PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN JASA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN GOLONGAN RUMAH TANGGA KECAMATAN BUKIT KECIL (Studi pada Pelanggan PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Palembang Rayon Rivai)

The object of this final report is to find out the influence of service quality to the customer satisfaction of  PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Palembang Rayon Rivai.  The  purpose of this final report is to investigate the influence of service quality which is most dominantly influence the customer satisfaction and to investigate the quality that is given whether it is already fulfilled the customer satisfaction.  The data are got questioner, observation, interview, the data are analyzed by using the theories from Nasution (2003), Lupiyoadi (2001), Umar (2002), Tjiptono (1999), and by using the SPSS analysis for windows 11.5 version Multiple Regression formula.  The result shows that R Square is the colleration service quality and the customer perception satisfaction which were 30.6%, while the remaining 69.4% were influenced by other factor not included in this study.  The factor of Tangibles more influence customer satisfaction.  Writer suggests that PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Palembang Rayon Rivai should increase the service quality in Responsiveness dimention, because this dimention is that costumer want

Pengaruh 3 Kecerdasan Auditor Terhadap Ketepatan Pemberian Opini Dengan Pengalaman Sebagai Moderasi

This study aims to examine the effect of 3 auditor intelligence, that is intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the accuracy of giving opinions with experience as a moderating at KAP in South Jakarta. The population in this study was the auditor at a public accounting firm in the South Jakarta area. The sampling method uses convenience sampling, based on the ease of access and availability of respondents. The number of samples 38 respondents from 5 KAP. The data analysis method uses simple linear regression and MRA. The results of the research before being moderated showed that intellectual intelligence had a significant effect on the accuracy of giving opinions. emotional intelligence does not significantly influence the accuracy of opinion giving, spiritual intelligence significantly influences the accuracy of giving opinion. Then the results of research after moderation showed that intellectual intelligence is moderated by experience does not effect the accuracy of opinion giving, emotional intelligence is moderated by experience does not effect the accuracy of opinion giving, and Spiritual intelligence moderated by experience does not effect the accuracy of opinion giving. This shows that experience cannot strengthen the effect of auditor intelligence on the accuracy of opinion giving. Skin is a sense of touch in humans’ body which one of its functions is to feel the touch. Another function of the skin is to release the residual substances such as sweat. This part of the human body is very sensitive, easy to get hurt, and feels a sense of sensitivity. Human skin consists of epidermis and dermis. Skin diseases can be caused by a decrease in the immune system, allergies, viruses, or other causes. Skin disease is generally caused by a less guarded hygiene, bacteria, viral, allergic reactions, and low body resistance.
