This article is devoted to the social and political development of the Russian Empire under Catherine II and Alexander III. The issue of migration policy and its relationship with the economic, demographic and social indicators of the country was the purpose of this comparative study. The authors also analyze the challenges of socialization and education of human resources during the analyzed historical periods. The achievement of the main goal of the research was accompanied by a number of difficulties associated with gaps in statistical data. It was especially true for the reign of Catherine II, when the process of systematization of state documentation was in stage of formation. In these regards, the systematic work of various researchers using the retrospective method and the method of comparative analysis formed the methodological basis of the article. Despite certain restrictions related to the size of the article and the number of data used for research, it was possible to achieve the goal and reflect the main aspects of the policies of both sovereigns. As the result of the given research it was revealed that the effective migration policy of Catherine II led to the growth of the economy by attracting human resources to strategically important regions of the country. It allowed increasing development indicators, primarily in the field of agriculture and industry. The migration policy of Alexander III was more restrained and was one of the factors influencing the economy. The authors conclude that reigns of both Catherine II and Alexander III were accompanied by rapid growth of the country's economy due to the migration policies

The purpose of the study was to create of an early ripening variety of narrow-leaved lupine with a seed and green mass yield above the standard, resistant to unfavorable biotic and abiotic environmental factors in the North-West region of the Russian Federation. As the result of many years of breeding, an early ripening variety of narrow-leaved lupine Metsenat has been developed. In a competitive varietal trial conducted in the conditions of the Leningrad Region, the seed yield of the variety Metsenat averaged 4.3 t/ha in 2015-2017 that was 1.1 t/ha higher than the standard (Kristall), the yield of green hay was 48.4 t/ha (13.9 t/ha higher than the standard). According to the results of the structural analysis of plants, the variety Metsenat was characterized by an increased number of seeds per plant (90.4 pcs.) and a good seeding of the beans (4.4 pcs.). It is a variety of universal use, with a low content of alkaloids (0.0072 %), it is technological, resistant to lodging (7 points), to cracking of beans and shedding of seeds on the vine, resistant to anthracnose (9 points). It is characterized by a rapid growth rate of plants in the initial period of vegetation. In 2018 the Metsenat variety was included into the State Register of Breeding Achievements of the Russian Federation approved for use in agricultural production in 12 regions (Patent No. 9559)

In this paper, the kinetic analysis of Li-Zn ferrite synthesis was studied using thermogravimetry (TG) method through the simultaneous application of non-linear regression to several measurements run at different heating rates (multivariate non-linear regression). Using TG-curves obtained for the four heating rates and Netzsch Thermokinetics software package, the kinetic models with minimal adjustable parameters were selected to quantitatively describe the reaction of Li-Zn ferrite synthesis. It was shown that the experimental TG-curves clearly suggest a two-step process for the ferrite synthesis and therefore a model-fitting kinetic analysis based on multivariate non-linear regressions was conducted. The complex reaction was described by a two-step reaction scheme consisting of sequential reaction steps. It is established that the best results were obtained using the Yander three-dimensional diffusion model at the first stage and Ginstling-Bronstein model at the second step. The kinetic parameters for lithium-zinc ferrite synthesis reaction were found and discussed

Interaction between some antibiotics and antioxidants

The study examined the interaction of antibiotics (gentamicin, ciprofloxacin, ceftazidime) and antioxidants (ascorbic acid, N-acetylcysteine, methylethylpyridinol) in vitro and in vivo. We conducted a dynamic study of the effect of antioxidants at concentrations of 0.5, 1, 2 and 4 mM on the activity of antibacterial agents in vitro for three strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae and three strains of Escherichia coli. The effect of antioxidants on the effectiveness of antibacterial therapy was studied in Wistar rats with experimental bacterial peritoniti

Study of Δ(1232)\Delta(1232) isobar electroproduction at VEPP-2M e+ee^+e^- collider

Results from the Spherical Nonmagnetic Detector (SND) on Δ(1232)\Delta (1232) isobar electroproduction in the collisions of beam electrons (positrons) and residual gas nuclei in the VEPP-2M e+ee^+e^- collider are presented. On the basis of the obtained data the expected counting rate of this process in future high luminosity e+ee^+e^- colliders (~ϕ\phi-, cc-τ\tau- and bb-factories) was estimated.Comment: 7 pages LATEX and 3 figure
