The Implementation of Standards of Educators and Education Personnel in SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya Regency

This study aims to obtain comprehensive information on the Implementation of Standards of Educators and Education Personnel in SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya Regency related to How the Standards of Educators and Education Personnel and any factors that inhibit and support in implementing it and what efforts are made by the Headmaster in implementing the Standards of Educators and Education Personnel in SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya Regency. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data source consists of Headmaster, Educators and Education Personnel. The data collection procedure is done by observation, structured and in-depth interviews, and documentation. Validity checking the results is performed by member check, reference sufficiency, and triangulation. Data analysis used is a qualitative analysis that is by describing and interpreting data. The result of the conclusion is as follows: (1) Work Program of Educator Standard and Education Personnel at SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya Regency has been running well, (2) Education Standard and Education Personnel in SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya Regency also very good, because in terms of applying these standards the Headmaster does not have difficulties, as all school personnel have an awareness of their duties and responsibilities. (3) Communications conducted in implementing the Standards of Educators and Education Personnel in SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya Regency is also well underway. (4) The supporting factors faced by the Headmaster in implementing the Standards of Educators and Education Personnel at SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya Regency are all Educators and Education Personnel meet the Educational qualifications required by the Government and the educator has been certified. The inhibiting factor is lack of library personnel who specifically manage the library and laboratory professionals in their field. How to overcome these obstacles is the Headmaster provides an additional duty to the teacher to become head of the library and the laboratory, meanwhile for library staff and laboratory personnel the school assigns the honorarium. (5) The Headmaster’s efforts in implementing the Standards of Educators and Education Personnel at SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya of Kubu Raya Regency is by involving them in the preparation of the RKAS, establishing TPS and TPK, IHT, actively encouraging in the MGMP. Educators and Education Personnel improve their academic qualification and competency standards through various activities, including further studies, partnerships with other schools, programmed discussions, etc. The competence owned Educator, of course, affects the learning process and improving the quality of learners learn

IMPLEMENTASI STANDAR PENDIDIK DAN TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN DI SMP NEGERI 1 SUNGAI RAYA KABUPATEN KUBU RAYA

Abstract  The purpose of National Education is to develop the quality of human resources as early as possible in a directional, integrated and comprehensive through various productive and creative efforts by all components of the nation, so that young people can develop optimally. Personnel directly related to the task of providing education is Educators and Education Personnel. The purpose of this study is to obtain descriptive information about the implementation of educator standards and education personnel focused on academic qualifications, physical and spiritual health of educators as well as their competence, academic qualifications and leadership capabilities of the headmaster. With a qualitative approach and case study, this thesis is prepared using primary and secondary data through interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The study found that; educators' academic qualifications meet the standards, the physical and spiritual health of educators, the competence of educators is also good, the academic qualifications of the headmaster have been very feasible, and this certainly has implications on the leadership capability.   Keywords: Implementation, Standard, educators and education personne

ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI UPAH PEKERJA WANITA PEDESAAN DI SUMATERA SELATAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi upah pekerja wanita di Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model persamaan Mincerian sedangkan pengelolaan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa variabel usia, jam kerja dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap upah pekerja wanita. Selanjutnya variabel memiliki balita dan status menikah tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap upah pekerja wanta di Pedesaan. Pada penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa upah pekerja wanita di sektor non pertanian lebih rendah dari yang bekerja di sektor pertanian. Kata kunci: Upah, Pekerja Wanita, Pedesaan, sektor non pertania

Analisis Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Tingkat kemiskinan dan Indeks Kemiskinan terhadap besaran APBD di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan

Some regencies/cities that have big Regional Government Budgets (RGB) come from Revenue Sharing Fund of Natural Resource show their economicindicators are lower than other regions. This study does to knowand analyse a correlation of RGB to economic growth, poverty level and Human Development Index at 17 regencies/cities of South Sumatra Province. The research data are from 2013 to 2017 come from BPKAD and BPS, and using quantitative research method that used descriptive statisticalanalyses to test each variable and analytic statistical analyses which is used scoring analyses and simple regression analyses.Revenue Sharing Fund is a component of central government transfer as one of RGB components so the bigger Revenue Sharing Fund of a region the bigger RGB of that region. Scoring analyses shows some regions that have big RGB in 2017 do not have better rankings and vice versa, some regions that have small RGB get better rankings. Simple regression analyses, from 2013 to 2017, shows that a RGB does not have a correlation to economic growth, poverty level and Human Development Index at 17 regencies/cities of South Sumatra Province. Hence, the bigger RGB is not significant its correlation to the increasing of economic growth, the decreasing of poverty level and the increasing of Human Development Index. NILAI DAKWAH DALAM TRADISI MAKAN BESAPRAH PADA MASYARAKAT MELAYU DI KABUPATEN SAMBAS

This paper departs from the uniqueness of the tradition that exists in the Malay Sambas community, namely eating besaprah, which continues to be preserved by the Sambas Malay community.  Besaprah eating is eating together with food arranged in such a way without a table with a cloth base modeled after the arrangement of side dishes and the dish is called saprahan.  The meaning of saprahan symbolizes a sense of community and a sense of cooperation with the philosophy of weight being equally carried, light equally carried, standing equally high, sitting equally low.  The dishes served in front of are eaten together in groups, forming a circle. Saprahan dishes are eaten not using tablespoons, but are bribed by hand while to take side dishes a spoon is used. This research was conducted to explain the values of da'wah that are contained in the tradition of eating Sambas Malay besaprah, especially in Sambas Regency The purpose of this study is to find out the values or messages of proselytizing contained in the tradition of eating besaprah.  This research uses a descriptive approach with a qualitative type. The data sources used are primary and secondary. The results of this study are that there are three values of da'wah contained in the tradition of eating besaprah, namely akidah value, moral value and Shari'a   value.&nbsp

INVENTARISASI MAKAM BERSEJARAH DI SAMBAS

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian arkeologi yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan makam Syeh Ranam yang terdapat di Desa Mentawak Sambas dan makam Datok Paseh di Desa teluk Kembang Kecamatan Teluk Keramat. Metode arkeologi dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yaitu: pertama, tahap pengumpulan data; kedua, tahap analisis dan rekonstruksi kebudayaan, dan ketiga, tahap pelaporan dan publikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Makam Syeh Ranam merupakan komplek makam keluarga, terdapat dua makam yang memiliki teks arab yang terletak pada nisan bagian kepala dengan masing-masing memiliki 7 baris teks arab serta memiliki ukiran daun pada bagian Jiratnya. Makam Datok Paseh tidak memiliki jirat dan memiliki dua nisan (kaki dan kepala) dengan memiliki hiasan berupa garis lurus dan melengkung

Cultural Da'wah in the Sambas Malay Community through Tepung Tawar Tradition

Sambas Malay community is included in an area with a tradition of spreading da'wah, one of which is the tradition of tepung tawar (fresh flour). The spread of da'wah through this tradition is a contact of customs and culture and is not in line with Islamic teachings. Hence, the tradition of fresh flour is one part of the cultural da'wah in the Sambas Malay community. This study aims to examine the value of da'wah contained in the tradition of tepung tawar (fresh flour) in the life of the Sambas Malay community. This research is descriptive field research using qualitative analysis. Data collection was done through observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study found that the form of cultural da'wah contained in the tradition of tepung tawar (fresh flour) in the Sambas Malay community consists of three stages: preparation, implementation, and post-implementation. There are several values contained in this tradition of fresh flour such as having an open attitude, having high Islamic values, ethical and moral values, togetherness values, shared ideals, deliberation values, and socio-cultural values and religiosity values. As well as the relationship between the tradition of tepung tawar (fresh flour) with aqiqah, which is in contact with Hinduism, Buddhism and Islam, this becomes a style of tradition that exists in the life of the Sambas Malay community, which is seen in the tradition of tepung tawar (fresh flour
