Crystal structure and conductivity of bismuth-containing complex oxides

In the paper, a comprehensive systematic study of different classes of bismuth containing oxide compounds was carried out. The relationship between composition, temperature and concentration regions of existence of stable, specific structure and properties of solid solutions on the basis of vanadates, molybdates, niobates and bismuth was found. The general regularities of synthesis of solid solutions with different variants of solid-phase and soluble methods were determined. On this basis, the optimal conditions for obtaining single-phase materials were formulated. For the first time the temperature and concentration boundaries of the regions of homogeneity and areas of stable existence of polymorphic modifications of solid solutions were defined and/or refined. The structural parameters of the synthesized phases were determined. By the method of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy the nature and features of impedance spectra, the temperature and concentration dependences of electrical conductivity of ceramic materials based on bismuth containing complex oxides were identified

Occasional Collocations in P. B. Shelley’s Poem “Ginevra”

The article is devoted to functional-semantic analysis of occasional collocations in P. B. Shelley’s poem “Ginevra.” The study is carried out in the framework of combinatorial linguistics, which studies the combinatorial and syntagmatic properties of language units. The relevance of the work is associated with the study of atypical, non-usual phrases, which have a rich semantic potential, so that they are a valuable linguistic tool in the creation of artistic and poetic works. The lexical meaning of such units is not fixed in dictionaries and can be defined only within a certain context. The purpose of this article is to reveal the semantics and functions of occasional collocations in P. B. Shelley’s poem “Ginevra” by means of functional-semantic analysis. Occasional collocations are defined as non-normative combinatorially conditioned, individual-author combinations of words formed on the basis of intentional violation of lexico-semantic compatibility, created by the author once to perform functional and expressive tasks within a particular work. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to study the concept of “occasional collocation,” to identify ways of formation of occasional units and their functional purpose through a comprehensive method of research - functional-semantic analysis

Materials based on BIFEVOX and bismuth or iron simple oxides nanopowders

Received: 22.09.2017; accepted: 17.10.2017; published: 20.10.2017.Compositions of composite materials based on BIFEVOX and nanopowders of bismuth and iron oxides have been obtained. The absence of chemical interaction between the components has been proved, the total electrical conductivity of materials in the average temperature region has been determined. It has been shown that under the selected formation conditions, it has not yet been possible to achieve significant improvement of the functional characteristics of heterogeneous compositions in comparison with individual phases. However positive results on chemical and structural stability give way to further investigations. The work was partially supported by the Scholarship of the President (SP-3376.2016.1) and Russian Foundation for Basic Research (project No 17-53-04098)

Structure, thermal stability and electrical conductivity of BINBVOX

Materials based on BINBVOX compounds that are stable within wide concentration and temperature ranges have been synthesized. Refinement of the crystal structure of different BINBVOX modifications obtained at different temperatures and partial oxygen pressures has been carried out. The most promising solid solutions have been identified according to the linear dependence of the total electric conductivity on temperature and its independence on partial oxygen pressure. © 2013 Elsevier B.V

© 2015, Mediterranean Center of Social and Educational Research. All rights reserved. The relevance of the investigated problem is due to insufficient knowledge about the impact of parent-child relationship features on the development of the adequate teenager gender identity. The purpose of the article is to study the effect of the family socialization on the formation of gender features of modern teenagers. The leading approach to the study of this problem is the system-activity approach. In the course of empirical study it was found that the formation of masculine features of modern teenagers during the family socialization is associated with a positive attitude on the part of the father, and the formation of feminine traits is due to a positive attitude on the part of the mother and too rigid and inconsistent attitude on the part of the father. The article’s materials may be useful for psychologists, teaching staff, social workers

Organization of rational and environmentally sound use of forest resources, taking into account the economic factor on the example of the Kartopsky forestry of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug (Yugra)

Balanced ecological and economic development is possible only with the development and implementation of a single comprehensive program for the use of natural resources, taking into account the need for environmental protection, restoration of natural resources, restoration and production of flora and fauna resources. The scale of the impact of anthropogenic factors has not yet been fully assessed, however, it can be said with confidence that the environmental losses that nature incurs from all types of negative impact on the environment significantly exceed the currently calculated economic losses

    ELECTRICAL AND MAGNETIC PROPERTIES OF HEUSLER ALLOYS Ni47-xMn42+xIn11 (x = 0, 1, 2)

The electrical and magnetic properties of Ni47-xMn42+xIn11 (x = 0, 1, 2) Heusler alloys were studied. These alloys with a giant magnetocaloric effect (MCE) are of great scientific and practical interest due to their potential application in a field of magnetic refrigeration.

Magnetic resonances in EuSn2_2As2_2 single crystal

In this work, we report the broad-band ferromagnetic resonance spectroscopy of EuSn2_2As2_2 single crystals at different temperatures in combination with magnetization measurements and structural characterization. We observe conventional collective acoustic resonance mode of the A-type antiferromagnetic spin-flop phase in the Eu sub-lattice, and its transition to the paramagnetic resonance above the ordering temperature. Furthermore, we observe reproducibly additional well-defined spectral line. The origin of the additional line remains unclear. However, its temperature dependence attributes it to magnetism in the Eu sub-lattice.Comment: 6 pages, 4 figures, 34 reference
