This thesis entitled "Implementation of the Employment Security organized by the Employment BPJS for workers PT Galang Press Yogyakarta". The purpose of this study was to determine how far the implementation of the Employment Guarantee and the factors that become obstacles in the implementation of Employment Security. This research is an empirical law with a view of law in the real sense and examine how the workings of the legal environment of the community. This research was made directly to the respondents as the primary data are supported by secondary data consists of primary legal materials and secondary law. The data obtained were collected, then analyzed qualitative analysis to identify the rules that the law, legal developments, and social facts in order to obtain an overview of the issues examined. In accordance with the established goals BPJS Employment aligned in Article 15 Paragraph (1) of Law No. 24 of 2011 on the Social Security Agency provides that employers and employees are required to enroll in stages in accordance with the social security BPJS Employment. With a firm rule that the employer is obliged to enroll their employees into BPJS Employment to meet every worker rights, but in reality there are many entrepreneurs who have not fully enroll their workers into the social security scheme administered by the Employment BPJS, such as PT Galang Press Yogyakarta. Based on the analysis and the data obtained, it can be concluded that PT Galang Press Yogyakarta yet fully implementing the Employment Security for Workers organized by BPJS Employment

Tesis ini berjudul “Penerapan Klaim Jaminan Hari Tua Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan Dengan Berlakunya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 60 Tahun 2015 Tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 46 Tahun 2015 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Program Jaminan Hari Tua”. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Penerapan Klaim Jaminan Hari Tua BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Dengan Berlakunya PP No. 60 Tahun 2015 dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pembaharuan hukum terhadap klaim jaminan hari tua dengan berlakunya PP No. 60 Tahun 2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris dengan pendekatan sosiologi hukum, pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan politik hukum. Sumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder (bahan hukum) sebagai sumber data. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan (Library Research) dan studi lapangan. Bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis hukum. Proses berpikir induktif digunakan untuk menarik kesimpulan. Teori Penegakan Hukum, Teori Kemanfaatan, Teori Kepastian Hukum digunakan sebagai pisau analisis dalam mengkaji hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan mengenai Penerapan Klaim Jaminan Hari Tua BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Dengan Berlakunya PP No. 60 Tahun 2015 mengedepankan tujuan hukum untuk memberikan rasa keadilan dan kemanfaatan untuk masyarakat, tetapi tidak dapat memberikan kepastian hukum. Kemanfaatan hukum itu adalah tidak adanya kejelasan atau ketegasan dari norma tersebut dan adanya keraguan mengenai fungsi dari penerapan klaim jaminan hari tua. Berlakunya PP No 60 Tahun 2015 mempunyai dampak negatif dan positif. Dampak positifnya peraturan tersebut memberikan kesempatan dan kemudahan bagi pekerja yang akan mencairkan dana jaminan hari tua tanpa harus melihat masa kepesertaan. Dampak Negatifnya yaitu Peraturan tersebut justru menyimpang dengan filosofi diadakannya jaminan sosial sehingga manfaat jaminan hari tua tidak dapat dirasakan oleh peserta dan adanya pajak progresif bagi peserta yang melakukan klaim jaminan hari tua secara dini. Pembaharuan hukum mengenai masa kepesertaan dan pajak progresif terhadap kalim jaminan hari tua dapat memberikan suatu kemanfaatan dan kepastian hukum

Activities of religious education in Szczecin province in the years 1962-1970 in the light of National Institiute Remembrance in Szczecin

Kościół, wierny posłannictwu Chrystusa głoszenia Ewangelii, wypełnia tę misję niezależnie od sytuacji politycznej danego kraju, dostosowując sposób głoszenia prawd wiary do panujących warunków i możliwości odbiorców. Kiedy w Polsce władza komunistyczna, dążąca do laicyzacji systemu oświaty, ustawą z 15 lipca 1961 roku usunęła nauczanie religii ze szkół, Kościół przeniósł katechizację do punktów katechetycznych. Niniejszy artykuł stanowi próbę zaprezentowania metod pracy SB, dążącej do pełnej kontroli i utrudniania nauki religii. Działalność operacyjna SB była skoncentrowana na uzyskaniu statystycznych danych o punktach, wymuszaniu na duchowieństwie podporządkowania się zarządzeniom państwowym dotyczącym rejestracji i składania sprawozdań z punktów katechetycznych. Mimo licznych działań bezpieki utrudniających działalność duszpasterską Kościół zorganizował sprawnie działającą sieć punktów katechetycznych, dając dzieciom i młodzieży możliwość wzrastania w wierze i kształtowania chrześcijańskiego systemu wartości. Ofiarna praca katechetów represjonowanych przez władze państwowe była wspierana przez kurię gorzowską, która dążyła do zdynamizowania pracy katechetycznej. Dokumenty wytworzone przez Samodzielną Sekcję, a następnie Wydział IV szczecińskiej bezpieki są udostępniane przez Archiwum Instytutu Pamięci Narodowej, stanowiąc ważny materiał źródłowy do dalszych badań.Church faithful to the mission of proclaiming the Gospel of Christ, fills this mission regardless of the political situation of the country, adapting the way of proclaiming the truths of the faith to the prevailing conditions and opportunities for customers. When the communist government in Poland, aiming to secularization of the education system by Law of 15 July 1961 removed the teaching of religion from schools, the church moved to catechesis to catechetical points. This article is an attempt to present the working methods of the Security Service (of the Ministry of Internal Affairs) aiming for full control and obstruction of teaching religion. Security Service operating activities was focused on obtaining statistical data points, forcing the clergy to submit to the orders of the state relating to the registration and reporting of religious education. Despite the numerous activities hamper the activities of the security ministry, the Church organized an efficient network of religious education. Giving children and young people the opportunity to grow in faith and shaping the Christian system of values. Selfless work of catechists repressed by the state was supported by the curia Gorzowska, which sought to boost the catechetical work. Documents produced by the Independent Section, Division IV are made available by Archives of the Institute of National Remembrance and are an important source material for further research

W artykule podjęto próbę analizy wybranych podręczników do nauczania religii dla ucznia i przewodników metodycznych dla katechety wydanych po 2001 roku, pod kątem dokonanego w nich procesu interpretacji tekstów biblijnych z Księgi Rodzaju 4-11. Omawiane perykopy opisują proces rozpowszechniania się zła, czego przejawem są kolejne akty przemocy, jakich dopuszcza się człowiek, oraz ukazują Boga, który przychodzi z pomocą. Materiały katechetyczne zostały przestudiowane pod kątem trzech reguł hermeneutycznych: zasady historyczno-literackiej, teologicznej, egzystencjalnej.Violence in the Bible (Gen 4-11) encountered in selected religious education textbooks The article attempts an analysis of selected religious education student textbooks and of methodology guides for teachers published after 2001 based on their interpretation of the biblical verses from Genesis 4-11. The pericopes under consideration describe the process of the spread of evil, which is manifested in subsequent acts of violence perpetrated by men, as well as reveal God who comes to rescue. The analysis of religious education materials is conducted from the perspective of the following three hermeneutic principles: historical/literary, theological, and existential. Job crafting and its impact on job satisfaction.

Przedmiotem pracy jest kształtowanie stanowiska pracy, zaangażowanie organizacyjne, satysfakcja z pracy oraz relacje, które zachodzą na linii lider - członek zespołu. Przeprowadzone badanie jest oparte na jest na modelu Wrześniewski i Dutton (2001). Model ten zakłada, że kształtowanie stanowiska może odbywać się na trzech płaszczyznach: wykonywane zadania (task crafting), myślenie o pracy (cognitive crafting) oraz relacje interpersonalne (relational crafting). Przeprowadzone badanie miało na celu sprawdzenie istnienia związków pomiędzy powyższymi płaszczyznami a komponentami przywiązania organizacyjnego, wymiarami satysfakcji z pracy oraz relacjami z liderem. Rezultat badania wskazuje na słaby pozytywny związek pomiędzy kształtowaniem zadań a przywiązaniem afektywny, kształtowaniem myślenia a przywiązaniem trwałym oraz normatywnym. Ponadto badanie wykazało słaby pozytywny związek pomiędzy kształtowaniem relacji a zadowoleniem wewnętrznym oraz umiarkowaną relację pomiędzy kształtowaniem myśli i zadań a zadowoleniem wewnętrznym. Wykazano również słabą, negatywną relację pomiędzy afektem a kształtowaniem relacji oraz słabą, negatywną relację pomiędzy lojalnością a kształtowaniem myśli.The main idea of the paper is the concept of job crafting and it’s connections with organizational commitment, job satisfaction and relationship between employee and his boss basen on Leader-Member Exchange. Conducted study is based on the job crafting model created by Wrzesniewski and Dutton (2001). The model assumes that crafting one's job happens at three different levels: task crafting ( for example taking more or fewer tasks) , cognitive crafting ( altering how employees perceive their duties) and relational crafting (changing the nature of interactions with other people). Results provided evidence of positive relationship between task crafting and affective commitment; cognitive crafting and continuance and normative commitment. Positive relationship between relations crafting and intrinsic job satisfaction; cognitive and tasks crafting and intrinsic job satisfaction. Results showed a negative relationship between affect and relations crafting; loyalty and cognitive crafting
