Vyhodnocení návrhu elektronického obchodu a užitých propagačních strategií

The worldwide impact of the digital and information revolution is hard to overestimate. This impact was particularly strongly felt by the economic sector. With rising competition online there is now an ever-increasing need for companies with online presence than ever before to have a sound strategy for digital marketing. One of the pivotal components of this strategy is often the design of business website. The aim of this study is to explore some possible website design approaches and strategies, evaluate them based on previous research and test if this research still holds true even today. The main focus are the solutions to challenges faced by online stores and from these specifically the strategies and approaches concerned with customer conversion rate and customer retention rate. This study has found that customer conversion rate and retention rate are the main challenges face by online stores nowadays. It has proposed two unique approaches with web flow design focus and website usability focus and has tested if these approaches still work as of March 2019. The findings show that website usability focus influences both the customer retention rate and the quality of the online relationship. The flow design focus was however found to not work as well as previously suggested. All the claims in this study should however be, due to the small sample size and various other constraints taken with a healthy bit of scepticism.Celosvětový dopad digitální a informační revoluce lze jen těžko přecenit. Tento dopad byl cítit obzvláště silně v ekonomickém sektoru. Se stoupající konkurencí na internetu je teď čím dál větší potřeba aby společnosti, jež se prezentují online měli dobrou digitální marketingovou strategii. Jednou z nedílných součástí této strategie je velmi často design obchodních webových stránek. Cílem této práce je prozkoumat některé možné přístupy a strategie, jež se dají použít při návrhu a tvorbě takovýchto stránek, zhodnotit je na základě předchozího výzkumu a ověřit, zda tento výzkum stále platí. V práci se zaměřujeme zejména na řešení problematiky konvertování návštěvníků na zákazníky a jejich následné udržení. Tato práce shrnuje že právě tato problematika je jedna z nejvíce podstatných, kterým čelí dnešní internetové podniky. V této práci navrhujeme dva různé postupy, kterými jsou design plynulého webu a design soustředěný okolo snadného používání stránky a testujeme, zda stále fungují v březnu 2019. V práci jsme zjistily, že strategie soustředěná okolo snadného používání stránky má pozitivní vliv jak na udržení si zákazníků do budoucna, tak na kvalitu vztahu mezi zákazníkem a obchodníkem. Nicméně zjistili jsme, že design plynulého webu není až tak užitečný, jak tvrdí minulé studie. Salient Region Detection in an Image

Import 22/07/2015Tato práce popisuje konkrétní implementaci algoritmů, sloužících k nalezení významné oblasti obrazu. Program zpracuje daný obrazový vstupní soubor, provede jednotlivé operace a poté vytvoří ořezovou masku. V masce je zvýrazněna pouze ta část obrazu, která je pro daný snímek charakteristická. Ukážeme si postupně vytvoření superpixelů, neboli rozdělení obrazu na atomické části, které vnímáme podobně. Následně vypočteme konvexní obal bodů získaných pomocí detekce rohů, které nám určí hrubou představu o důležitých částech obrazu. Vytvoření masky je dokončeno výpočtem nad jednotlivými superpixely, který kombinuje informace z konvexního obalu a minimální vzdáleností v CIELab prostoru mezi danými superpixely. Pro určení minimální vzdálenosti je použit Dijkstrův algoritmus, kde vrcholy jsou středy jednotlivých superpixelů. Implementaci jsem prováděl v jazyce C++ za pomocí knihovny OpenCV, která je navíc volně k užití. Tato knihovna obsahuje velké množství funkcí, které implementaci značně zjednodušují a navíc jsou optimalizované pro co nejrychlejší vykonání operací.This work describe implementation of algorithms for searching salient object in image. Program analyzes input image, proceed it through algorithms and save clipping mask, where only salient part of image is highlighted. We describe step by step creating superpixels, which are atomic part of image. Followed by creating convex hull of point found by Harris corner detector. This give us first coarse imagine of salient object. Mask is finished by counting transmitting energy between superpixels, which distance is counted by Dijkstra algorithm to find shortest path. Implementation I made in C++ using OpenCV library, which is also free for academic and commercial use. Design of technological progress in implementing the excavation and ground works hotel building in Brušperk

Import 04/02/2014Diplomová práce s tématem Návrh technologického postupu provádění výkopových a zemních prací objektu hotelu v Brušperku se zabývá řešením projektové dokumentace pro realizaci stavby a problematikou týkající se oblasti výkopových a zemních prací při výstavbě. Navržený technologický postup se zabývá především způsobem provádění výkopových prací od přípravy staveniště až po provedení výkopu základových patek. Součástí postupu je také návrh strojní sestavy, technologie zajištění stěn výkopu či stanovení ceny prací formou položkového rozpočtu. Hotel je podsklepený, se třemi nadzemními podlažími. Konstrukce je navržená jako skeletová, svislé a vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou tvořeny sloupy a průvlaky. The impact of the development of personnel costs on the profitability indicators of road freight transport companies in the Czech Republic

The paper's main objective is to investigate the effects of personnel cost growth between 2014 and 2019 on the profitability of selected large road freight transport companies based on the collection of publicly available data of these transport companies. The first sub-objective of the paper is to conduct the necessary data collection from the financial statements of road freight transport companies with more than 250 workers. The second sub-objective of the paper is to define financial ratios and to assess the impact of personnel cost growth on the profitability of these enterprises. The third sub-objective is to determine the development of selected financial ratios over the period 2014 to 2019 and to evaluate the impact of personnel cost growth on the development of these ratios for selected transport companies. As a result of the fulfilment of these goals, we identified that an increase in personnel cost led in chosen transport companies in the years 2015 - 2016 to a significant decrease in labour productivity in the form of sales per employee and decreased profit. In the years 2017 - 2018, the year-on-year increase in personnel cost slowed down with impact to improved labour productivity and improved profit. In 2019 although another increase in personnel cost occurred, the situation changed, and labour productivity and profit increased. Analysis of these data showed that an increase of labour productivity in the form of sales per employee and profit increase in 2018 and 2019 was done thanks to the increasing price of transportation that covered higher personnel costs.Web of Science911079

Objekt je zastřešen sedlovou střechou. Hlavní částí bakalářské práce je zpracovaná studie vybraného objektu, jež se skládá ze dvou částí: pozemní stavitelství a realizace staveb. Část pozemní stavitelství je tvořená technickou zprávou a výkresovou dokumentací objektu. The Impact of Active Conductors on Czech and Hungarian Lightning Protection Legislation

This paper summarizes the developmental conditions for the emergence of protection against lightning. It reviews the legislation especially in the Czech Republic over the last 15 years, and its application for active lightning conductors. The paper presents examples of the damage caused bylightning strikes on buildings protected by ESE lightning rods constructed using the French nationalstandard NFC 17-102 [1] and STN 34 1391 [2]. Nová funkcionalita je tvořena schopností importovat a exportovat soubory aplikace Microsoft Excel, včetně vzorců a formátování, a možností vytvářet uživatelské funkce pomocí vizuálního programování. Další změnou je úprava vlastního formátu souborů tak, aby byl pružnější a snáze se udržovala jeho kompatibilita se staršími verzemi tohoto souborového formátu. The production of iron in blast furnaces is a complex of physical, chemical and mechanical processes. The input raw materials contain not only metallic components, but also a number of negative elements. The most important negative elements include alkaline carbonates. They can significantly affect the course of the blast furnace process and thus the overall performance of the furnace. As a result of that, it is essential to accurately monitor the alkali content in the blast furnace raw materials.
