Influence of Inclined Magnetic Field on Peristaltic Transport of Walters, B Fluid in an Inclined Asymmetric Channel with Porous Medium

This paper investigates the peristaltic motion of magneto hydrodynamic(MHD) non-Newtonian fluid in an inclined asymmetric channel with porous medium. Constitutive equations obeying the walter,s B fluid model are employed. Mathematical modeling is developed in the presence of a constant inclined magnetic field making an angle with the vertical axis. Assumptions of  long wave length approximation and low  Reynolds number  are used in flow analysis.  Closed form expressions for the stream  function and mechanical  efficient are developed. Pressure rise per wave length and frictional force on the channel walls  have been computed numerically. Effect of Hartman number, Froud number, Reynold number, permeability parameter , viscoelastic parameter and  inclination of magnetic field on the axial velocity. Pumping and trapping are discussed in detail and shown graphically. A Numerical Study of Peristaltic Flow Generalized Maxwell Viscoelastic Fluids Through a Porous medium in an Inclined Channel

In this paper presents a study on Peristaltic of generalized Maxwell fluid fluids  through a porous medium  in an inclined channel with slip effect. The governing equation are simplified by assuming long wavelength  and low Reynolds number approximations. The numerical and approximate analytical solutions of the problem are obtained by a semi-numerical technique, namely the homotopy  perturbation method. The influence of the dominating physical parameters such as fractional Maxwell parameter, relaxation time, amplitude ratio, permeability parameter , Froude number, Reynolds number and inclination of channel on the flow characteristics are depicted graphically. Effect of heat transfer on the peristaltic transport of MHD with couple-stress fluid through a porous medium with slip effect

This  paper concern with the Peristaltic transport of MHD Newtonian fluid in  asymmetric two dimensional channel with couple –stress through  a porous  medium under  the influence of heat  transfer analysis. For the formulation of the problem long wave length and low Reynold number  assumption is taken into account.  An  exact solution is presented for velocity field and the temperature field through solving a    non-homogenies partial differential equation that described the flow field. Effects of different physical parameters, reflecting couple-stress parameter, permeability parameter, slip parameter, Hartman  number, constant heat radiation factor and Grashof number, as well as amplitude ration on pumping characteristics and frictional force, stream lines pattern and trapping of peristaltic flow pattern studied with particular emphasis. IMPLEMENTASI PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL DALAM MENDETEKSI PENCEGAHAN FRAUD PADA RS ISLAM UNISMA

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the internal control system at the Islamic Hospital of UNISMA on fraud. This research was conducted at the UNISMA Islamic Hospital with a total of 6 informants, namely 1 main informant, 1 key informant and 4 supporting informants. Data collection in this study was done by interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis.The results of this study indicate that internal control at the UNISMA Islamic hospital has been running well, this is indicated by the application of internal control elements whose results are visible and can be utilized. internal control at the UNISMA Islamic hospital that is able to minimize, prevent and detect fraud.Keywords : internal control, fraud prevention, UNISMA Islamic hospita

STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN AGRIBISNIS KOPI DI KECAMATAN POCO RANAKA TIMUR, KABUPATEN MANGGARAI TIMUR

The research aims is to knows the internal factors  (strength and weakness) and the external factors (opportunity and threat) that influence the agribusiness development of coffee and its another alternative strategy of agribusiness development of coffee in East Poco Ranaka Sub district, East Manggarai Regency. This research uses survey as its method while the data are taken from primary and secondary sources. The respondents determination are purposive sampling using keyperson, who are 26 respondents at its amount. Data analysis is conducted with qualitative and quantitative analysis using SWOT analysis (IFAS-EFAS analysis, SWOT matrix analysis, and SWOT quadrant). The results of the study show that the internal factor as well as the main strengths that determines the increasing of the agribusiness development of coffee in East Poco Ranaka Sub district are  natural conditions that comply with the requirements of growing Arabica coffee, having distinctive properties and characteristics and the product which is sold is in dry HS (Hard Skill). While for the main weakness, those are, the spirit-less of the young to become a coffee-farmer as their profession also the lowness of coffee`s production, and the lowness of coffee’s productivity. Meanwhile, the external factor as well as the main opportunity that gives good impact to the agribusiness development of coffee in East Poco Ranaka Sub district is the increase of consumption and demand of coffee in order to be the base material in the agroindustry also the government supports to agribusiness coffee. In another side, the main threat is the market competition.The strategy which is needed to be considered in the locus of the research is an aggressive strategy. This aggressive strategy refers to the SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy, which means efforts for maximizing all the possible opportunities. This study then, suggests to give the priority to the mount of sales, to give priority to the wider network in marketing information of Arabica coffee, and Asnikom role as the center in the marketing of Arabica coffee. But, it is possible to consider another strategy while keep focusing on SO strategy in order to increase the agribusiness development of coffee in the locus  of the research. This research also finds some disadvantage and threat in coffee agribusiness so that there should be a cooperation among the agribusinesses in managing this disadvantage and threat so that this agribusiness can keep exist even becoming bigger especially in East Poco Ranaka Sub district, East Manggarai Regency

MANAJEMEN USAHATANI TERUNG UNGU DI KELURAHAN TUATUKA KECAMATAN KUPANG TIMUR KABUPATEN KUPANG

This research was conducted on August 2019 in Tuatuka Subdistrict, East Kupang District, Kupang Regency. Tuatuka sub-district was purposively chosen as the site of research because the Tuatuka sub-district is one of the areas in the East Kupang district since it has significant amount of eggplants.In a population-based study, farmers in the Tuatuka district in the east of the Kupang district of the Kupang district are working on eggplants with a total of 53 people, so that the sample is taken using a census method in which all members of the population are research samples. The research results showed that farmers in Tuatuka sub-district, East Kupang District, Kupang Regency, performed the farm management fairly well by performing agricultural activities that included management functions, namely, agricultural planning the amount of labor, machinery to be applied or equipment, the selection of seeds and the use of pesticides and a place for marketing the production. Organize, when organizing the farmers, group the work to be done and share the tasks with each family member. Implementation, the implementation involves planting, waiting and harvesting. Monitoring, monitoring by farmers, namely monitoring of selling prices and income from pest and aubergine production in Tuatuka village, East Kupang district, Kupang regency, in a planting season Rp is 2.880.667.75

Determinan Likuiditas Bank Konvensional yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada Periode 2013-2019

This study aims to determine the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Assets (ROA), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), and Size on the liquidity of conventional banks for the period 2013-2019. The population used in this research is conventional banks which are listed on the IDX for the period 2013- 2019. The sample used was 20 banks using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used panel data regression with the Fixed Effect method. The results of this study indicate that CAR has a negative and significant effect on LDR. Meanwhile, ROA, NPL, and Size have positive and significant results on the LDR of Conventional Banks
