Анализ соблюдения правового режима в границах зон санитарной охраны водозабора г. Семей Республика Казахстан

Объектом исследования является подземный водозабор "Смычка", расположенный на о. Смычка (г. Семей, Республика Казахстан). Цель работы – оценка и анализ соблюдения правового режима в границах зон санитарной охраны (ЗСО) водозабора "Смычка" г. Семей Республики Казахстан. В процессе выполнения выпускной квалификационной работы изучена нормативно-правовая документация, определяющая порядок установления ЗСО источников питьевого водоснабжения, внесение сведений в ЕГРН, проведена оценка соблюдения правового режима использования территории в пределах ЗСО водозабора "Смычка", разработаны рекомендации по оптимизации состояния и развития территории в границах ЗСО данного водозабора.The object of the study is the underground water intake "Smychka", located on the island of Smychka (Semey, Republic of Kazakhstan). The purpose of the work is to assess and analyze compliance with the legal regime within the boundaries of the sanitary protection zones (ZSO) of the Smychka water intake in Semey, Republic of Kazakhstan. In the course of the final qualification work, the regulatory and legal documentation defining the procedure for establishing the ZSO of drinking water sources, entering information into the Unified State Register of Natural Resources, assessing compliance with the legal regime for the use of the territory within the ZSO of the "Smychka" water intake

Velocity Dependence in the Cyclic Friction Arising with Gears

Recent research on friction in robot joints and transmission systems has considered meshing friction a position-dependent friction component. However, in this paper we show experimental evidence that meshing friction depends highly on joint speed.We identify the meshing friction in the gearboxes of a robotic leg, and we propose a new mathematical model that considers the rate dependency of meshing friction. The resulting model is validated through experimentation. Results show that meshing friction is responsible for friction torque oscillations with an amplitude up to 25 percent of the average friction torque at low speeds. Therefore, this friction component should be taken into account if an accurate friction model is desired.Peer reviewe

Sero-epidemiological survey for alveolar echinococcosis (by Em2-ELISA) of blood donors in an endemic area of Switzerland

Sera from 17 166 blood donors living in 10 cantons of northern Switzerland in an area endemic for Echinococcus multilocularis were investigated by serological survey for alveolar echinococcosis (AE). A highly species-specific antigen (Em2) and a commonly used E. granulosus hydatid fluid antigen (EgHF) were compared for their suitability in seroepidemiology. EgHF showed a degree of nonspecificity which did not allow direct detection of AE cases. Antibody reaction with Em2 resulted in the detection of 2 asymptomatic clinical cases of AE (seroprevalence 0·01%) within this population of blood donors. A further 4 persons were positive in Em2-ELISA. These 4 persons had negative imaging studies and will be followed serologically and clinicall
