Minori Stranieri Non Accompagnati: quale diritto alla famiglia? Esiti da una ricerca qualitativa nella Regione Emilia-Romagna

This contribution offers a reflection on the right to family and the familiar links of Unaccompanied Foreign Minors. In the central part of the article, we focus on qualitative research outcome, in order to deep some aspects of the educational activities implemented within the second level communities welcoming minors, in the context of Emilia-Romagna region. Specifically, we consider the relationships that young people in the communities are able to entertain with members of the families of origin, remained in the countries of birth, according to what is known and narrated by educators and community leaders, interviewed in the context of the research carried out in the first months of 2017

Violenza e sfruttamento. La tratta delle ragazze straniere

Women and girls are often objective and target of violence end discrimination. Thisreality, with its atavist and underestimated urgency, shows an unprecedented globaldimension today, countless implications and even horrific forms. Although it’s hardto specify, it also shows relevant but little known quantitative aspects. Among thecontemporary violence’s expressions against the feminine component of humanity,we can find human trafficking for sexual exploitation. Knowing this reality, principalform of modern slavery and violation of human rights, is the starting point fora multi-level intercultural educative action.Violenza e sfruttamento spesso hanno per oggetto e bersaglio persone al femminile: bambine, ragazze, donne. Questa realtà, con tutta la sua atavica e sottovalutata urgenza, mostra oggi una dimensione planetaria senza precedenti, forme e risvolti innumerevoli, non di rado raccapriccianti, aspetti quantitativi rilevanti pur se poco noti e difficili da precisare. Tra le espressioni di violenza che nella contemporaneità riguardano, in forma globalizzata, in modo specifico la componente femminile dell’umanità, troviamo la Tratta di esseri umani a scopo di sfruttamento sessuale. Conoscere questa realtà, principale forma della schiavitù moderna e di violazione dei diritti umani, deve costituire il punto di partenza per un’azione educativa interculturale a più livelli

Le Linee di indirizzo per favorire il diritto allo studio delle alunne e degli alunni che sono stati adottati, 2014/2023 : considerazioni in una prospettiva educativa interculturale

– L’adozione è una realtà complessa, dalle molteplici sfaccettature, criticità, risorse. Tra le altre pe culiarità, i minori che sono stati adottati possono avere le proprie origini in diverse zone dell’Italia ma anche in numerosi paesi del mondo, nell’adozione internazionale ma anche in quella nazionale che riguarda bambine/i di origine straniera in stato di abbandono sul suolo italiano. Spesso questi/e bambini/e portano in sé tratti somatici e colori della pelle differenti da quelli ancora prevalenti nel contesto italiano e hanno storie complesse (tanto più è elevata l’età all’adozione), caratterizzate da ripetute fratture, perdite, lutti, discontinuità, peculiarità che i contesti scolastici devono tenere in considerazione e accogliere. Possibilmente in prospettiva educativa interculturale. La presenza a scuola di bambini/e adottati/e, di origine straniera e non, è una realtà che esiste da decenni, tuttavia è relativamente recente il consolidarsi dell’impegno degli esperti riguardo alla necessità di creare strumenti e protocolli specifici per un’accoglienza preparata, sensibile e competente. Le Linee guida per favorire il diritto allo studio delle alunne e degli alunni che sono stati adottati, del 2014 e del 2023, nascono con l’obiettivo di fornire conoscenze e linee di indirizzo teorico-metodologico che aiutino la scuola a garantire ai bambini e ai ragazzi e alle loro famiglie, strumenti che favoriscano il loro percorso di crescita. Nell’analizzare alcuni dei principali aspetti del documento, in particolare del 2023, anche con il presente contributo, ci si pone l’obbiettivo di diffonderne la conoscenza

Sociologia pelo humor: para uma reflexão Crítica sobre o ensino orientada pela Profanação.

TCC (graduação) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Centro de Filosofia e Ciências Humanas, Curso de Ciências Sociais.O artigo reflete sobre o uso do humor no ensino de conteúdos sociológicos, políticos e antropológicos no Ensino Médio, bem como sua contribuição para reflexão crítica. Procura-se, a partir de experiência em estágio de docência no curso de Ciências Sociais da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC), compreender como o humor – pela ironia, sarcasmo, riso etc. – interfere no processo de ensinoaprendizagem. Investigam-se conceitos referentes ao humor e suas diferentes manifestações, enfatizando sua relação com a compreensão e a construção de conceitos sociológicos, políticos e antropológicos, através do enfrentamento de uma linguagem exclusivamente acadêmica e científica, que pode distanciar o estudante do conhecimento. Esse enfrentamento se dá na analise crítica sobre discurso, disciplina, relações de poder, verdade, ciência, e linguagem, por meio de conceitos de Michel Foucault, Pierre Bourdieu e Giorgio Agamben, entre outros autores. Observou-se a alteração positiva no comportamento e no aprendizado dos estudantes em sala, em comparação às aulas antes ministradas pela professora da disciplina, de postura tradicional em aulas expositivas e conteudistas. O trabalho pretende contribuir para o ensino de uma sociologia reflexiva e crítica mais próxima dos jovens, ao utilizar uma linguagem que lhes é familiar.The article reflects about the use of humour in teaching sociological, political and anthropological contentes in high school, as well as its contribution to critical reflection. We seek, through the teaching stage experience in the course of Ciências Sociais, Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC), to understand how the humour – by irony, sarcasm, laughing, etc. – affects teaching and learning. We investigat concepts related to humour and its different manifestations, emphasizing its relation to the understanding and construction of sociological, political and anthropological concepts, through a confrontation with an exclusively academic and scientific language, which can hold off the student from knowledge. This confrontation occurs in the critical analysis of the concepts discourse, discipline, power relations, truth, science and language, by Michel Foucault, field and symbolic capital of Pierre Bourdieu, profanation of Giorgio Agamben, among others. We observed a positive change in the behavior and students learning, compared to the classes taught by the teacher of the discipline, whose stance was expressed by the traditionalism of an expository and contentbased lecture. Corra! Há uma porta nos fundos: o humor como profanação

Dissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Centro de Filosofia e Ciências Humanas, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Sociologia Política, Florianópolis, 2015.Este trabalho oferece uma interpretação sociológica de como o humor funciona, a partir da análise discursiva de determinados esquetes do programa humorístico virtual brasileiro Porta dos Fundos, de modo a refletir como um tipo específico de humor, crítico e desconstrutor de certezas, manifesta-se enquanto linguagem profanadora. A escolha dos esquetes se deu pelos temas neles trabalhados (autoridade, relações de poder, desigualdade de gênero, preconceito), pelas instituições que, de alguma maneira, são criticadas (Estado, Igreja e Família) e pela forma como humor é conduzido. São eles: 10 mandamentos (2013), Deus (2013), Bala de Borracha (2013), Cura (2013), Dura (2014), Sobre a mesa (2012), Ménage (2014). Em relação ao objeto, procurou-se compreender os discursos filosóficos sobre o humor e o riso que dele é consequência, pensando sobre os discursos canônicos que classificam o riso a partir de determinados critérios pré-estabelecidos: 1. A ironia como instrumento de profanação; 2. A zombaria contra a postura de superioridade; 3. A linguagem obscena em relação à loucura; 4. A mecânica do humor. O resultado não poderia ser mais inapropriado: indícios, vestígios, pistas do que seja esse fenômeno, mas em condições bastante específicas de observação e com o foco direcionado no como se faz rir, para além do que se ri, apesar de tais perspectivas estarem, de alguma maneira, inter-relacionadas.Abstract : This dissertation provides a sociological interpretation to understand how the humor works from the discursive analysis of certain sketches of the brazilian online sitcom Porta dos Fundos, to reflect how a particular type of humor, critical and deconstructive of certainties, manifests itself as profane language. The choice of the sketches refers to the themes worked on them (authority, power relations, gender inequality, prejudice), institutions that, somehow, are criticized (State, Church and Family) and the way humor is conducted. They are: 10 Mandamentos (2013), Deus (2013), Bala de Borracha (2013), Cura (2013), Dura (2014), Sobre a Mesa (2012), Ménage (2014). In relation to the object, we tried to understand the philosophical discourse about humor and the laughter as his consequence, thinking about the canonical discourse that classify laughter from certain pre-established criteria: 1. The irony as profanation?s instrument; 2. Mockery against the superiority?s point of view; 3. Obscene language towards madness; 4. The mechanical of humor. The result could not be more inappropriate: clues, traces, tracks of what is this phenomenon, but in very specific conditions of observation and the focus directed on how to make laugh, beyond what laughs, although such prospects are, somehow, related

Oceanic giants in the Mediterranean: first mitochondrial analysis of leatherback turtles (Dermochelys coriacea) in the Adriatic and Tyrrhenian seas

The leatherback turtle Dermochelys coriacea (Vandelli, 1761) is an occasional trophic visitor of the Mediterranean basin. So far, very few individuals have been genetically analysed from this sea and none from Italy. We sequenced a mitochondrial DNA fragment of three specimens of D. coriacea found in recent years along the North-Adriatic and Tyrrhenian shores. They were all females approaching adult stage. Causes of death were attributable to the main threats for sea turtles in Mediterranean waters, all related to human activities (collisions with boats, entanglement in fishing nets and plastic debris ingestion). Two different mitochondrial haplotypes were observed, with the two North-Adriatic turtles sharing the same one. Compared to known Dermochelys sequences and previous genetic characterization of rookeries, these results suggest that the most probable origin of at least two of the three leatherbacks was the western Atlantic
