护理大专生临床护理实践活动可行性研究
During the clinical nursing courses for nursing students in school, it’s difficult for them to understand the professional knowledge, meanwhile, they show poor learning outcomes and learning initiative. In that case, we are trying to carry out clinical nursing practice for Level.11, Grade 2. Methods: The students of nursing practice at clinical departments are led by clinical teachers in their spare times, and having training education from the clinical teachers as well. The students will learn for 2~3 months per semester, a total of two semesters. Results: Through this activity, the students here not only familiar with the clinical nursing work environment, understand the nurses work content, while deeply understand practical knowledge, improve the learning initiative, so as to achieve the purpose of improving learning outcomes, the students all realize that this activity is necessary Conclusion:It is an effective and feasible way for nursing students to experience the learning phase of clinical practice at the school.目的 针对在校护理大专生在学习临床护理课程的学习过程中存在对专业知识的理解困难,学习效果及学习主动性差的现象,尝试开展了临床护理实践活动。方法 针对11级二年级护理大专生在校学习临床护理课程期间,利用课余时间到临床科室进行护理实践活动,由临床老师带教,以见习为主,每学期2~3个月,共2个学期。结果 学生通过此项活动,不但熟悉了临床护理工作环境,了解了护士工作内容,同时加深了对知识的理解,提高了学习的主动性,从而达到了提高学习效果的目的,同学们一致认为此项活动非常必要。结论 护理大专生在校学习阶段开展临床实践活动效果显著,是可行的
谈凯格尔运动在宫颈癌根治术后膀胱功能的训练
Objective: To study the effect of kegel exercises on postoperative bladder function recovery for patients underwent cervical cancer surgery. Methods: A total of 26 cervical cancer patients of similar age, culture and cognitive ability was selected and guided to do kegel exercises. Results: The catheterization time and residual urine volume of 26 patients after operation were significantly decreased, and incidence of urinary retention was reduced after removing the catheter. Conclusion: Kegel exercises can promote the recovery of bladder function after surgery for cervical cancer.目的 观察凯格尔运动对宫颈癌术后膀胱功能恢复的效果。方法 选取文化、年龄相仿,认知能力良好的本院宫颈癌根治术病人26名,指导进行凯格尔运动。结果 26名患者术后留置导尿时间及残余尿量均显著减少,拔导尿管后尿储留的发生率降低。结论 凯格尔运动能够促进宫颈癌术后膀胱功能的恢复

The Schiff base of the title compound, C15H14N4O6·C3H7NO, was obtained from the condensation reaction of 3-ethoxy-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde and 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine. The dihedral angle between the benzene rings is 3.05 (10)° and intramolecular N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds generate S(6) and S(5) ring motifs, respectively. In the crystal, the Schiff base and dimethylformamide solvent molecules are linked by an O—H⋯O hydrogen bond
An Effective Way to Prepare Submicron MoO2 Anodes for High-Stable Lithium-Ion Batteries
Herein, MoO2-based submicrons (named MoO2@C) are synthesized through an effective one-step hydrothermal process. The prepared MoO2 submicrons wrapped in carbonouse layer are uniformly produced and can be applied to the anodes in lithium-ion batteries (LIBs). The novel MoO2@C electrodes demonstrate attractive lithium storage ability. Moreover, compared with the commercial pure MoO2, the MoO2@C delivers a superior electrochemical capacity (e.g, 760.83 mAh g-1 capacity in long-life test at high rate of 1 A g-1) with outstanding capacity retention ratio and stability as well as rate capability. The superior lithium storage capabilities result from plenty of the Li+ sites and adequate electrolyte infiltration effect, which allows the fast transport of electrons and ions, and well-dispersed MoO2 submicrons in carbon-based layers that effectively prevents aggregation of nano size particles

The Schiff base molecule of the title compound, C14H12N4O6·C5H5N, was obtained from the condensation reaction of 2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde and 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine. The C=N bond of the Schiff base has a trans arrangement and the dihedral angle between the two benzene rings is 3.49 (10)°. An intramolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bond generates an S(6) ring. In the crystal, O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the Schiff base molecules
α-Tocopheryl succinate inhibits angiogenesis by disrupting paracrine FGF2 signalling
AbstractMalignant mesothelioma (MM) cells enhanced proliferation of endothelial cells (ECs) as well as their angiogenesis in vitro by secretion of fibroblast growth factor-2 (FGF2). This effect was suppressed by pre-treating MM cells with α-tocopheryl succinate (α-TOS), which inhibited FGF2 secretion by inducing mitochondria-dependent generation of reactive oxygen species. The role of FGF2 was confirmed by its down-regulation by treating MM cells with siRNA, abolishing EC proliferation and wound healing enhancement afforded by MM cells. We conclude that α-TOS disrupts angiogenesis mediated by MM cells by inhibiting FGF2 paracrine signalling
Generation of marker- and/or backbone-free transgenic wheat plants via Agrobacterium-mediated transformation
Horizontal transfer of antibiotic resistance genes to animals and vertical transfer of herbicide resistance genes to the weedy relatives are perceived as major biosafety concerns in genetically modified (GM) crops. In this study, five novel vectors which used gusA and bar as a reporter gene and a selection marker gene, respectively, were constructed based on the pCLEAN dual binary vector system. Among these vectors, 1G7B and 5G7B carried two T-DNAs located on two respective plasmids with 5G7B possessing an additional virGwt gene. 5LBTG154 and 5TGTB154 carried two T-DNAs in the target plasmid with either one or double right borders, and 5BTG154 carried the selectable marker gene on the backbone outside of the T-DNA left border in the target plasmid. In addition, 5BTG154, 5LBTG154, and 5TGTB154 used pAL154 as a helper plasmid which contains Komari fragment to facilitate transformation. These five dual binary vector combinations were transformed into Agrobacterium strain AGL1 and used to transform durum wheat cv Stewart 63. Evaluation of the co-transformation efficiencies, the frequencies of marker-free transgenic plants, and integration of backbone sequences in the obtained transgenic lines indicated that two vectors (5G7B and 5TGTB154) were more efficient in generating marker-free transgenic wheat plants with no or minimal integration of backbone sequences in the wheat genome. The vector series developed in this study for generation of marker- and/or backbone-free transgenic wheat plants via Agrobacterium-mediated transformation will be useful to facilitate the creation of “clean” GM wheat containing only the foreign genes of agronomic importance
SUPRASPECIFIC TAXA OF THE BIVALVIA FIRST NAMED, DESCRIBED, AND PUBLISHED IN CHINA (1927–2007)
A total of 209 bivalve generic (subgeneric) and 19 familial (subfamilial) names first proposed by Chinese palaeontologists and published in China are treated herein as an annotated database. The present paper is designed especially for the Treatise on Invertebrate Paleontology Bivalvia revision project, because access to bivalve taxa published by Chinese authors in China has been difficult for non-Chinese researchers. The original diagnoses of these taxa, including the original descriptions and explanation of figures of all the type species, have been translated from Chinese into English, so that non-Chinese colleagues can more easily have access to them

partial differential equations is proposed. The method is oriented towards ease
of use and capability of computer algebra systems, and provides a direct and
systematical solution procedure which generalizes Hirota's perturbation scheme.
With help of Maple, an application of the approach to the dimensional
potential-Yu-Toda-Sasa-Fukuyama equation yields exact explicit 1-wave and
2-wave and 3-wave solutions, which include 1-soliton, 2-soliton and 3-soliton
type solutions. Two cases with specific values of the involved parameters are
