谈凯格尔运动在宫颈癌根治术后膀胱功能的训练

Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of kegel exercises on postoperative bladder function recovery for patients underwent cervical cancer surgery. Methods: A total of 26 cervical cancer patients of similar age, culture and cognitive ability was selected and guided to do kegel exercises. Results: The catheterization time and residual urine volume of 26 patients after operation were significantly decreased, and incidence of urinary retention was reduced after removing the catheter. Conclusion: Kegel exercises can promote the recovery of bladder function after surgery for cervical cancer.目的  观察凯格尔运动对宫颈癌术后膀胱功能恢复的效果。方法  选取文化、年龄相仿,认知能力良好的本院宫颈癌根治术病人26名,指导进行凯格尔运动。结果  26名患者术后留置导尿时间及残余尿量均显著减少,拔导尿管后尿储留的发生率降低。结论  凯格尔运动能够促进宫颈癌术后膀胱功能的恢复
