Gravidez na paciente portadora de insuficiência renal crônica

The aim was to identify the care, interventions, and management of pregnant women with chronic renal failure. This is a descriptive bibliographic study, of the integrative review type, with a search for articles in Medline, SciELO and Academic Google databases. Twelve articles related to pregnancy in women with chronic renal failure were selected. Pregnancy in patients with nephropathies is not common and has high risks, so care and therapeutic procedures must be assigned until the end of this pregnancy. The present study identified the care, complications, and management of pregnant women with CKD to obtain a better treatment for the patient.Objetivou-se identificar quais os cuidados, intervenções e manejo à gestante com insuficiência renal crônica. Trata-se de um estudo bibliográfico descritivo, do tipo revisão integrativa, com busca de artigos nas bases de dados Medline, SciELO e Google Acadêmico. Foram selecionados doze artigos relacionados à gestação na mulher portadora de insuficiência renal crônica. A gestação em pacientes nefropatas não é comum de acontecer e tem altos riscos, desta forma devem ser atribuídos cuidados e condutas terapêuticas até o fim dessa gestação. O presente estudo identificou os cuidados, complicações e manejo a gestante com IRC, para a obtenção de um melhor tratamento para a paciente

Emergências obstétricas e acolhimento das usuárias na classificação de risco

The present study aims to reflect on the importance of welcoming to carry out humanized and responsible care. This is an integrative review carried out in three databases: Virtual Health Library, Scientific Electronic Library Online and PubMed. The search was carried out by pre-established descriptors and full texts from the last five years were used, in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Through an exhaustive reading of these it was possible to realize that the risk classification in the Urgency and Emergency care is of great importance, often avoiding the death of the mother and fetus. Also considering the theme of reception during the Sars-CoV-2 virus pandemic, it was possible to realize that the use of care protocols informed by the World Health Organization is essential to avoid contagion and identify users who are infected with the virus of COVID-19.O presente estudo tem como objetivo refletir sobre a importância do acolhimento para realizar um atendimento humanizado e responsável. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa realizada em três bases de dados: Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, Scientific Electronic Library Online e PubMed. A busca ocorreu por descritores preestabelecidos e foram utilizados textos completos dos últimos cinco anos, nas línguas portuguesa, inglesa e espanhola. Através da leitura exaustiva destes foi possível perceber que a classificação de risco nos atendimentos de Urgência e Emergência é de grande importância, evitando muitas vezes a morte da mãe e feto. Considerando também a temática do acolhimento durante a pandemia do vírus Sars-CoV-2, foi possível perceber que é imprescindível o uso de protocolos de atendimentos informados pela Organização Mundial da Saúde para evitar o contágio e identificar as usuárias que estejam infectadas com o vírus da COVID-19

Recognition of the genus Thaumatophyllum Schott − formerly Philodendron subg. Meconostigma (Araceae) − based on molecular and morphological evidence

Philodendron subgenus Meconostigma has been a well-circumscribed group since 1829. Members of this group are easily distinguished by diagnostic morphological characters as well as by a distinct ecology and geographical distribution. Based on molecular, morphological and cytological evidence, we propose the recognition of P. subg. Meconostigma as a distinct genus, Thaumatophyllum Schott. We also present the necessary new combinations, an emended key and some nomenclatural and taxonomic corrections regarding 21 names of Thaumatophyllum
