    This research is motivated by the number of agreements made that are not based on the prevailing norms, the result of the non-conformity makes the agreement a formal and material defect, thus the agreement is considered invalid. In this study, the focus is on the Mortgage agreement as collateral for a credit agreement where in order to be used as the basis for a legal relationship, the agreement must be in accordance with applicable norms. In addition, this research also discusses the settlement of defaults, especially bad debts that usually occur. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine whether the Mortgage Agreement for credit guarantees is in accordance with applicable regulations in Indonesia or not, and to find out the settlement of bad credit with guarantees of Mortgage Rights. The research method used is a normative juridical research method. The type of research used is descriptive legal research. From the results of research, everything and procedures from the settlement and implementation of the Mortgage agreement to be used as collateral. Credit agreements use two laws, namely, Law Number 4 of 1996 concerning Mortgage Rights on Land and objects related to land and also Act Number 10 of 1998 concerning Banking.     Interaction model between quercetin (3,5,7,3p,4p-pentahidroxiflavone) and human shock thermic factor (HFS)

    INTRODUCTION. The expression of the HSP stress inducted are regulated by the Shock Thermic Factor (HSF), that exists in an inactive form as a monomer and when it becomes a trimer can make a bind to DNA activating the HSP transcription. OBJECTIVE. Design a computational model that helps elucidate possible interactions between quercetin fl avonoid and proteins such as HSF-1. METHODOLOGY. To observe how the quercetin possibly affects the timerization of HFS, we make an homology model of the human shock factor (HFS-1), obtaining a high structural homology model with the same protein in Kluyveromyces lactis, this model was used to make docking with the fl avonoid quercetin ( 3,5,7,3p,4p-pentahidroxifl avone). RESULTS AND CONCLUSION. The doking result shows that the quercetin docks to a loop (wing), that is important in the protein-protein interaction, possibly affecting they’re trimerization

    Vibrationally Induced Dissociation of Sulfuric Acid (Hâ‚‚SOâ‚„)

    One of the important reactive steps in Earth’s atmosphere is the decomposition of H2SO4 to H2O and SO3. However, because the UV spectrum of H2SO4 was not found up to 140 nm, alternative mechanisms, including vibrationally induced dissociation, were proposed. Using adiabatic reactive molecular dynamics (ARMD) simulations with validated force fields for the product and educt channels, it is shown through explicit atomistic simulation that by exciting the ν9 (OH-stretching-) mode, photodissociation can occur on the picosecond time scale. With the potential energy surfaces used in the present work, ν9 = 4 is sufficient for this process. From a statistically significant number of trajectories (several thousands), vibrationally induced dissociation times are found to follow Gamma-distributions with most likely reaction times between 40 and 200 ps by depositing energies ranging from 40 to 60 kcal/mol, corresponding to 4 and 6 vibrational quanta in the OH stretching vibration. Because ARMD simulations allow multiple and long-time simulations, both nonstatistical, impulsive H-transfer and statistical, IVR-regimes of the decomposition reaction can be discussed in detail at an atomistic level

    Molecular orbital differentiation of agonist and antagonist activity in the Glycine_B-iGluR-NMDA receptor

    We present various molecular electronic descriptors of agonists and antagonists for Glycine_B-iGluR-NMDA receptor with a view to identify computational measures that help differentiate between these two classes of biologically active compounds. We use as reference the glycine site in the NR1 subunit of the NMDA receptor (Glycine_B-iGluR-NMDA). GlycineB-iGluR-NMDA receptor is important in learning and memory, and it is involved in various neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer, Parkinson, and Huntington as well as in neuropathies such as schizophrenia and depression. We carried out quantum calculations at two levels, (1) B3LYP Density Functional (6-311G**), and (2) PM3 Hamiltonian for 168 molecules, of which 22 are agonists and 146 are antagonists. Regardless of the quantum mechanical level used we found a consistent signature of agonists versus antagonist action, the energy of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO). Effective differentiation of agonists and antagonists by a single molecular descriptor is seldom seen. We present a plausible electronic structure argument to rationalize these results

    This research was done from there have been many changes both in makeup and Fashion that used bride in procession of marriage at Koto Tangah Padang. Where the bride's clothes that used to be red can be replaced with various colors. For kodek / lambak / sarong do not use songket anymore but velvet fabric which is adjusted to the color of the wedding dress and then in add the tail of the long cloth resembles the selayar at the Western wedding. This research was conducted with the aim to describe bridal makeup in District Koto Tangah Padang, West Sumatra. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection in this research is done by using interview technique, observation, documentation recording, and photo. The results showed the results as follows: 1) The results of bridal makeup in Kecamatan Koto Tangah Padang is no different from Minangkabau bride makeup in general. 2) The form of clothing used by the bride in Koto Tangah Padang is not different from Minangkabau wedding dress in general. 3) The difference of Fashion and bridal accessories in the past (before 2000) and currently lies from the modifications made by the wedding and customer wishes

    The foundation of education greatly contributes to learning, especially in achieving the learning objectives to be achieved. Based on the needs of students using teaching resources, then a meta-analysis of the implementation of educational science foundation on the development of teaching materials in learning physics in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This meta analysis uses descriptive methods. The purpose of this analysis meta to observe the educational foundation that has been found in selected journals as many as 20 journals. The data in this study were obtained from the analysis of each journal and strengthened by existing theories. The data analysis technique uses descriptive percentages. The results of the meta-analysis are as follows. Application of religious foundation with a percentage of 10% (not good), constitutional basis 50% (less), philosophical foundation 5% (not good), psychological foundation 50% (not good), social foundation 25% (not good), cultural and anthropological 20% (not good), and 80% of science and technology application (enough). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of educational science foundation in the development of teaching materials is still in the bad category

    This research was conducted to analyze the use of Inquiry Based Learning (IBL) models in physics learning in Indonesia. This research method is quantitative descriptive. Reports on the results of this study serve as research subjects. This research method is a meta-analysis with a sample of 10 in national journals. The results showed that the Inquiry Based Learning (IBL) model was implemented through the use of textbooks with a scientific approach and student worksheets so as to improve students' skills well. This meta-analysis research shows that the Inquiry Based Learning (IBL) model is suitable for increasing students' competence in physics learning with effective criteria. so, the learning model can have a good influence on the learning outcomes of physic
