    Klasifikasi Berita Menggunakan Metode K-Nearest Neighbor

    Meningkatnya minat masyarakat dalam mengakses berita, khususnya berita online, menuntut redaktur dan situs portal berita untuk memberikan liputan dan berita yang berkualitas. Selain itu, klasifikas berita yang ada masih tergolong umum dapat menjadi kendala yang dialami pembaca. jika pembaca ingin melihat kategori berita yang lebih spesifik, mereka harus menyaring berita tersebut secara manual. Hal ini juga terjadi di bidang sosial Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Riau yang kesulitan mencari berita tentang Provinsi Riau. Oleh karena itu, proses klasifikasi berita menggunakan metode k-nearest neighbor menjadi hal yang krusial untuk dilakukan. Jumlah berita yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 510 data dengan tiga kategori yaitu demokrasi, kemiskinan, dan ketenagakerjaan. Proses klasifikasi berita dalam penelitian ini meliputi: pengumpulan data, pelabelan manual, preprocessing teks, pembobotan kata, dan klasifikasi memakai metode k-nearest neighbor. Selain itu, cosinus similarity juga digunakan untuk meningkatkan nilai akurasi. Nilai akurasi tertinggi yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah 87% menggunakan nilai k = 3 dengan distribusi data uji 20% & dan data latih dari 80%. Dari penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa metode K-Nearest Neighbor dapat bekerja dengan baik dalam proses klasifikasi berita

    Klebsiella pneumoniae is a gram-negative rod-shaped bacterium that is a member of the Enterobacteriaceae group of bacteria and is pathogenic and can infect humans. Currently, many K. pneumoniae bacteria are resistant to antibiotics, giving rise to new problems in the health sector that must be addressed immediately by utilizing biodiversity in the form of medicinal plants such as coconut trees, which can produce coconut shells that can be made into charcoal. The results of the phytochemical analysis show that coconut shell charcoal contains many active compounds that have been used in the cosmetic and health industries. The purpose of this study was to obtain an optimal and effective coconut shell charcoal extract gel formula for inhibiting the growth of K. pneumoniae bacteria. This study included a true experimental post-only control group with different gel concentration groups, namely 3%, 6%, and 9%. The optimal formulation of coconut shell charcoal extract gel is a gel with a concentration of 9%, and the results of the one-way ANOVA statistical analysis show that the treatment of the inhibition test on K. pneumoniae bacteria from gels with different concentrations shows that there is a mean difference in the area of the inhibition zone with a significant value of 0.033 (p<0.05). The results of the LSD post-hoc test showed that several treatment groups had significant values (p <0.05). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the optimal formulation of shell charcoal extract gel is a gel with a concentration of 9%, while the most effective gel for inhibiting the growth of K. pneumoniae bacteria is a gel with a concentration of 3%

    ABSTRAK Kalimantan Timur menempati urutan kelima jumlah kasus covid-19 terbanyak di Indonesia. Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara (PPU) dan Kelurahan Gunung Seteleng termasuk dalam zona merah penyebaran covid-19. Desa sehat diukur dari cakupan pelayanan kesehatan termasuk pelayanan vaksin sebagai upaya pencegahan covid-19. Imunisasi covid-19 Periode Juni 2021 Gunung Seteleng sebesar 40%, diatas cukupan Kabupaten Penajam 27%. Herd immunity dapat dicapai dengan cakupan nasional sebesar 70%. Sosialisasi vaksin diperlukan dalam meningkatkan cakupan tersebut. Indikator desa ramah lingkungan diantaranya sampah yang dihasilkan warga perlu dikelola dengan baik agar lingkungan sehat  dan menghasilkan sumber pendapatan. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan desa sehat melalui peningkatan cakupan imunisasi vaksin covid-19. Meningkatkan desa ramah lingkungan melalui  pengelolaan sampah yang baik melalui pembuatan buku tabungan bank sampah. Metode: Sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada warganya mengenai pentingnya mengikuti vaksinasi. Pembuatan poster dan video edukasi.  Pembentukan unit bank sampah dan pembuatan buku tabungan.  Hasil: cakupan imunisasi covid-19 meningkat sebesar 45 % dan warga Gunung Seteleng telah memiliki Buku tabungan sampah.  Diharapkan program desa sehat dan desa peduli lingkungan dapat dilanjutkan dengan program sosialisasi vaksin dan pembuatan buku tabungan secara berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Desa Sehat, Desa peduli lingkungan, Vaksin covid-19, Bank Sampah, Media masa  ABSTRACT East Kalimantan ranks fifth with the highest number of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia. North Penajam Paser Regency (PPU) and Gunung Seteleng Village are included in the red zone for the spread of COVID-19. Healthy villages are measured by the coverage of health services, including vaccine services as an effort to prevent COVID-19. Covid-19 immunization for the period of June 2021 for Mount Seteleng is 40%, above the 27% of Penajam Regency. Herd immunity can be achieved with a national coverage of 70%. Vaccine socialization is needed to increase the coverage. Indicators of an environmentally friendly village, including the waste produced by residents, need to be managed properly so that the environment is healthy and generates a source of income. The purpose of this community service is to increase healthy villages through increasing the coverage of the covid-19 vaccine immunization. Improving environmentally friendly villages through good waste management through the creation of a waste bank passbook. Methods: Socialization and education to citizens about the importance of following vaccinations. Making posters and educational videos. Establishment of a waste bank unit and creation of a savings book. Result: Covid-19 immunization coverage increased by 45% and residents of Gunung Seteleng already have a waste savings book.
