    International audienceThis paper proposes a model for building a flexible system, which accepts and verifies the change on business logic, including both business processes and business rules, while the system has to cover the properties as reliability and reuse. In this model, the business process will be designed with Colour Petri Net and translated into a set of Event-Condition-Action rules, this set will be combined with business rules for checking the respect of a business process to the business rules in design and modifying the process. Hierarchical Colour Petri Net is also used to guarantee the reliability and to reuse properties of the system.Ce document propose un modèle pour la création d'un système flexible, qui accepte et vérifie les modifications apportées à la logique métier, y compris les processus et les règles métier, tandis que le système doit couvrir les propriétés en termes de fiabilité et de réutilisation. Dans ce modèle, le processus de gestion sera conçu avec un réseau Pétri coloré et traduit en un ensemble de règles Event-Condition-Action (ECA). Cet ensemble sera combiné à des règles de gestion permettant de vérifier le respect du processus de gestion par modifier le processus. Un réseau Pétri coloré hiérarchisé est également utilisé pour garantir la fiabilité et pour réutiliser les propriétés du systèm

    Empirical Investigation of Omni-channel Customer Behavior: Multiple Mediation Effects of Website and Mobile Interactivity

    While existing retail research has focused on retail channels in isolation from a single or multi-channel retailing perspective, there is a need to investigate shopping behavioral intention from an omni-channel and customer-centric retailing perspective. The main of this study is to analyze the customer omni-channel behavior under multiple mediating effects of website and mobile interactivity. Data collected from valid 287 respondents via both online and paper form. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and Smart-PLS software have been used to test proposed hypotheses. The result underlined the significant positive effects of technology literacy, attitude towards website interactivity and attitude towards mobile device interactivity on customer’s behavioral intention. Moreover, website interactivity and augmented reality have highest impact attitude towards website interactivity and attitude towards mobile device interactivity respectively

    Biotechnological process of chitin recovery from shrimp waste using Lactobacillus plantarum NCDN4: Short communication

    Chitin in shrimp waste is tightly associated with proteins, lipids, pigments and mineral deposits. Therefore, these source materials have to be pretreated to remove these components. For a long time, chemical process has been used widely for extraction of chitin from shrimp waste. The chemical process however led to severe environmental damage and low chitin quality. The biological process has been shown promising to replace the harsh chemical process to reduce the environment impact. In our previous study chitin recovery from sterilized shrimp waste by Lactobacillus plantarum NCDN4 was investigated. However in large scale it is uneconomical to sterilize the shrimp waste. For that reason, in this study the microbial process using Lactobacillus plantarum NCDN4 for chitin recovery from unsterilezed shrimp waste has been investigated. Factors affecting the demineralization by this strain such as inoculum size, glucose concentration, initial pH, NaCl concentration and fermentation time were investigated. It was found that when unsterilized shrimp waste fermented with 20% L. plantarum inoculum, 12,5% glucose, and pH 6 for 4 days at 30oC, 99. 28% emineralization and 48.65% deproteination could be achieved. The ash and protein content of fermented residues were 1.33% and 22.46% respectively. Compared to sterilized condition the efficiency of demineralization and deproteination was similar.Chitin trong phế liệu tôm liên kết chặt chẽ với protein, sắc tố và khoáng. Do vậy để thu được chitin cần có các bước tiền xử lí để loại các thành phần không phải chitin ra. Phương pháp hóa học được sử dụng rộng rãi từ lâu để tiền xử lí chitin. Tuy nhiên do phương pháp hóa học gây hại cho môi trường và tạo ra chitin chất lượng thấp, các nhà khoa học nỗ lực nghiên cứu tìm ra các phương pháp thay thế. Phương pháp sinh học được xem là rất khả quan để thay thế phương pháp hóa học. Trong nghiên cứu trước của chúng tôi, quá trình lên men phế liệu tôm thanh trùng bằng Lactobacillus plantarum NCDN4 đã được nghiên cứu. Tuy nhiên việc thanh trùng phế liệu tôm không kinh tế. Trong nghiên cứu này quá trình lên men phế liệu tôm không thanh trùng bằng Lactobacillus plantarum NCDN4 đã được khảo sát. Các yếu tố như tỷ lệ giống, nồng độ đường glucose, nồng độ NaCl, pH ban đầu của môi trường lên men và thời gian lên men đã được nghiên cứu. Kết quả cho thấy ở điều kiện 20% giống theo thể tích, 12,5% dịch đường glucose, 2% muối theo khối lượng, pH ban đầu 6, sau 5 ngày lên men lượng khoáng và protein trong nguyên liệu giảm tương ứng 99.28% và 48.65%. Lượng khoáng và protein còn lại tương ứng 1.33% và 22.46% (tính theo trọng lượng khô). So với phế liệu tôm không thanh trùng, hiệu quả loại khoáng và protein là tương đương

    Updated molecular phylogenetic data for Opisthorchis spp. (Trematoda: Opisthorchioidea) from ducks in Vietnam

    Background: An opisthorchiid liver fluke was recently reported from ducks (Anas platyrhynchos) in Binh Dinh Province of Central Vietnam, and referred to as "Opisthorchis viverrini-like". This species uses common cyprinoid fishes as second intermediate hosts as does Opisthorchis viverrini, with which it is sympatric in this province. In this study, we refer to the liver fluke from ducks as "Opisthorchis sp. BD2013", and provide new sequence data from the mitochondrial (mt) genome and the nuclear ribosomal transcription unit. A phylogenetic analysis was conducted to clarify the basal taxonomic position of this species from ducks within the genus Opisthorchis (Digenea: Opisthorchiidae). Methods: Adults and eggs of liver flukes were collected from ducks, metacercariae from fishes (Puntius brevis, Rasbora aurotaenia, Esomus metallicus) and cercariae from snails (Bithynia funiculata) in different localities in Binh Dinh Province. From four developmental life stage samples (adults, eggs, metacercariae and cercariae), the complete cytochrome b (cob), nicotinamide dehydrogenase subunit 1 (nad1) and cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 (cox1) genes, and near-complete 18S and partial 28S ribosomal DNA (rDNA) sequences were obtained by PCR-coupled sequencing. The alignments of nucleotide sequences of concatenated cob + nad1 + cox1, and of concatenated 18S + 28S were separately subjected to phylogenetic analyses. Homologous sequences from other trematode species were included in each alignment. Results: Phylogenetic trees were inferred from concatenated (cob + nad1 + cox1) nucleotide sequences and combined 18S + 28S nucleotide sequences of five Opisthorchis sp. BD2013 samples and additional reference taxa. Both trees demonstrated the anticipated clustering of taxa within the superfamily Opisthorchioidea, the paraphyly of the genus Opisthorchis and the sister-species relationship of Opisthorchis sp. BD2013 with O. viverrini. Conclusions: While it is likely that Opisthorchis sp. BD2013 is distinct from O. viverrini, it is clearly a sister taxon of O. viverrini within the limited number of Opisthorchis species for which appropriate sequence data are available. The new sequences provided here will assist the diagnosis and the taxonomic clarification of the opisthorchiid species

    The paper uses the Vector Auto Regression (VAR) model and Granger Causality Analysis to analyze the two-way relationship between public debt and economic growth in Vietnam between 1992 and 2016. Pulse response functions, variance decomposition, ADF unit tests, residual autocorrelation assays and co-alignment tests were performed to examine the transmission mechanism of shocks, fluctuations of variables and the suitability of the model. The results show that there is a one-way causal relationship between public debt and economic growth in Vietnam. This is the basis for the writer to propose policy suggestions on public debt and economic development in Vietnam.Key Words: Public Debt, Economic Growth, VAR Model, Granger Causality Analysi

    Straightforward Procedure for Laboratory Production of DNA Ladder

    DNA ladder is commonly used to determine the size of DNA fragments by electrophoresis in routine molecular biology laboratories. In this study, we report a new procedure to prepare a DNA ladder that consists of 10 fragments from 100 to 1000 bp. This protocol is a combination of routinely employed methods: cloning, PCR, and partial digestion with restriction enzymes. DNA fragments of 100 bp with unique restriction site at both ends were self-ligated to create a tandem repeat. Once being cloned, the tandem repeat was rapidly amplified by PCR and partially digested by restriction enzymes to produce a ladder containing multimers of the repeated DNA fragments. Our procedure for production of DNA ladder could be simple, time saving, and inexpensive in comparison with current ones widely used in most laboratories
