Sadržaj i mobilnost mangana u kiselim zemljiŔtima centralne Srbije
The paper gives an overview of many years ivesrigation of Mn status in acid soils of Central Serbia in the term of its content, mobility and availability to cultivated plants. Many studies have shown strongly expressed mobility and high availability of Mn in these soils. However, distribution and mobility of this element among soil layers, in various conditions of oxido ā reduction, moisture and temperatures, were very heterogeneous. The largest presence of Mn in acid soils was in oxide fraction (over 50%).U radu je dat pregled viÅ”egodiÅ”njeg prouÄavanja sadržaja, mobilnosti i pristupaÄnosti mangana u kiselim zemlŃiÅ”tima Centralne Srbije. Brojna istraživanja su pokazala jako izraženu mobilnost i visoku pristupaÄnost Mn u ovim zemljiÅ”tima. TakoÄe, distribucija i mobilnost Mn u zemljiÅ”nim horizontima u razliÄitim oksido-redukcijonim uslovima je bila veoma heterogena. NajveÄe prisustvo Mn u kiselim zemljiÅ”tima je bilo u frakciji oksida (preko 50%)

To ensure safe food production, cultivar-specific traits of winter small
grains were analysed in terms of mineral nutrition in order to determine differences
between small grain (barley, oat and triticale) genotypes in the level of certain heavy
metals (Ni). The kernel of mature small grain plants and their vegetative biomass were
found to contain quite different levels of Ni, depending on genotype properties and
fertilisation systems. Ni content in oat kernel was above toxic levels and cannot be used
for safe food production. Barley and triticale samples complied with quality criteria in
terms of their Ni levels.U cilju proizvodnje zdravstveno bezbedne hrane ispitivane su sortne
specifiÄnosti ozimih strnih žita, u odnosu na mineralnu ishranu, kako bi se ustanovile
meÄusobne razlike genotipova strnih žita (jeÄma, ovsa i tritikalea), u odnosu na
zastupljenost pojedinih teŔkih metala (Ni). Konstatovano je da zrno zrelih biljaka strnih
žita i vegetativna masa imaju veoma razliÄite sadržaje Ni, u zavisnosti od osobina
genotipova i sistema Äubrenja. Sadržaj Ni u zrnu ovsa, bio je iznad toksiÄnih sadržaja i
ne može se koristiti za proizvodnju zdravstveno bezbedne hrane. Sa aspekta sadržaja Ni
u uzorcima jeÄma i tritikalea, možemo zakljuÄiti da ispitivani uzorci zadovoljavaju
kriterijume kvaliteta
Comparison of field performance and fruit quality among newly released Italian June-bearing strawberry cultivars
The aim of this study was to compare newly released June-bearing
strawberry cultivars (āQuickyā, āSandraā, āLoftyā, āNadjaā and āApricaā) in terms of
their phenology, vegetative growth, productivity and fruit quality to identify their
potential for wider cultivation. A field study was conducted in a strawberry
plantation established in July 2020 in double rows on beds covered with black
polyethylene foil (Å id, Serbia). The cultivars were evaluated in 2021ā2022 for their
flowering and ripening time, productivity, plant growth, biometrical and nutritional
fruit traits (soluble solids content ā SSC, total acids ā TAs, vitamin C, total
anthocyanins ā TACY, total phenolics ā TPC and total antioxidant capacity ā TAC).
The cultivar āQuickyā started to ripen earliest, while āApricaā was the latest in both
experimental years. The number of branch crowns per plant was significantly higher
in āSandraā and āLoftyā, whereby āSandraā had also the highest number of leaves per
rosette (41.5) in comparison with the other tested cultivars. The cultivar āApricaā was
superior in terms of productivity (1061 g/plant and 4.67 kg/m2
), fruit weight (29.9 g)
and fruit shape index (1.15). Contrary to this, āNadjaā was the least productive
cultivar (608 g/plant and 2.68 kg/m2). The cultivars āLoftyā and āSandraā showed the
highest SSC values and were also characterized by a considerably high level of TPC
(1.29 mg GAE eq g-1 FW) and TACY (24.4 mg pg-3-g eq 100 g-1 FW), respectively.
Variability among the tested cultivars could serve as an important criterion for the
selection of new high-performing cultivars for a given growing region
Uticaj kalcizacije i Äubrenja na prinos i iskoriÅ”Äavanje azota i fosfora biljkama jeÄma na zemljiÅ”tu tipa pseudoglej
This paper presents the results of studying the influence of liming and fertilization on yield
and utilization of nitrogen and phosphorus in tested genotypes of winter barley grown on soil
(type pseudogley) with low pH values. During the three-year long investigation was carried
out on the field of Agricultural-chemical school "Dr. George Radic" at the place Kraljevo.
The results indicated that the highest effect to yield and coefficient of utilization of N and
P2O5 were obtained by application fertilizer prepared by use of NPK, lime and manure (N-
80 kg ha-1, P2O5 -100 kg ha-1, K2O-80 kg ha-1 + CaCO3-5000 kg ha-1 + manure ā 20000kg ha-
1). On the base of studied parameters the barley cultivar NS565 was more tolerant to adverse
chemical soil characteristics (low pH, low P2O5 content and a high content of mobile Al) and
can be recommended as a suitable genotype for barley production on acid soils, especialy

zemljiŔtu niske pH vrednosti tipa pseudoglej. TrogodiŔnja istraživanja su izvedena u
lokalitetu Kraljeva na imanju Srednje poljoprivredno-hemijske Å”kole "dr ÄorÄe RadiÄ".
Dobijeni rezultati su pokazali da je najveÄi ekekat na prinos i koeficijent iskoriÅ”Äavanja
N i P2O5 iz Äubriva ostvaren kombinovanom upotrebom NPK, kreÄnog i stajskog
Äubriva (80 kg Nha-1, 100 kg P2O5ha-1, 80 kg K2Oha-1+5.0 t CaCO3ha-1+20 tha-1
stajnjaka). Na osnovu prouÄavanih parametara sorta ozimog jeÄma NS 565 je bila
tolerantnija na nepovoljne hemijske karakteristike zemljiŔta (niska pH, nizak sadržaj
P2O5 i visok sadržaj mobilnog Al) i može se preporuÄiti kao pogodan genotip za
proizvodnju jeÄma na kiselim zemljiÅ”tima, naroÄito posle njihove kalcizacije
Uticaj sezone i genotipa na prinos i kvalitet zrna kod ozimih sorti pŔenice
The small-scale trials over two years (2011/12th and 2012/13th), examined the six varieties of winter wheat (Vizija, TakovÄanka, Planeta, Kruna and Perfekta). Studied grain yield (t ha-1), weight of 1000 grains (g) and test weight (kg hl-1). Estimates were statistically significant differences for grain yield between varieties and years. Cultivars Vizija, TakovÄanka and the Planeta have conducted surveys have shown a high degree of adaptability conditions of production of wheat and had a satisfactory yield in the examined vegetation seasons.U mikroogledima tokom dve godine (2011/12.-2012/13.), ispitivano je Å”est sorti ozime pÅ”enice (Vizija, TakovÄanka, Planeta, Kruna i Perfekta). Istraživan je prinos zrna (t ha-1), masa 1000 zrna (gr) i hektolitarska masa (kg hl-1). Procenjene su statistiÄki signifikantne razlike za prinos zrna izmeÄu sorti i godina. Sorte Vizija, TakovÄanka i Planeta su u sprovedenim ispitivanjima pokazale visok stepen adaptabilnosti uslovima proizvodnje pÅ”enice i imale su zadovoljavajuÄi prinos u ispitivanim godinama
Uticaj mineralne ishrane na prinos ozime pŔenice (Triticum aestivum L.)
Investigations were carried out during the 2006/2007 year on stationary field trial, the Center for Small Grains in Kragujevac. The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of mineral nutrition on the yield of winter wheat varieties (Lazarica, TakovÄanka, Kg 56S, Kg 100 i Ana Morava). For these investigations were conducted two experiments (N1-80 kg ha-1 and N2-120 kg ha-1). Analysis of variance indicates very significant effects of cultivar on the grain yield, 1000-grain weight and test weight. Analysis of variance for the impact of nitrogen rates (N1 and N2) on investigated traits was found that doses of nitrogen in combination with NPK fertilizers significantly affected only on grain yield.Istraživanja su izvedena tokom 2006/2007. godine na stacionarnom poljskom ogledu, Centra za strna žita u Kragujevcu. Cilj ovog istraživanja je bio da se ispita uticaj mineralne ishrane na prinos ozime pÅ”enice sorte (Lazarica, TakovÄanka, Kg 56S, Kg 100 i Ana Morava). Za ova istraživanja su izvedena dva ogleda (N1-80 kg ha-1 i N2-120 kg ha-1). Analizaom varijanse je utvrÄen vrlo visoko znaÄajan uticaj sorte na prinos, masu 1000 zrna i hektolitarsku masu. Analizom varijanse za uticaj doze azota (N1 i N2) na ispitivane osobine utvrÄeno je da su doze azota u kombinaciji sa NPK Äubrivima znaÄajno uticale samo na prinos zrna
Varijabilnost prinosa razliÄitih sorti ozimog jeÄma
This paper presents the results of winter barley cultivars (Rekord, Grand, NS 565 and Nonijus). Varieties were grown in the experimental field of Agro-chemical school "Dr. Djordje Radic"-Kraljevo during two growing seasons. By examining the physical properties of grain, Nonijus was achieved the highest average yield in both growing seasons (4.140 t ha-1, 5.706 t ha-1).
The significant difference in the significance between the impact of the year on grain quality in the examined barley varieties was significant for grain yield. The established differences in significance from the point of view of the genotype to the average values of grain yield were statistically not significant.U radu su prikazani rezultati ispitivanja ozimih sorti jeÄma (Rekord, Grand, NS 565 i Nonijus). Sorte su gajene na oglednom polju Poljoprivredno-hemijske Å”kole āDr ÄorÄe RadiÄā-Kraljevo, tokom dve vegetacione sezone. Ispitivanjem fiziÄkih osobina zrna, sorta Nonijus je ostvarila najveÄi proseÄan prinos zrna u obe vegetacijske sezone (4,140 t ha-1; 5,706 t ha-1).
UtvrÄena razlika znaÄajnosti izmeÄu uticaja godine na kvalitet zrna kod ispitivanih sorti jeÄma, bila je znaÄajna za prinos zrna. Ustanovljene razlike znaÄajnosti sa stanoviÅ”ta uticaja genotipa na proseÄne vrednosti prinosa zrna statistiÄki nisu bile signifikantne
Parametri rodnosti razliÄitih sorti jarog jeÄma (Hordeum vulgare L)
This paper presents the results of Kragujevac spring barley varieties (Jadran and
Dunavac). The experiment was conducted at the experimental field of the Center for
Small Grains, Kragujevac during two growing seasons. Investigated the grain yield (t
ha-1), 1000 grain weight (g) and test weight (kg hl-1). By examining the physical
properties of grain, variety Jadran is made slightly larger two-year average grain yield
(3.127 t ha-1). The average value for 1000 kernel weight and test weight in both years
was slightly higher in the variety Dunavac.U radu su prikazani rezultati istraživanja kragujevaÄkih jarih sorti jeÄma
(Jadran i Dunavac). Ogled je postavljen na oglednom polju Centra za strna žita,
Kragujevac tokom dve vegetacijske sezone. Istraživan je prinos zrna, masa 1000 zrna i
hektolitarska masa. ProseÄan prinos zrna u posmatranom dvogodiÅ”njem periodu kretao
se u intervalu od 2,674 t ha-1 do 3,127 t ha-1, dok se vrednost za masu 1000 zrna kretala u intervalu od 44,16 g do 44,48 g. Sorta Jadran je ostvarila neÅ”to veÄi dvogodiÅ”nji
proseÄan prinos zrna (3,127 t ha-1). ProseÄna vrednost za masu 1000 zrna i hektolitarsku masu u obe godine istraživanja bila je neÅ”to veÄa kod sorte Dunavac
