The impact of the Congo River and its tributaries on the rodent genus **Praomys** : speciation origin or range expansion limit?
Figure 3. Canonical analysis revealing the presence of Praomys mutoni, Praomys misonnei, and Praomys lukolelae in the region of Kisangani, and that also illustrates that P. mutoni is craniometrically similar on both banks of the Congo River (dashed line, P. mutoni right-bank operational taxonomical unit, OTU). The percentage of individuals correctly classified by the canonical analysis in the OTU is given in the header, together with the number of individuals correctly classified out of the total number of individuals. The genetic clade is indicated if specimens within the OTU were sequenced. Ellipses represent 95%.Published as part of Kennis, Jan, Nicolas, Violaine, Hulselmans, Jan, Katuala, Pionus G.
