ANALYSIS DISCOURSE DEIXIS EKSOFORIS IN THE DAILY ALERT, ANALYSIS, AND FIELD BUSINESS YEAR 2014

This study entitled "Analysis of Deixis Eksoforis In Discourse On the Daily Alert, 2014". This study aimed to describe the form of Deixis Eksoforis which examines deixis persona, temporal, locative, and social. As well as analyzing the more dominant forms of deixis appears in discourse analysis.    Sample data will be analyzed based on five types of themes: education, law, corruption, health, and religion published in the daily discourse on Alert edition from June to August 2014. Thus, the number of objects of research amounted to 5 discourse. This research uses descriptive method, a method that describes the data naturally and what it is.    Based on the five themes are analyzed, it can be seen that deixis persona most commonly found in every discourse, totaling 78 words (54.9%). Furthermore, social deixis totaling 35 words (24.6%), then the locative deixis amount to 22 words (15.4%), and the latter temporal deixis amounted to 7 words (4.9%) of 142 sentences were analyzed.Keywords: persona, temporal, locative, socia

Proses pembelajaran tidak akan pernah terlepas dari penerapan sebuah strategi. Setiap strategi pembelajaran memiliki tujuan serta satu ranah pembelajaran yang menonjol meskipun juga mengandung ranah pembelajaran lainnya. Permasalahan yang akan dijawab dalam kajian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research), yang akan menjawab tentang , strategi dalam pengajaran bahasa. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data-data hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada beberpa macam strategi dan yang dapat diterapkan oleh seorang pendidik dalam pengajaran bahasa. Keragaman Bakteri Endofit Penghasil L-Asparaginase Bebas L-Glutaminase

Endophytes are potential as a source of active compound producer. Endophytes that is isolated from tropical medicinal plants has been getting attention due to its high biodiversity and active compound producing ability. L-asparaginase is the first enzyme used as chemotherapeutic agent for leukemia. The aim of this study is to collect the endophytic bacteria associated with tropical medicinal plants from Sumba Island and investigate the activity of L-asparaginase without L-glutaminase from endophytic bacteria isolates. The samples Gliricidia sepium, Pittosporum moluccanum, Clerodendrum buchanani, and Zingiberaceae are collected from Wanggameti, East Sumba, NTT. Samples are sterilized using surface-sterilization method and endophytic bacteria are isolated using plant piece method on R2A media. Selected endophytic bacteria are identified by 16S rDNA sequences. L-asparaginase screening is conducted using modified R2A with addition of L-asparagine and phenol red as colour indicator. A total of 34 isolates of endophytic bacteria were collected from 5 samples. A total of 14 genus consisted of 17 different bacterial species were obtained from 34 selected isolates. Endophytic bacteria of P. stutzeri strains of SMKL1 and R. radiobacter strains of SMKW2 from the Kahili plant were needed as L-glutaminase-free L-asparaginase and were potential to be candidate of leukemia cancer chemotherap

PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KONTEKSTUAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA DI KELAS V SDN 106806 CINTA RAKYAT, KECAMATAN PERCUT SEI TUAN, KABUPATEN DELI SERDANG

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa dalam menulis sebelum menggunakan model pembelajaran Kontekstual, 2) Untuk mengetahui proses penggunaan model pembelajaran Kontekstual, 3) Untuk mengetahui respon siswa dalam menulis laporan pengamatan setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran Kontekstual di kelas V SDN 106806 Cinta Rakyat, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang menggunakan tahapan berupa siklus, yaitu siklus I dan siklus II. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 5B SDN 106806 Cinta Rakyat di semester II sebanyak 30 orang siswa, yang terdiri dari 16 siswa perempuan dan 14 siswa laki-laki. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan pada kelas V SDN 106806 Cinta Rakyat, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan siswa dalam menulis laporan pengamatan telah mencapai tingkat ketuntasan belajar klasikal dengan jumlah nilai persentasi dari 30% - 90%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Kontekstual dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis laporan pengamatan. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Kontekstual, Bahasa Indonesia, Kemampuan Menulis Sisw
