Assessment of the nutritional value and environmental safety of mareβs milk and kumis
The research is devoted to determining the safety of mareβs milk and fermented milk drink Β«KumisΒ». As you know, mareβs milk contains proteins such as lactoferrin, alpha- and betalactalbumin, immunoglobulin, lysozyme, serum albumin. At the same time, the body immune system includes lysozyme and lactoferrin, which are involved in protecting it from the effects of pathogenic bacteria, since they destroy them both in the milk itself and in the human digestive system. In addition, mareβs milk differs in the composition of a number of minerals, vitamins and enzymes. It has been established that kumis has a mass fraction of fat of 2.00%, of total proteins β 2.38% and carbohydrates β 5.92%. According to the data on the amino acid score of kumis, the limiting amino acids are valine, isoleucine, methionine, threonine, phenylalanine, while the indicators of the ideal protein exceed those of the FAO / WHO from 13.4 to 28.3%. It has been established that mareβs milk and kumis contain a large amount of vitamins (A, E, C, B1, B2), which ensure the normal course of biochemical and physiological processes in the human body. In the process of the research, it has been found that in the experimental samples of mareβs milk and kumis, the presence of heavy metals and pesticides has not been detected, and the content of radionuclides in the studied dairy products is in trace amounts and does not exceed the MPC values. Mareβs milk and fermented milk drink kumis meet the requirements of TR CU 021/2011 ««On the safety of food products»» and TR CU 033/2013 Β«On the safety of milk and dairy productsΒ». It can be seen that the introduction of products based on mareβs milk into the industry of specialized, dietary and preventive nutrition is very promising and relevant

Inclusive economic growth through employment and income: Experience of the Russian Federation
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all areas of society. Among the most tangible consequences of the Β«coronacrisisΒ» in Russia, one can single out a decrease in the number of employed people and a drop in incomes of the population in 2020. The high speed of the spread of the coronavirus has determined the need for the introduction of prompt measures to combat COVID-19, as well as supportive measures for both the population and businesses. Despite the scale and breadth of the measures of state support implemented in 2020, the question of methods for assessing their effectiveness is acute. The purpose of the study is to assess the inclusiveness of economic growth in the Russian Federation in the context of COVID-19 in the areas of state support for employment and income of the population. The following hypotheses are being tested: 1) the inclusiveness of economic growth in terms of employment and income of the population has decreased in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic; 2) measures of state support for employment and incomes of the population made it possible to mitigate the drop in the value of the inclusiveness of economic growth. A new approach to analyze the effectiveness of public policy measures is suggested, on the basis of the author's dynamic approach to assessing the inclusiveness of economic growth. The proposed methodological approach is being tested for the case of analysis of the effect of state support measures in Russia in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic on employment and incomes of the population. The increase in state welfare funding in 2020 compared to the modeled value made it possible to reduce the level of decline in the inclusiveness of economic growth (by 0.16 points), as a result of which this indicator in the areas of employment and income of the population decreased in 2020 by only 0.11 points. The results indicate relative effectiveness of the support measures adopted by the government that showed in mitigating the pandemic-induced fall in the inclusiveness of economic growth in 2020. The hypotheses under study were confirmed. The practical significance of this study lies in the proposal of a new dynamic approach to assessing the inclusiveness of economic growth, which can be used as a tool for assessing the effectiveness of the state policy pursued both at the federal and regional levels.ΠΠ°Π½Π΄Π΅ΠΌΠΈΡ COVID-19 ΠΊΠΎΡΠ½ΡΠ»Π°ΡΡ Π²ΡΠ΅Ρ

A bi-directional relationship between obesity and health-related quality of life : evidence from the longitudinal AusDiab study
Objective: To assess the prospective relationship between obesity and health-related quality of life, including a novel assessment of the impact of health-related quality of life on weight gain.Design and setting: Longitudinal, national, population-based Australian Diabetes, Obesity and Lifestyle (AusDiab) study, with surveys conducted in 1999/2000 and 2004/2005.Participants: A total of 5985 men and women aged 25 years at study entry.Main outcome measure(s): At both time points, height, weight and waist circumference were measured and self-report data on health-related quality of life from the SF-36 questionnaire were obtained. Cross-sectional and bi-directional, prospective associations between obesity categories and health-related quality of life were assessed. Results: Higher body mass index (BMI) at baseline was associated with deterioration in health-related quality of life over 5 years for seven of the eight health-related quality of life domains in women (all P0.01, with the exception of mental health, P>0.05), and six out of eight in men (all P<0.05, with the exception of role-emotional, P=0.055, and mental health, P>0.05). Each of the quality-of-life domains related to mental health as well as the mental component summary were inversely associated with BMI change (all P<0.0001 for women and P0.01 for men), with the exception of vitality, which was significant in women only (P=0.008). For the physical domains, change in BMI was inversely associated with baseline general health in women only (P=0.023).Conclusions: Obesity was associated with a deterioration in health-related quality of life (including both physical and mental health domains) in this cohort of Australian adults followed over 5 years. Health-related quality of life was also a predictor of weight gain over 5 years, indicating a bi-directional association between obesity and health-related quality of life. The identification of those with poor health-related quality of life may be important in assessing the risk of future weight gain, and a focus on health-related quality of life may be beneficial in weight management strategies.<br /

Oxidizing agents in metal-catalyzed and metal-free C-H functionalization of heteroarenes
Oxidative C-H functionalization represents a crucial method to make new C-C, C-X (X = heteroatom) bonds. An optimal selection of the oxidizing agent goes hand in hand with the insight into the reaction mechanism. This review covers recent advances in methods of direct oxidative C-H functionalization of azines and their derivatives with heteroaromatic nucleophiles. Also we review the data on application of inorganic and organic oxidants for implementation of these reactions. C-H functionalizations under electrochemical and photocatalytic oxidation conditions are included as well.
