Usulan Peningkatan Efisiensi Keseimbangan Lini Dengan Value Stream Mapping Dan Yamazumi Chart Pada PT.PAI

PT. PAI is a footware company that produces sports shoes. The production process at PT. PAI, has a waste of 15.891%. To overcome the problems that occur, this study was conducted with the aim of identifying and proposing waste elimination. The method used is a lean manufacturing approach. One of the tools used is Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Yamazumi Chart. The first stage to solve the problem is the identification of waste using the Waste Relationship Matrix (WRM), Waste Assessment Questionnaire (WAQ) and VALSAT. The second stage is carried out by designing the current Value Stream Mapping (VSM), designing the proposed improvements using the Yamazumi Chart to balance the production line and designing the Future VSM based on the results of the proposals that have been given. The result of identification using these tools is known that the biggest waste is waste in the process with a percentage of 15.891% followed by overproduction of 15.774%. Based on the calculation using VSM and Yamazumi Chart, elimination of waste can be done as much as 5.48%, reducing the number of workers by 32 people and reducing the number of work stations by 16 work station

Evaluasi Penerimaan Kinerja Human Resource Information System Universitas Bina Darma

This study aims to study on user acceptance levels of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) UBD. Evaluation to see how far the system is functioning properly in accordance with its function so that the system supports the task effectively. This evaluation provides information on the perception of users that can be entered for UBD in developing HRIS in the future. The model used is Human - Organization - Technology (HOT) Fit Model. The components include human (system use and user satisfaction), organization (structure and environment), technology (system quality, information quality and service quality). Instrument research using questionnaires, scoring by using a Likert scala. Retrieved fact that, variable human, organization and technology, and a significant positive effect on the acceptance of the performance of HRIS UBD. Factors affecting the successive visits of the loading factor is variable technology (0.541 (0.001)), human variables (0.308 (0.001)), and the organization variable (0.220 (0.027))

Diabetes Self-Management and Its Related Factors

Self-management is essential in preventing complications among patients with Diabetes Mellitus. The behaviourof patients to implement Diabetes Self-Management (DSM) is influenced by several factors which needsfurther study. This descriptive study aimed to identify factors contributing to DSM among patients with Type2 Diabetes Mellitus (DMT2). 94 respondents were recruited using randomized sampling obtained from aninpatient unit in one hospital in West Java province. Self-rating instruments were used to identify demographydata, knowledge about DSM, self-efficacy scale, and DSM questionnaire. Descriptive analysis was conductedto explain demography data, knowledge, self-efficacy and DSM. Findings indicated respondents demonstratedmoderate level of knowledge (M=7,53), and self-efficacy (M=34,8), and high level of DSM (M=89,28).Post-hoc analysis demonstrated a significant relationship between age (r=-0,209); p=0,043), education level(p=0,008), and self-efficacy (r=0,214; p= 0,038). No significant relationship was not identified with DSM(r=0,317; p=0,187). It is concluded that age, level of education, and self-efficacy were contributed to DSM

Based on history for the period April 2013 to March 2014, Urbannyte machine has the largest breakdown frequency. Reliability Centered Maitenance II is one of the methods that can be used to perform maintenance actions. Application of Reliability Centered Maintenance II method is able to provide optimum intervals in order to the reliability of the machine can be better. From the results of the Risk Priority Number can be seen that there are 4 components Urbannyte machine that has the largest value. Tucker blade has 160 point, elektromanetik clutch has 150 point, bearer has 128 point and belt ring has 120 point. Based on Logic Tree Analysis, tucker blade, elektromanetik clutch, bearer and belt ring should be schedulled discard task activities and from the analysis of failure characteristics for the four components should be wear out region classifications which needs to replacement components. Regarding to cost of maintenance and replacement interval to minimize downtime, tucker blade component is Rp 2.433.676 for 61 days, elektromanetik clutch is Rp 2.198.415 for 72 days, bearer is Rp 1.813.811 for 81 days and belt ring is Rp 1.801.597 for 60 days
