    Analysis of Strategic Planning Process at Rosa De Lima High School Tondano City, Minahasa Residence, Indonesia

    This research aimed at finding complete description on: 1) strategic planning process at Santa Rosa De Lima Tondano Catholic High School in Minahasa Residence. 2) obstructing factor of the strategic planning process at Santa Rosa De Lima Tondano Catholic High School in Minahasa Residence. 3) supporting factor of the strategic planning process at Santa Rosa De Lima Tondano Catholic High School in Minahasa Residence. 4) efforts to contend the strategic planning process at Santa Rosa De Lima Tondano Catholic High School in Minahasa Residence. Qualitative research method was used in this research. The techniques of data collection were: 1) observation, 2) interview, 3) documentation study. Data analysis process was conducted according to the preliminary process of data collection circle and in the course of data collection process.  Reverification was done due to some odd data, then grounded final conclusion was drawn. Criteria of data validity checking as follows: 1) credibility, 2) transferability, 3) dependability and 4) conformity. Based on the findings and data analysis, the research conclusions were: 1) The strategic planning process at the Santa Rosa de Lima Tondano Catholic High School in general has gone well, but there are still inequalities because there are things that have not been prepared in advance and there are stages that are not fully implemented. 2) Obstructing factor of the strategic planning process at Santa Rosa De Lima Tondano Catholic High School are: Less involvement of stakeholders; The strategic plan formed is not disseminated to stakeholders; The time of preparation of the Strategic Plan is quite long because a lot is taken up by the busyness of each team member; There is no budget for this activity. 3) Supporting factor of the strategic planning process at Santa Rosa De Lima Tondano Catholic High School are: Expertise and skills of the drafting team members; The accuracy of the program to be implemented with school needs; Self-giving totality of all team members; There are donors who cover costs. 4) Efforts to contend the strategic planning process at Santa Rosa De Lima Tondano Catholic High School are that the school begins to socialize the school strategic plan by distributing copies of documents to stakeholders. That way they are interested in finding out how to compile the strategic plan and they begin to understand the existing strategic plans. From this, they naturally began to train themselves to analyze school conditions. And this will be followed by training by experts, who are currently championed by the current headmaster. To involve stakeholders, time and budget planning in the strategic planning process, will be sought when there are improvements to the school's strategic plan.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Guru Sebagai Motivator dalam Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa Kelas IV SD GMIM Wailan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulan bahwa peran guru sebagai motivator dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas IV SD GMIM Wailan sudah baik yaitu dengan cara: 1) Menggunakan metode yang bervariasi, seperti ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab dan juga penugasan 2) Menciptakan persaingan atau kompetisi, dengan memberikan pertanyaan rebutan 3) Mengadakan evaluasi/tes, dengan memberikan soal-soal untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pembelajaran diserap oleh siswa 4) Memberi nilai dalam bentuk angka, nilai yang diperoleh siswa bervariasi ada yang 80 dan 90 5) Memberikan pujian, dengan kata-kata sanjungan yang menyemangati hati siswa 6) Memberikan hukuman, seperti berdiri di depan kelas dengan tujuan memberikan efek jera 7) Membentuk kebiasaan belajar yang baik, dengan mencatat kembali materi, membaca kembali yang sudah di catat, dan memberikan tugas 8) Membantu kesulitan belajar siswa, dengan melakukan pendekatan secara personal kepada siswa 9) Memberitahukan hasil belajar, dengan mengumumkan hasil yang diperoleh siswa secara lisan juga tulisan 10) Memberikan hadiah, dengan memberikan sebuah buku tulis

    Sekolah-sekolah meningkatkan kualitas melalui berbagai proyek sekolah. Artikel ini menyajikan manajemen mutu total (Total Quality Management) dalam program Study Club di SMAN 1 Tomohon. TQM mengacu pada manfaat yang diperoleh oleh siswa, guru dan sekolah. Tulisan ini merupakan hasil dari metode campuran. Teknik yang digunakan berupa studi literatur, observasi, wawancara dan analisis data kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Study Club di sekolah tersebut terdiri dari 9 kelompok sesuai dengan mata pelajaran yang ada di Olimpiade Sains Nasional. Tahapan dalam membangun program sebagai pembelajaran ekstra kurikuler meliputi perencanaan, perekrutan, pelaksanaan dan pengendalian. Dengan mempertimbangkan manajemen risiko, program ini telah memenuhi tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sekolah. Penerapan Total Quality Management di unit pendidikan memberikan hasil yang sangat baik dalam kemajuan kualitas sekolah.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data terkait Penerapan Keputusan Menteri Bersama Menteri Tentang Panduan Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskiptif. Data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka, jurnal ilmiah dan dokumen yang terkait pendidikan. Keputusan bersama menteri telah diterapkan di semua unit pendidikan. Sebagian besar sekolah telah menerapkan pembelajaran daring/online, tapi ada juga sekolah yang menerapkan pembelajaran luring/tatap muka dengan protocol kesehatan yang ketat. Masalah umum yang sering terjadi dalam pembelajaran adalah tidak stabilnya jaringan internet di beberapa daerah.     This research discusses the concept of North Sulawesi Province's regional development policy, aimed at opening Indonesia's gateway to the Pacific and East Asia regions through innovative education models in islands and border areas based on digital and spatial approaches. This education model aims to improve the quality of education in remote areas through the use of digital technology and spatial approaches. This concept is carried out to build a better quality of human resources, so that they are able to face global challenges in the future. This digital and spatial approach to education includes the use of information and communication technology and digital maps to improve teaching effectiveness. In addition, this education model is also expected to improve students' skills and knowledge in technology and science. Through the innovation of education models in the islands and border areas based on digital and spatial approaches, North Sulawesi Province hopes to strengthen Indonesia's position in the Pacific and East Asia regions and open up wider opportunities for cooperation in the fields of education and technology.

    Development of the Maternal and Child Health Education Model in North Sulawesi Province

    Maternal and child health is a global priority, with ongoing innovations in health education, including the use of information and communication technology. Studies have demonstrated that interoperable information systems can enhance the quality of health services while facilitating data integration for monitoring and evaluating the performance of health services, particularly in maternal and child health. This research is a descriptive qualitative study aimed at providing an overview of health service management. The findings revealed that the planning of maternal and child health programs is conducted in accordance with established policies, indicating that various efforts can be implemented to reduce maternal mortality rates. By 2022, North Sulawesi had successfully reduced its maternal mortality rate to 36 cases, which is below both the target of 40 cases and the national target of 228/100,000 live births. This achievement is attributed to the continuous optimization of health services, including infrastructure development, to ensure equitable access to quality healthcare for all local communities. The successful reduction of maternal mortality rates requires collaborative efforts from provincial health offices, districts/cities, hospitals, social services, public works offices, community and village empowerment offices, regional leaders, and the community itself.
