REPARABLE, ACTUALIZABLE Y RECICLABLE. LA ECONOMÍA CIRCULAR, COMO NUEVO MODELO ECONÓMICO SUSTENTABLE EN MÉXICO (Cartel)

La economía lineal es decir “el Tomar, Hacer, Desechar” es el modelo de producción por la cual hoy por hoy se rigen los sistemas económicos. Pero ¿Este modelo sigue siendo funcional? Existen diferentes posturas las cuales son debatibles, pero hay algo en lo que debemos enfocarnos y no podemos delegar, a lo que llamamos “Daño ambiental” que no es más que el resultado de este modelo lineal, pues “el producir, producir” que regía la economía clásica esta sin lugar a duda llegando a su límite, la huella ecológica que el ser humano está ocasionando a la naturaleza es impactante por lo que si no nos detenemos pronto este daño será irreversible. Lo que nos lleva a preguntarnos ¿Existe una alternativa? La respuesta es sí, existen una gran cantidad de alternativas que van desde los programas medioambientales actuales hasta la ola reciente del desarrollo sustentable los cuales están poniendo en la mesa de debate de un sinfín de organismos el repensar la manera en la que producimos, vendemos y consumismos. Es así como nace la economía circular, de ir un poco más allá, de ya no solo pensar en reciclar, reducir y reutilizar sino también innovar y transformar, en otras palabras regenerar. Así, la economía circular se plantea como una medida más revolucionaria y transformadora que lleve a las empresas al ahorro de recursos, al mismo tiempo que al consumidor a un cambio en sus hábitos de compra, ambos con un único objetivo en común; el cual es el cuidado del medio ambiente y la reversibilidad de la huella ecológica que por siglos hemos generado. Pero si bien es cierto este cambio no se logrará de la noche a la mañana, desde nuestra perspectiva requiere de la colaboración dinámica de los agentes sociales (sociedad, empresas, gobierno) para poder llevarla a cabo de manera sustentable y certera. Por lo que este modelo de reciente creación se enfrenta a grandes retos en su implementación y que quedara sujeto a lo inclusivos o exclusivos que sean los agentes sociales de una región o nación. Pero que analizando al sistema actual, dicho método ya no suena a ficción futurista, pues nos atrevemos a decir que las nuevas generaciones de empresas al igual que los nuevos estilos de vida están empujando a ver el modelo de economía circular más cercano que nunca

Biblioteca Se Sentanemililis. La Experiencia De Una Biblioteca Comunitaria Desde Las Voces De Sus Actores

El presente artículo comparte el proyecto de una biblioteca comunitaria, ubicada en una comunidad rural e indígena de México, desde las voces de quienes la idearon y construyeron; de los niños que la frecuentan y de los jóvenes responsables de atenderla. La historia “única” de la lectura que prevalece en el discurso hegemónico es la de una actividad escolar o de intelectuales, recientemente de actores o deportistas. Sin embargo, las prácticas de lectura son muchas y muy variadas, pero los discursos oficiales han legitimado solo algunas, invisibilizado otras que no son menos valiosas o legítimas y han creado falsas imágenes de la lectura y estereotipos de lectores. Entonces, se hace necesario mirar y escuchar esas otras historias a las que los grupos de élite no dan lugar. Esta es una de esas historias. Abstract This article shares the project of a community library, located in a rural and indigenous community of Mexico, from the voices of those who devised and built it; of the children who frequent it: and of the young people responsible for caring for it. The “unique” history of reading that prevails in hegemonic discourse is that of a school activity or of intellectuals, recently of actors or athletes. However, there are many and very varied reading practices, but official speeches have legitimized only a few, unvisitable others that are no less valuable or legitimate; and have created false reading images and reader stereotypes. Selection and promotion process to supervisory positions in Mexico, 2015

In Mexico it is starting a process of selection and promotion of teachers to supervisory positions through what has been called competitive examinations. This competition, derived from the Education Reform 2013, is justified by the alleged finding the best teachers to fill them. As a "new" process in the Mexican education system has led to a series of disputes since that examination was confined to the application and resolution of a standardized test consisting of multiple-choice questions applied in a session of eight hours which it determines whether a teacher is qualified or not qualified for the job

Influence of Job Satisfaction and the Perception of Abuse of Hierarchical Power on the Subjective Well-Being of University Teachers for Publication

It is intended to perform a correlation of variables, through descriptive statistics and structural equations, using SPSS AMOS version 25. To apply the instrument to a population composed of teachers from Higher Education Institutions, in the private education modality of the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area with similar characteristics of student market participation, which should have partnership agreements with the institutions. Another viable option in terms of time and resources will be in different campuses of the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara located in Tabasco and Tepic. The first instrument was designed trying to cover the constructs to be measured, based on the literature reviewed so far, taking into consideration parsimony and the appropriate audience for the universe contemplated, also, a 1-5 Likert scale was used

AMBIGÜEDAD ORGANIZACIONAL EN LA PLANEACIÓN ESTRATÉGICA

Este trabajo tiene por objetivo determinar el grado de infl uencia de la planeación estratégica en el combate a la ambigüedad organizacional en la Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa en su región Centro-Norte. La investigación es experimental y aplica la escala de Likert como instrumento de campo. Entre los hallazgos importantes, esta investigación encuentra que la organización tiene que buscar acoplar fi rmemente los objetivos e intereses de sus participantes para encontrar respuestas más completas en la planeación estratégica, que requiere mayor racionalidad, pero en las condiciones descritas, ésta encuentra grandes limitaciones, es decir, cada vez puede estar más lejos de cumplirse el objetivo con las acciones tomadas, ya que el camino seguido para hacer esto, no es claro

SOWISP—A retrospective high spatial and temporal resolution database of the installed wind and solar PV power in Spain

The proposal of new energy systems based on renewable energies requires thorough research in order to derive technically reliable and economically sustainable systems. One of the key inputs of such research is constituted by reliable databases of renewable resources. Despite the great effort of the scientific community in recent years, most current databases are far from optimal. Although some databases are based on real data, they lack adequate spatial resolution and/or temporal coverage. Other databases are obtained by estimating renewable energy potential from meteorological reanalysis; however, these estimates are subject to high uncertainty. One of the main problems when building these renewable resource databases is the lack of actual values of installed capacity. In this study we present the SOlar and Wind Installed Spanish Power (SOWISP) database. SOWISP provides the actual installed capacity of wind and photovoltaic solar energy in each Spanish town, with a monthly resolution, and covering the period of 2015–2020. SOWISP has been developed and validated based on a careful and thorough compilation of different public databases. It covers the need for a publicly available database with sufficient spatial and temporal resolution suitable for the analysis of energy systems. Moreover, SOWISP, along with other freely available datasets, supports many modern applications.
