On Quantization of Time-Dependent Systems with Constraints

The Dirac method of canonical quantization of theories with second class constraints has to be modified if the constraints depend on time explicitly. A solution of the problem was given by Gitman and Tyutin. In the present work we propose an independent way to derive the rules of quantization for these systems, starting from physical equivalent theory with trivial non-stationarity.Comment: 4 page

The opinion of the working population on the organization and quality of preventive examinations

In order to develop a system of measures to improve the quality of preventive medical examinations (PMO) of working urban population in 2017 on the basis of 3 polyclinics of Makhachkala, a study was conducted to study the opinion about the quality of preventive examinations among the working population. A survey was conducted and 675 questionnaires were statistically processed to study the opinion of the working population to preventive medical examinations. As a result of the analysis of the sociological survey data, the main reasons for the dissatisfaction of the population with outpatient care were identified: low equipment of medical and diagnostic equipment, the lack of doctors of narrow specialties, insufficient qualification of doctors, irrational schedule and mode of operation, queues to doctors and auxiliary rooms, inattention, non-tactful attitude of medical staff to patients, etc.В целях разработки системы мероприятий по повышению качества профилактических медицинских осмотров (ПМО) работающего городского населения в 2017 году на базе 3 поликлиник г. Махачкала было проведено исследование по изучению мнения о качестве профилактических осмотров среди работающего населения. Проведен опрос и статистически обработан 675 анкет изучения мнения работающего населения к профилактическим медицинским осмотрам. В результате анализа данных социологического опроса выявлены основные причины неудовлетворенности населения амбулаторно-поликлинической помощью: низкая оснащенность лечебно-диагностической аппаратурой, отсутствие врачей узких специальностей, недостаточная квалификация врачей, нерациональный график и режим работы, очереди к врачам и во вспомогательные кабинеты, невнимательность, нетактичное отношение медперсонала к пациентам и др

Prevention and treatment of purulent inflammatory complications after surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

520 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were under medical observation. In the main group (260 patients) the extrauterina adenomectomy was conducted with a semi-cylindrical scalpel to preserve the prostatic part of urethra and using antibiotics, which were injected into the location of adenoma through ductus deferens, in postoperative period. The preservation of prostatic urethra provide less hemorrhage and reduction of possible complications of surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPM).ln control group (260 patients) traditional treatment – adenomectomy of Fedorov-Freyer was conducted. In the main group the stricture of the urethra was developed in 8 (3.1%) patients, the bladder neck sclerosis was developed in 4 (1,5%) patients, the enuresis was developed in 3 (1,1%) patients. In control group the stricture of the urethra was revealed in 15 (5,76%) patients, the enuresis was revealed in 11 (4,23%) patients, the bladder neck sclerosis was revealed in 18 (6,92%) patients.Под наблюдением находилось 520 больных с аденомой простаты. В основной группе (260 пациентов) проведена экстрауретральная аденомзктомия, выполненная полуцилиндрическим скальпелем с сохранением простатического отдела уретры и применением в послеоперационном периоде антибиотиков, введенных в ложе аденомы через ductus defferens. Сохранение простатической уретры обеспечивает меньшую кровоточивость и снижение количества возможных осложнений хирургического лечения аденомы предстательной железы (АПЖ). Контрольной группе (260 больных) проводилось традиционное лечение - аденомзктомия по Федорову-Фрейеру. У больных основной группы стриктура уретры развилась у 8 (3,1%) пациентов, склероз шейки мочевого пузыря у 4-х (1,5%), недержание мочи у 3-х (1,1%). В контрольной группе были выявлены у 15 (5,76%) пациентов стриктура уретры, недержание мочи у 11 (4,23%) склероз шейки мочевого пузыря 18 (6,92%)

Application of "Mitomycin" preparation in experiment with the purpose of studying its impact on the cutting process in the wall of the laboratory animal wrinkling channel

The stricture of the urethra remains a complex issue of operative urology at the present stage of development of this specialty. Our work is devoted to one of the methods of anti-relapse therapy - the use of cytotoxic drugs. The experiment shows the effect of the drug "Mitomycin" on the scar process in the mucous urethra of rabbits. It was proved that the cicatricial process in the urethra is less pronounced in the submucosal administration of the drug "Mitomycin".Стриктура уретры остается сложным вопросом оперативной урологии на современном этапе развития данной специальности. Наша работа посвящена одному из методов противорецидивной терапии – применению цитостатических препаратов. В эксперименте показано действие препарата «Митомицин» на рубцовый процесс в слизистой уретры кроликов. Было доказано, что рубцовый процесс в уретре имеет менее выраженный характер при подслизистом введении препарата «Митомицин»

Electronic properties and phase transitions in low-dimensional semiconductors

We present the first review of the current state of the literature on electronic properties and phase transitions in TlX and TlMX2 (M = Ga, In; X = Se, S, Te) compounds. These chalcogenides belong to a family of the low-dimensional semiconductors possessing chain or layered structure. They are of significant interest because of their highly anisotropic properties, semi- and photoconductivity, non-linear effects in their I-V characteristics (including a region of negative differential resistance), switching and memory effects, second harmonic optical generation, relaxor behavior and potential applications for optoelectronic devices. We review the crystal structure of TlX and TlMX2 compounds, their transport properties under ambient conditions, experimental and theoretical studies of the electronic structure, transport properties and semiconductor-metal phase transitions under high pressure, and sequences of temperature-induced structural phase transitions with intermediate incommensurate states. Electronic nature of the ferroelectric phase transitions in the above-mentioned compounds, as well as relaxor behavior, nanodomains and possible occurrence of quantum dots in doped and irradiated crystals is discussed.Comment: 70 pages, 38 figure
