    Perkembangan teknologi saat ini memberikan peluang lebih besar bagi industri jasa dalam e-commerce, termasuk salah satunya marketplace. Beberapa perusahaan marketplace di Indonesia berhasil melakukan strategi yang mampu menimbulkan loyalitas secara online hingga mempunyai keinginan untuk menggunakan marketplace dalam jangka panjang, namun adapula yang kalah bersaing dengan perusahaan lain. E-loyalty dapat tercipta melalui e-servie quality. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengaruh e-service quality terhadap e-loyalty. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif. Metode yang digunakan simple random sampling dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Structure Equation Model (SEM). Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-service quality memilki pengaruh terhadap e-loyalty yang berada kategori tinggi. Dimensi design dalam e-service quality memberi kontribusi yang besar dalam membentuk e-loyalty. Guna meningkatkan e-loyalty terutama untuk dimensi complaint, perusahaan marketplace dapat menambahkan feature pada aplikasinya berupa media untuk menampung keluhan pelanggan secara khusus, sehingga ketika pelanggan mempunyai keluhan, akan memudahkan perusahaan untuk menyelesaikan keluhan pelanggan Technology development mow provide greater opportunities for service industry in e-commerce, including one of them is marketplace. Some companies of marketplace in Indonesia made strategy able to have e-loyalty until consumer have a desire to use in long term, but those that have only received little attention have been acquired by other companies. E-loyalty can be created through e-service quality. This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty. The object of this research is e-service quality (X) and e-loyalty (Y). This type of research is descriptive verification. The method used is simple random sampling with a sample size of 200 respondents. The analysis technique used is the analysis of the Structure Equation Model (SEM). The findings of this study indicate that e-service quality has an influence on e-loyalty which is in the high category. The dimensions of design in e-service quality contribute greatly to forming e-loyalty and the dimensions of complaint is for recommendation. In order to improve e-loyalty, especially for the complaint dimension, marketplace companies can add features to their application in the form of media to specifically accommodate customer complaints, so that when a customer has a complaint, it will make it easier for the company to resolve customer complaints

Es ya bien conocida la relación entre desgaste laboral y satisfacción laboral en diversas áreas y carreras laborales. Este estudio usará para ello el Método descriptivo y correlacional, pues intentará tener una visión representativa de los docentes de dicha facultad, muestra que intentará dar una descripción y explicación global de nuestra realidad universitaria. El presente trabajo se basa, no solo en medir resultados de un cuestionario, sino en entender más o nuestro profesorado mediante la discusión de resultados, sus consecuencias y circunstancias educativas que influyen en el mayor o menor desgaste, insatisfacción y desempeño laboral de nuestros profesores universitarios, así como mencionar posibles soluciones y sugerencias a dicho problema. El objetivo general de este trabajo es conocer el nivel de desgaste e insatisfacción laboral de los profesores de la Unidad de Posgrado de la Facultad de Educación y dar una descripción y visión global de las actuales circunstancias educativas de los(as) profesores(as) sanmarquinos en lo que a su laboral profesional a nivel universitario se refiere.Tesi

    Undergraduate medical student's perceptions regarding professional marketing

    INTRODUÇÃO: Marketing médico é um assunto controverso, principalmente no que concerne a princípios éticos. Portanto, frente à competição acirrada de mercado, é necessário o preparo profissional. Conhecer a percepção dos alunos de Medicina pode auxiliar na estruturação de alternativas de capacitação. METODOLOGIA: Inicialmente, identificaram-se crenças sobre marketing médico através de grupo focal composto por 12 alunos. Com base nesses dados, dez afirmações para avaliar atitudes foram aplicadas aos alunos de uma Faculdade de Medicina pública brasileira. RESULTADOS: Observou-se falta de clareza sobre o conceito de marketing, preocupação com princípios éticos e necessidade de marketing no mercado competitivo. Na fase de aplicação, foram obtidas 280 respostas de diversos estágios do curso. Apenas 16,8% admitiram contato com o tema. Houve clareza sobre ética em relação ao paciente, influenciada positivamente pela progressão no curso, mas houve divergência na ética entre profissionais. CONCLUSÕES: Marketing médico é uma área pouco compreendida e relegada ao currículo oculto, sendo influenciada por transposições inadequadas de métodos didáticos destinados à comunicação profissional para a população leiga. Novos métodos de ensino, como a educação tutorial, podem ser uma alternativa para lidar com essas situações

    Neuroimaging in Cycloserine Induced Neurotoxicity: A Rare Case Report

    Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease. There is an increasing burden of Drug Resistant TB (DR-TB) which is not only difficult to treat and associated with adverse events during its treatment. Cycloserine is a broad spectrum antibiotic used as a second-line agent for DR-TB therapy. Psychiatric adverse drug reactions are well known. Neurotoxicity with the use of supplemental pyridoxine is rarely reported. We report a case of young boy who developed tilting of body to one side during therapy for DR-TB which included cycloserine. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) of the brain showed reversible bilateral symmetrical (T2/FLAIR) hyperintensity in dentate nuclei. Clinical and MRI findings were consistent with cycloserine toxicity. Symptoms resolved on withdrawing the drug. MRI findings showed marked reversibility
