The Creative Potential of the Modern Museum as a New Model of Communicative Culture

Трактовка музея как центра хранения исторически значимых реликвий — форм культурной памяти с целью их презентации и исследования приобретает в рамках новой парадигмы более объемное содержание, обеспечивая влияние музейных коммуникаций на реальный культурный процесс. Опираясь на исследования отечественных музееведов (З. А. Бонами, Т. М. Трошина, А. В. Смирнов и др.), автор рассматривает процессы модификации музея как социального института в эпоху глобализации и цифровизации и доказывает, что благодаря сетевым технологиям расширились его функциональные возможности: музей из хранилища и обозрения артефактов прошлого превратился в открытое интерактивное пространство, ориентированное на диалог с посетителями, на пробуждение их творческой активности и интеллектуального потенциала.The object of the research in the article is virtualization of the space of a modern museum as a new model of communicative culture. The interpretation of the museum as a center for storing historically significant relics — forms of cultural memory in order to present and study them acquires a more voluminous content within the new paradigm, ensuring the influence of museum communications on the real cultural process. Based on the research of domestic museologists (Z. A. Bonami, T. M. Troshina, A. V. Smirnov, etc.), the author considers the processes of modifying the museum as a social institution in the era of globalization and digitalization and proves that thanks to network technologies, its functionality: the museum has turned from a repository and review of artifacts of the past into an open interactive space focused on dialogue with the visitors, awakening their creative activity and intellectual potential

Inhibition of alpha7 nicotinic receptors in the ventral hippocampus selectively attenuates reinstatement of morphine‐conditioned place preference and associated changes in AMPA receptor binding

Recurrent relapse is a major problem in treating opiate addiction. Pavlovian conditioning plays a role in recurrent relapse whereby exposure to cues learned during drug intake can precipitate relapse to drug taking. α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) have been implicated in attentional aspects of cognition and mechanisms of learning and memory. In this study we have investigated the role of α7 nAChRs in morphine‐conditioned place preference (morphine‐CPP). CPP provides a model of associative learning that is pertinent to associative aspects of drug dependence. The α7 nAChR antagonist methyllycaconitine (MLA; 4 mg/kg s.c.) had no effect on the acquisition, maintenance, reconsolidation or extinction of morphine‐CPP but selectively attenuated morphine‐primed reinstatement of CPP, in both mice and rats. Reinstatement of morphine‐CPP in mice was accompanied by a selective increase in [3H]‐AMPA binding (but not in [3H]‐MK801 binding) in the ventral hippocampus that was prevented by prior treatment with MLA. Administration of MLA (6.7 μg) directly into the ventral hippocampus of rats prior to a systemic priming dose of morphine abolished reinstatement of morphine‐CPP, whereas MLA delivered into the dorsal hippocampus or prefrontal cortex was without effect. These results suggest that α7 nAChRs in the ventral hippocampus play a specific role in the retrieval of associative drug memories following a period of extinction, making them potential targets for the prevention of relapse

Culture of isolated embryo sacs as a biotechnological system for the upgrowing of maize zygotic embryos in vitro

Установлено можливість дорозвинення зародка кукурудзи в культурі ізольованих зародкових мішків на штучному живильному середовищі в умовах in vitro від ранньої перехідної стадії до початку органогенезу. З’ясовано, що культивування зародкових мішків з метою дорощування зародка та накопичення крохмалю в ендоспермі повинно проводитися понад 20 діб. Забарвлення культивованого зародкового мішка може слугувати маркерною ознакою дорозвинення зародка та накопичення крохмалю в ендоспермі. Установлена возможность доразвития зародыша кукурузы в культуре изолированных зародышевых мешков на искусственной питательной среде в условиях in vitro от ранней переходной стадии до начала органогенеза. Выяснено, что культивирование зародышевых мешков с целью доращивания зародыша и накопления крахмала в эндосперме должно проводиться более 20 суток. Окрас­ка культивированного зародышевого мешка может служить маркерным признаком доразвития зародыша и накопления крахмала в эндосперме.Our research established the possibility of updevelopment of maize embryo in a culture of isolated embryo sacs in artificial nutrient medium in vitro from the transition stage up to the beginning of organogenesis. It was determined that the cultivation of embryo sacs for the purpose of an embryo upgrowing and starch accumulation in endosperm should continue more than 20 days. The colour of cultivated embryo sac can be considered as a marker of embryo’s upgrow and starch accumulation in endosperm

Динаміка розвитку зародка кукурудзи in vivo

The development dynamics and the structure of maize hybrid DK633/266´DK411 embryo in natural conditions were studied. The sequence of formation of basic embryo elements of the model hybrid according to its age could be used in biotechnological research for embryo isolation at a corresponding developmental stage. In the 14th day after pollination all the structural elements of embryo had been formed.Исследована динамика развития и строение зародыша у кукурузы в природных условиях на примере гибрида ДК633/266´ДК411. Установлена последовательность формирования основных элементов зародыша модельного гибрида в зависимости от его возраста, которая может быть использована в биотехнологических исследованиях для изоляции зародыша на соответствующей стадии развития. Определено, что на 14-е сутки после опыления сформированы все основные структурные элементы зародыша кукурузы.Досліджено динаміку розвитку та будову зародка у кукурудзи в природних умовах на прикладі гібриду ДК633/266´ДК411. Установлено, що послідовність формування основних елементів зародка модельного гібриду залежно від його віку може бути використана у біотехнологічних дослід­женнях для ізоляції зародка на відповідній стадії розвитку. Визначено, що на 14-ту добу після запилення сформовані всі основні структурні елементи зародка кукурудзи.

Role of change of level of cytokines in the forecast for patients with the thorax injury

In article changes of level of cytokines at the isolated thorax injury are described. In the early period of a trauma the high level of an antiinflammatory tsitokino IL-10 which is associated with a deadly triad of a trauma was registered. In dynamics of a course of a disease increase in pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNFα, IL-6) was noted, and the ratio of IL-6/IL-10 increased in proportion to weight of a state with progressing of organ dysfunction. The revealed phase fluctuations of level of cytokines had predictive value for patients with a thorax injury.В статье описаны изменения уровня цитокинов при изолированной травме грудной клетки. В раннем периоде травмы регистрировался высокий уровень противовоспалительного цитокиноа IL-10, ассоциирующегося со смертельной триадой травмы. В динамике течения заболевания отмечалось увеличение провоспалительных цитокинов (TNFα, IL6), а соотношение IL-6/IL-10 увеличивалось пропорционально тяжести состояния с прогрессированием органной дисфункции. Выявленные фазовые колебания уровня цитокинов имели прогностическое значение для пациентов с травмой грудной клетк
