    The article presents the results of the analysis of the marketing potential of fortified food products for the nutrition of women during breastfeeding and pregnancy. Catering for pregnant women is one of the important conditions for the normal pregnancy, stable functioning of the organs and systems of a woman during this difficult period and the birth of a healthy baby. There is a deficiency of a wide range of nutrients in pregnant and lactating women in various regions of Russia, so this problem solution can be considered a very promising direction in the state food industry.In the course of marketing research, a simultaneous cross-sectional study has been carried out, the possibility of using a food enrichment system from domestic raw materials of deep processing to produce an assortment of functional pastes has been assessed. The demand for the developed product line of products in the market has been studied and a target audience has been revealed.The calculations of the optimal price level for fortified products for the therapeutic and prophylactic nutrition of pregnant women are presented, the range of retail prices per unit of finished product has been determined. The potential market capacity has been estimated, the values obtained in answering the questions of marketing research have been taken as an assumption. The results obtained indicate that the increase in the price of developed finished products compared to traditional don’t not go beyond the purchasing power of the target audience. At the same time, the proposed product line of pastes with a therapeutic and prophylactic orientation will make it possible to correct violations of female homeostasis during pregnancy and breastfeedin

    Aim. To study platelet adhesion to a-C:H:SiOx film on titanium in an in vitro experiment to evaluate its antithrombogenic potential.Materials and methods. Thin (less than 1 μm) a-C:H:SiOx films were deposited on VT-6 titanium plates with a size of 10 × 10 mm2 and a thickness of 0.2 mm using a vacuum ion-plasma unit using pulsed bipolar bias. The surface roughness was evaluated according to GOST 2789-73 using an atomic force microscope. The test samples were cultured at 37 °C for 30 min in platelet-rich human blood plasma, prepared for scanning electron microscopy, after which the distribution density of blood plates adhering to the test coating was calculated.Results. With the same roughness index of the studied a-C:H:SiOx samples, the film decreased 116 times (in comparison with untreated titanium) the platelet count per 1 mm2 of the surface.Conclusion. The deposition of a-C:H:SiOx thin film on the surface of VT-6 titanium alloy by PACVD method using pulsed bipolar bias significantly reduces the distribution density of platelets in comparison with an untreated metal surface. In vitro data suggest a significant antithrombogenic potential of this type of coating on the surface of devices in contact with blood.Цель. Изучить в эксперименте in vitro адгезию тромбоцитов к a-C:H:SiOx пленке на титане для оценки ее атромбогенного потенциала.Материалы и методы. Тонкие (менее 1 мкм) a-C:H:SiOx пленки наносили на титановые пластины марки ВТ-6 размером 10 × 10 мм2 и толщиной 0,2 мм с помощью вакуумной  ионно-плазменной установки с использованием импульсного биполярного смещения.  Шероховатость поверхности оценивали согласно ГОСТ 2789-73 с помощью атомно-силового микроскопа. Исследуемые образцы культивировали при 37 °C в течение 30 мин в плазме крови человека, обогащенной тромбоцитами, подготавливали для сканирующей электронной микроскопии, после чего подсчитывали плотность  распределения кровяных пластинок, адгезирующих к исследуемому покрытию.Результаты. При одинаковом индексе шероховатости исследуемых образцов a-C:H:SiOx пленка в 116 раз снижала (в сравнении с необработанным титаном) количество  тромбоцитов на 1 мм2 поверхности.Заключение. Формирование на поверхности титанового сплава ВТ-6 тонкой пленки состава a-C:H:SiOx методом плазмохимического осаждения с использованием  импульсного биполярного смещения значительно снижает плотность распределения  тромбоцитов в сравнении с необработанной металлической поверхностью. Полученные in vitro данные предполагают существенный атромбогенный потенциал данного вида покрытий на поверхности устройств, контактирующих с кровью

    Supersymmetry and a Time-Dependent Landau System

    A general technique is outlined for investigating supersymmetry properties of a charged spin-\half quantum particle in time-varying electromagnetic fields. The case of a time-varying uniform magnetic induction is examined and shown to provide a physical realization of a supersymmetric quantum-mechanical system. Group-theoretic methods are used to factorize the relevant Schr\"odinger equations and obtain eigensolutions.     Allelic variants for Waxy genes in common wheat lines bred at the Lukyanenko National Grain Center

    This article presents the results of a molecular marker-assisted study of allelic variants of Wx genes in common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) lines. The study was carried out as part of the work on the transfer of null alleles of the genes Wx-A1, Wx-B1, and Wx-D1 to the varieties of soft wheat and creation of breeding material with modified activities of the main enzymes involved in amylose biosynthesis. The lines were obtained at the Department of Breeding and Seed Production of Wheat and Triticale, National Center of Grain named after P.P. Lukyanenko, by crossing mutant forms carrying inactive (null) alleles of genes Wx-A1, Wx-B1, and Wx-D1 with bread wheat cultivars. The molecular markers selected for the study allowed identification of valuable breeding material carrying both single null alleles of Wx genes and their combinations in its genome. A combination of two null alleles (Wx-A1b + Wx-D1b) was detected in 30 lines. The presence of three null alleles (Wx-A1b + Wx-B1b + Wx-D1b), which corresponded to fully Wx wheat, was found in one line. We selected 37 lines that combined the presence of the Wx-B1e allele with the Wx-A1b and Wx-D1b null alleles. The Wx-A1b + Wx-B1e combination was identified in 26 lines, and 24 lines carried the combination of alleles Wx-B1e + Wx-D1b. The mutant forms PI619381, PI619384, and PI619386 were identified as carriers of the functional Wx-B1e allele. The Wx-A1b and Wx-B1e alleles could have been transferred to the studied lines from the donors used or from the Starshina and Korotyshka varieties, respectively. The mutant forms used in the crosses are donors of the Wx-B1b and Wx-D1b alleles. The use of molecular markers chosen by us for identification of the allelic state of the Wx-A1, Wx-B1, and Wx-D1 genes can provide grounds for marker-assisted selection for this trait. Selected lines found to possess null alleles of the Wx genes are applicable in breeding programs aimed at the improvement of technological qualities of grain and raise of bread wheat varieties with modified starch properties

    The article shows the epidemiological situation of the coronavirus infection COVID-19 (SARS-CoV2) in the Republic of Dagestan for the period 2020-2022, according to the «Republican Center for Infectious Diseases and AIDS» of Makhachkala, Dagestan. Results. The epidemiological situation of the new coronavirus infection in the Republic of Dagestan (RD) remains unfavorable. In 2020, since the beginning of the pandemic, the «Wuhan» strain has been circulating, and since September 2020, the active circulation of the British «alpha» strain has begun. A new wave in 2021 with the highest incidence was recorded from June to September – associated with the inclusion of the Indian «delta» strain SARS-CoV-2 in the epidemic process. Strains of «omicron» that exist today are BA.1 and BA.2 may lead to hospitalization. They are still dangerous for residential people and patients with risk factors. Conclusion. Among the adult population, the largest number of cases of the disease was registered 90.7%. Three main age risk groups have been identified: the adult population from 50 to 64 years; from 65 years and older and from 40 to 49 years. The analysis of mortality by age groups also revealed the main risk groups: persons aged 50-59 years (15.12%); 60-64 years (23%) and over 65 years (55.6%). On 04.07.2022 1,557,661 people were vaccinated with the Gum-COVID-Vac, EpiVacCorona, KoviVak and Sputnik Light vaccine, including 1,377,645 people who completed vaccination.В статье показана эпидемиологическая ситуация по коронавирусной инфекции СОVID-19 (SARS-CoV2) в Республике Дагестан за период 2020-2022 гг., по данным «Республиканского центра инфекционных заболеваний и СПИД» г. Махачкалы, Дагестан. Результаты. Эпидемиологическая ситуация по коронавирусной инфекции в Республике Дагестан (РД) остается неблагополучной. В 2020 году с начала пандемии циркулировал «уханьский» штамм, а с сентября 2020 года началась активная циркуляция британского «альфа» штамма. Новая волна в 2021 году с наиболее высоким уровнем заболеваемости регистрировалась с июня по сентябрь и была связана с включением в эпидпроцесс индийского «дельта» штамма SARS-CoV-2. Штаммы «омикрон», которые есть на сегодняшний день, BA.1 и BA.2 могут приводить к госпитализации. Они по-прежнему опасны для пожилых людей и пациентов с факторами риска. Заключение. Среди взрослого населения зарегистрировано наибольшее количество случаев заболевания 90,7%. Выявлены три основные группы риска среди взрослого населения: 40-49 лет, 50-64 года; 65 лет и старше. Анализ смертности внутри этих групп также позволил выявить наиболее высокую смертность среди лиц в возрасте 50-59 лет (15,12%); 60-64 лет (23%) и старше 65 лет (55,6%). На 04.07.2022 г. привито от коронавирусной инфекции вакцинами «Гам-КОВИД-Вак», «ЭпиВакКорона», «КовиВак» и «Спутник Лайт» 1 557 661 человек, в том числе завершили вакцинацию 1 377 645 человек
