, this study provides a portrait of the Y-chromosomal variation in Iran, useful for depicting a more comprehensive history of the peoples of this area as well as for reconstructing ancient migration routes. In addition, our results evidence the important role of the Iranian plateau as source and recipient of gene flow between culturally and genetically distinct population

    Effect of the G375C and G346E Achondroplasia Mutations on FGFR3 Activation

    Two mutations in FGFR3, G380R and G375C are known to cause achondroplasia, the most common form of human dwarfism. The G380R mutation accounts for 98% of the achondroplasia cases, and thus has been studied extensively. Here we study the effect of the G375C mutation on the phosphorylation and the cross-linking propensity of full-length FGFR3 in HEK 293 cells, and we compare the results to previously published results for the G380R mutant. We observe identical behavior of the two achondroplasia mutants in these experiments, a finding which supports a direct link between the severity of dwarfism phenotypes and the level and mechanism of FGFR3 over-activation. The mutations do not increase the cross-linking propensity of FGFR3, contrary to previous expectations that the achondroplasia mutations stabilize the FGFR3 dimers. Instead, the phosphorylation efficiency within un-liganded FGFR3 dimers is increased, and this increase is likely the underlying cause for pathogenesis in achondroplasia. We further investigate the G346E mutation, which has been reported to cause achondroplasia in one case. We find that this mutation does not increase FGFR3 phosphorylation and decreases FGFR3 cross-linking propensity, a finding which raises questions whether this mutation is indeed a genetic cause for human dwarfism
