Insurance is an area that affects all areas of economics - businesses and citizens, too. The aim of this paper is to analyze the processes of customer requirements processing through GAP model in insurance. This model reveals the single critical points where gaps can arise among the requirements of customers and their understanding from the view of management in the process of creation and providing of services. An attention is paid to the issue of internal and external communication, too. Whereas, insurance are purely intangible services, communication has a direct impact on the perception and evaluation of quality of service from the side of customers. This can be reflected in the final quality perception as a certain level of customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.Analiza procesów w zakresie ubezpieczeń na podstawie modelu GAP zarządzania jakością. Ubezpieczenia wpływają na wszystkie obszary, ekonomiczne, businessowe oraz obywatelskie. Celem pracy jest analiza przetwarzania wymagań klienckich na bazie modelu GAP w ubezpieczeniach. Model wykazuje punkty krytyczne pomiędzy wymaganiami klientów i ich rozumieniem przez proces wytwarzania i udostępniania usług. Zwrócono także uwagę na procesy wewnętrzej i zewnętrzej komunikacji. Mając na uwadze, że ubezpieczenia mają charakter usług niematerialnych , komunikacja ma bezpośredni wpływ na postrzeganie i ocenę jakości usługi ze strony klientów. Może to znaleźć odzwierciedlenie w końcowym postrzeganiu jakości jako pewnego poziomu satysfakcji lub niezadowolenia klienta

Pomiar i ocena jakości usług na bazie zadowolenia klienta

The article deals with the measurement and evaluation of quality of service through the define criteria. These criteria characterize the important areas for customer in the frame of providing of service and have a direct impact on the overall perception of quality from the view of customer. The measurement was carried out through questionnaires with 5-point Likert scale evaluation. Due to the fact that the customer is the person, who decides on the success of the enterprise on the market, based on his satisfaction, respectively dissatisfaction, the research results are important basis for management - for the decision-making process or for processes, which can improve the quality of services.Pomiar i ocena jakości usług na bazie zadowolenia klienta. Pomiary przeprowadzono za pomocą kwestionariusza w 5 -punktowej skali Likerta. Ze względu na fakt, że klient jest osobą, która decyduje o sukcesie przedsiębiorstwa na rynku, w oparciu o jego zadowolenie bądź niezadowolenie, wyniki badań są ważne dla gospodarki - w działaniach które mogą poprawić jakość usług

Ferroelectric phase transitions induced by a strain gradient

Abstract In perovskite oxide ferroelectrics, gradients of lattice strain are known to induce nanoscale topological structures, leading to novel or enhanced functionality. Here, we experimentally detect and theoretically analyze thickness distribution of structural properties in epitaxial Pb0.5 Sr0.5 TiO3 films grown on (001) SrTiO3 substrates. We show that the relaxation of substrate-imposed stress produces a strain gradient, which leads to the formation of distinct ferroelectric phases as a function of distance from the film-substrate interface within the same film. Charge carriers trapped at phase boundaries stabilize the induced phases and manifest themselves under electric field. Crosstalk between the phases, where polarization may rotate in one phase and invert in the other one, opens perspectives for advanced ferroelectric thin film devices
