A new species of Ulmeritoides Traver, 1959 is described based on all life stages from Roraima State, Northern Brazil. U. amajari sp. nov. has a forewing coloration and penis shape similar to that of the widespread species U. uruguayensis (Traver) but it differs from the latter by the shape of the penis lobe apex in the male imago and by the lines of pectinate setae on the ventral surface of tibia III, in the nymph. The descriptions of nymph and female imago of U. passorum Gama-Neto & Hamada, 2014 are also presented. </jats:p
