Creation of interactive learning environment by means of simuation Β«Management in real estate developmentΒ»
An imitation game simulating a process of management in a real estate development is a mathematical model that is implemented as a computer game, which is based on a branched tree of management decisions in a real estate development at all stages of a life cycle, starting from an idea up to a reversion of the property at the end of the life cycle. Depending on the management decisions taken various scenarios of the real estate development are simulated.ΠΠΌΠΈΡΠ°ΡΠΈΠΎΠ½Π½Π°Ρ ΠΈΠ³ΡΠ° - ΡΠΈΠΌΡΠ»ΡΡΠΎΡ ΡΠΏΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½ΠΈΡ Π΄Π΅Π²Π΅Π»ΠΎΠΏΠ΅ΡΡΠΊΠΈΠΌ ΠΏΡΠΎΠ΅ΠΊΡΠΎΠΌ ΡΡΠΎ ΠΌΠ°ΡΠ΅ΠΌΠ°ΡΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠ°Ρ ΠΌΠΎΠ΄Π΅Π»Ρ, ΡΠ΅Π°Π»ΠΈΠ·ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½Π½Π°Ρ Π² Π²ΠΈΠ΄Π΅ ΠΊΠΎΠΌΠΏΡΡΡΠ΅ΡΠ½ΠΎΠΉ ΠΈΠ³ΡΡ, Π² ΠΎΡΠ½ΠΎΠ²Π΅ ΠΊΠΎΡΠΎΡΠΎΠΉ Π»Π΅ΠΆΠΈΡ ΡΠ°Π·Π²Π΅ΡΠ²Π»Π΅Π½Π½ΠΎΠ΅ Π΄Π΅ΡΠ΅Π²ΠΎ ΡΠ΅ΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΠΉ ΠΏΡΠΈ ΡΠΏΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½ΠΈΠΈ Π½Π΅Π΄Π²ΠΈΠΆΠΈΠΌΠΎΡΡΡΡ Π½Π° Π²ΡΠ΅Ρ

The calculations have revealed qualitatively different dependences between the total yield and the life of the project for different types of real estate with different current yield. The simulation model can be used as a practical tool for developing the strategy of management of real estate to determine the most favorable moment for the exit from the project in order to maximize the financial results
The principles of the green economy in the context of agglomeration: Evidence from Big Ekaterinburg
The authors consider an urban agglomeration as a more integral informal economic subject uniting economic interests of its municipalities and expressing interests of the territory which can become a driver of the "green economy" strategy. High level of social and economic development of an agglomeration kernel, and high capabilities related to minimization of environmental risks and multiplying natural capital of the small cities allows synchronization of economic growth, optimal use of natural resources and decreasing decoupling effect. Using Big Ekaterinburg as an example of urban agglomerations the authors have shown that strategic planning documents on the municipal level require cardinal revision in the context of complex development of the territory, "green" economy principles implementation and harmonization of relations among the economy, society, and environment.
