    FSD: An Initial Chinese Dataset for Fake Song Detection

    Singing voice synthesis and singing voice conversion have significantly advanced, revolutionizing musical experiences. However, the rise of "Deepfake Songs" generated by these technologies raises concerns about authenticity. Unlike Audio DeepFake Detection (ADD), the field of song deepfake detection lacks specialized datasets or methods for song authenticity verification. In this paper, we initially construct a Chinese Fake Song Detection (FSD) dataset to investigate the field of song deepfake detection. The fake songs in the FSD dataset are generated by five state-of-the-art singing voice synthesis and singing voice conversion methods. Our initial experiments on FSD revealed the ineffectiveness of existing speech-trained ADD models for the task of song deepFake detection. Thus, we employ the FSD dataset for the training of ADD models. We subsequently evaluate these models under two scenarios: one with the original songs and another with separated vocal tracks. Experiment results show that song-trained ADD models exhibit a 38.58% reduction in average equal error rate compared to speech-trained ADD models on the FSD test set.Comment: Submitted to ICASSP 202

    Leptin deficiency in CD8+ T cells ameliorates non-segmental vitiligo by reducing interferon-γ and Granzyme B

    BackgroundVitiligo is an autoimmune skin disease mainly mediated by CD8+ T cells, which affects about 0.1%-2% population of the world. Leptin plays a critical role in regulating the activation of CD8+ T cells. However, the effect of Leptin on vitiligo remains unclear.ObjectivesTo explore the effect of leptin on CD8+ T cells and its influence on vitiligo.MethodsRNA sequencing and Quantitative Real-time PCR (RT-qPCR) were used to explore the differentially expressed genes. Immunofluorescence staining was performed on skin lesions. Leptin in serum was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The peripheral blood mononuclear cells were detected by flow cytometry after leptin stimulation for 72 hours. A vitiligo model was established by monobenzone on Leptin KO mice.Results557 differentially expressed genes were found, including 154 up-regulated and 403 down-regulated genes. Lipid metabolism pathways showed a close relationship to the pathogenesis of vitiligo, especially the PPAR signaling pathway. RT-qPCR (p = 0.013) and immunofluorescence staining (p = 0.0053) verified that LEPR expressed significantly higher in vitiligo. The serum leptin level of vitiligo patients was significantly lower than that of healthy controls (p = 0.0245). The interferon-γ subset of CD8+LEPR+ T cells from vitiligo patients was significantly higher (p = 0.0189). The protein level of interferon-γ was significantly increased after leptin stimulation in vitro (p = 0.0217). In mice, Leptin deficiency resulted in less severe hair depigmentation. Leptin deficiency also resulted in significantly lower expressed vitiligo-related genes, such as Cxcl9 (p = 0.0497), Gzmb (p < 0.001), Ifng (p = 0.0159), and Mx1 (p < 0.001) after modeling.ConclusionLeptin could promote the progression of vitiligo by enhancing the cytotoxic function of CD8+ T cells. Leptin may become a new target for vitiligo treatment

    Search for the Lepton Flavor Violation Process J/ψeμJ/\psi \to e\mu at BESIII

    We search for the lepton-flavor-violating decay of the J/ψJ/\psi into an electron and a muon using (225.3±2.8)×106(225.3\pm2.8)\times 10^{6} J/ψJ/\psi events collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider. Four candidate events are found in the signal region, consistent with background expectations. An upper limit on the branching fraction of B(J/ψeμ)<1.5×107\mathcal{B}(J/\psi \to e\mu)< 1.5 \times 10^{-7} (90% C.L.) is obtained

    Search for Baryonic Decays of \psi(3770) and \psi(4040)

    By analyzing data samples of 2.9 fb^{-1} collected at \sqrt s=3.773 GeV, 482 pb^{-1} collected at \sqrt s=4.009 GeV and 67 pb^{-1} collected at \sqrt s=3.542, 3.554, 3.561, 3.600 and 3.650 GeV with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII storage ring, we search for \psi(3770) and \psi(4040) decay to baryonic final states, including \Lambda\bar\Lambda\pi^+\pi^-, \Lambda \bar\Lambda\pi^0, \Lambda\bar\Lambda\eta, \Sigma^+ \bar\Sigma^-, \Sigma^0 \bar\Sigma^0, \Xi^-\bar\Xi^+ and \Xi^0\bar\Xi^0 decays. None are observed, and upper limits are set at the 90% confidence level.Comment: 9 pages, 3 figure

    Observation of a charged charmoniumlike structure in e+e(DDˉ)±πe^+e^- \to (D^{*} \bar{D}^{*})^{\pm} \pi^\mp at s=4.26\sqrt{s}=4.26GeV

    We study the process e+e(DDˉ)±πe^+e^- \to (D^{*} \bar{D}^{*})^{\pm} \pi^\mp at a center-of-mass energy of 4.26GeV using a 827pb1^{-1} data sample obtained with the BESIII detector at the Beijing Electron Positron Collider. Based on a partial reconstruction technique, the Born cross section is measured to be (137±9±15)(137\pm9\pm15)pb. We observe a structure near the (DDˉ)±(D^{*} \bar{D}^{*})^{\pm} threshold in the π\pi^\mp recoil mass spectrum, which we denote as the Zc±(4025)Z^{\pm}_c(4025). The measured mass and width of the structure are (4026.3±2.6±3.7)(4026.3\pm2.6\pm3.7)MeV/c2^2 and (24.8±5.6±7.7)(24.8\pm5.6\pm7.7)MeV, respectively. Its production ratio σ(e+eZc±(4025)π(DDˉ)±π)σ(e+e(DDˉ)±π)\frac{\sigma(e^+e^-\to Z^{\pm}_c(4025)\pi^\mp \to (D^{*} \bar{D}^{*})^{\pm} \pi^\mp)}{\sigma(e^+e^-\to (D^{*} \bar{D}^{*})^{\pm} \pi^\mp)} is determined to be 0.65±0.09±0.060.65\pm0.09\pm0.06.     An inductor-less broadband design technique for transimpedance amplifiers

    An inductor-less bandwidth enhancement technique for transimpedance amplifiers is proposed in this paper, which uses a single capacitor to realize negative capacitance, capacitive source degeneration and capacitive peaking at the same time. Based on this technique, a broadband transimpedance amplifier is designed and simulated in 0.18μm RFCMOS technology. The simulation results show a bandwidth enhancement ratio of 2.5 is achieved without any inductor employed. The proposed TIA circuit is suitable for 10Gbit/s optical communications and presents the advantages of much less chip area consumption, low-cost and easy of design comparing to inductor based designs.Published versio
