Methodological tools for assessing the impact of priority factors in the development of the region on the quality of development of the fruit and vegetable market
The subject of the study is a complex of social relations in the fruit and vegetable industry that arise in the process of providing social support measures to the rural population of the region through the use of new information and communication technologies. The purpose of the work is to identify the digital architecture of methodological tools that help improve the efficiency of providing social support measures to the rural population of fruit and vegetable specialization. As a result of the study, it was revealed that the decreasing number of labor resources that provide fruit and vegetable specialization of the Chelyabinsk region can be replenished by immigrants from other regions and migrants. Based on the digital architecture for diagnosing labor resources and the level of employment of the rural population of the fruit and vegetable specialization of the Chelyabinsk region, the forecast of its number, proposals are put forward to increase the number of labor resources in working age and the effectiveness of these proposals is evaluated. Therefore, for the growth of the labor force, it is necessary to increase the level of employment at the expense of the economically inactive rural population or the growth of migration. Thanks to the digital architecture, the dynamics of employment in the fruit and vegetable specialization of the Chelyabinsk region in 2021–2022. a correlation-regression model has been built, demonstrating a downward trend in the share of the employed rural population in the total number of economically active population
Architecture of economic activity efficiency of agricultural fruit producers of the region under sanctions
In the current realities, it is engineering and dealer services that take into account the balance of interests to ensure the development of management decisions that contribute to improving the quality of activities of fruit growing organizations in the region, the effective use of engineering innovations and equity capital. During the study, an assessment was made of entrepreneurial activity, the duration of the operating and financial cycles, financial stability of engineering and dealer organizations, and a factor analysis of return on capital was carried out, using the example of manufacturers of agricultural machinery for fruit growing. The assessment of indicators included an assessment of turnover of current assets, profitability, SWOT analysis and identification of risks of reducing the efficiency of business activities, taking into account factors affecting the optimization of leverage. Low profitability of the engineering and dealer business is associated with an ineffective pricing strategy, setting low prices when participating in government contracts and a significant amount of variable costs in the overall cost structure. To improve the situation, it was proposed to optimize the work of dealer centers and revise the pricing policy
Photoconductivity mechanism in structures with Ge-nanoclusters grown on Si(100) surface
Interband optical transitions in the epitaxial Si/Ge heterostructures with Ge
nanoislands grown on Si(100) surface were investigated using photocurrent
spectroscopy. The mechanism of photoconductivity was discussed. It was shown that
electron transitions from the ground state of the valence band in a quantum dot to the
conduction band of Si surrounding make the main contribution into monopolar
photoconductivity below the fundamental absorption edge of crystalline Si. Photoexcited
holes were found to be localized in Ge nanoislands inducing the lateral conductivity
changes in the near-surface depletion layer of p-Si substrate due to the field-effect
Study of the Process in the C.M.Energy Range 1.05-1.38 GeV with CMD-2
The process has been studied with the CMD-2 detector
using about 950 events detected in the center-of-mass energy range from 1.05 to
1.38 GeV. The cross section exceeds the expectation based on the contributions
of the rho(770), omega(782) and phi(1020) mesons only.Comment: 12 pages, 3 figures, uses elsart.cls, submitted to Physics Letters
Electroluminescent properties of Tb-doped carbon-enriched silicon oxide
An electroluminescent device utilizing a heterostructure of amorphous terbium
doped carbon-rich SiOx (a - SiOx : C : Tb) on silicon has been developed. The
a - SiOx : C : Tb active layer was formed by RF magnetron sputtering of
a - SiO₁₋x : Cx : H(:Tb) film followed by high-temperature oxidation. It was shown that,
depending on the polarity of the applied voltage, the electroluminescence is either green
or white, which can be attributed to different mechanisms of current transport through the
oxide film – space charge limited bipolar double injection current for green
electroluminescence and trap assisted tunneling or Fowler-Nordheim tunneling for white
electroluminescence
Measurement of (1020) meson leptonic width with CMD-2 detector at VEPP-2M Collider
The (1020) meson leptonic width has been determined from the combined
analysis of 4 major decay modes of the resonance () studied with the CMD-2 detector at
the VEPP-2M collider. The following value has been obtained:
keV.
The meson parameters in four main decay channels have been also
recalculated: , , , .Comment: 14 pages, 3 figure

Measurement of omega meson parameters in pi^+pi^-pi^0 decay mode with CMD-2
About 11 200 e^+e^- -> omega -> pi^+pi^-pi^0 events selected in the center of
mass energy range from 760 to 810 MeV were used for the measurement of the
\omega meson parameters. The following results have been obtained: sigma
_{0}=(1457 \pm 23 \pm 19)nb, m_{\omega}=(782.71 \pm 0.07 \pm 0.04) MeV/c^{2},
\Gamma_{\omega}=(8.68 \pm 0.23 \pm 0.10) MeV,
\Gamma_{e^+e^-}\cdot Br (\omega -> pi^+pi^-pi^0)=
(0.528 \pm 0.012 \pm 0.007) \cdot 10^{-3} MeV.Comment: 8 pages, 4 figure
Study of the process e+e- to pi+pi-pi+pi-pi0 with CMD-2 detector
The process e+e- to pi+ pi- pi+ pi- pi0 has been studied in the center of
mass energy range 1280 -- 1380 MeV using 3.0 1/pb of data collected with the
CMD-2 detector in Novosibirsk. Analysis shows that the cross section of the
five pion production is dominated by the contributions of the eta pi+pi- and
omega pi+pi- intermediate states.Comment: 8 pages, 3 figure. Submitted to Phys. Lett.
High-statistics measurement of the pion form factor in the rho-meson energy range with the CMD-2 detector
We present a measurement of the pion form factor based on e+e- annihilation
data from the CMD-2 detector in the energy range 0.6<sqrt(s)<1.0 GeV with a
systematic uncertainty of 0.8%. A data sample is five times larger than that
used in our previous measurement.Comment: 18 pages, 10 figures. Added comparison with KLOE measurement, minor
