Formation and development of the sports tourism in Ukraine
The article discusses the features of the development of sports tourism. It is proved that the beginning of the new millennium was marked by the rise of the world tourist movement. Under the influence of rapid development of infocommunication technologies and international economic relations tourism has become one of the most representative branches of the world economy. The article proves that the development of the recreational and tourist complex of Ukraine should become a priority direction of the national economy and culture, an important factor in increasing the international prestige of the country, a source of socio-economic development of the regions, an important condition for preserving the historical and cultural heritage
Analysis of structural and age deformations of population - regional aspect
Structural-age-related changes of the population of Ukraine on the example of the graphic of deformation of a pyramid 2001 year are considered. It is established that considerable scales of structural deformations: negative deviations in age pyramids, are connected by considerable losses of the population and the corresponding demographic waves. The technique of the quantitative analysis of gender and age pyramids is developed and approved. The reasons of negative and positive deformations both in Ukraine as a whole and in its regions are analyzed. Regions on intensity and amplitude structurally-age deformations are systematized. Β Three main groups are allocated and as an example one region from each group are characterized. The analysis of structural deformations of the population of Ukraine and its regions is carried out
Geodemography as a component of population geography
The article considers in detail the stages of formation and establishment of geodemography as a modern scientific direction of population geography. At the first stage, the central place in the system of knowledge about population belongs to demography. At the second stage, the interaction of demography with neighboring sciences, in particular with geography, is strengthened. At their junction, a new discipline is being formed β the geography of the population. At the third stage, a new direction of population geography is formed, focused on the study of regional differeces in population and settlement, and the development of regional demographic policy, which we call geodemography

Basic postulates of the new administrative-territorial structure of Ukraine
The article is devoted to the study of the basic postulates of reforming the administrative-territorial structure of Ukraine. The authors proved that the regional volume of geographical support of this problem β informational, cartographic, geoinformational, scientific, pilot-project is much wider. The increased attention of geographers to the problems of the ATR and the new ATS is evidenced by the first dissertation developments and the growing flow of publications and scientific discussions on regionalization and administrative-territorial arrangement of the country
Well-being of Pensioners. A Subjective Assessment of the Life's Quality (By the Example of China and Russia)
The well-being of pensioners depends on not only objective factors, but also subjective. Subjective assessment of the life's quality occupies an irreplaceable position in the welfare of pensioners. This study is limited by the following restrictions: results of the survey (80 profiles in Russia, 154 questionnaires in China): 18 questions for both objective and subjective assessments; deviation of the quality of life of pensioners in Russia and China; recommendations for improving pension policy (from the standpoint of the interests of the person and the state). We proved hypothesis that, despite the significant differences assessment of the life's quality and welfare of older persons in China and Russia, subjective assessment is important. A key way of the well-being of older persons is a union of state support, personal and corporate resources
Russian National Social Security System as the Condition of Pensionersβ Well-Being
Pensionersβ well-being depends on many factors. It can be provided with the state, family, and pensioners themselves. It can be tangible and intangible. This research is limited with the following frames: only material well-being, only governmental support, 8 federal districts of the Russian Federation, the exploration period is 6 years: 2006-2011. The evaluation of 6 activities by MinMax Method, including three cash ones and three "non-cash" ones, allowed to prove empirically the hypothesis that social support of pensioners living in various federal districts of the Russian Federation is significantly different. Leveling out of these differences should be a crucial way to perfect/improve pensionersβ social support
Evaluation efficiency of modern antidepressants by means of quantative pharmaco-EEG
An example perspective way to improve the pharmacotherapy of depression is to combine SSIRs with representatives of other groups of drugs. Great interest from this point of view is the hormone of pineal gland - melatonin (MT), which is an important element of the non-specific antistress system of body. Evaluation efficiency of the above regimes of pharmacotherapy of depressive frustration showed, that the application of valdoxan, and also combination fluoxetine+melaxen favorably affects the course of the disease and contributes to a more rapid normalization of bioelectric activity of brain than fluoxetine in isolation, both experimentally and clinicall

Purpose: the authors explore the Role of Employee Ownership in the context of the Great Reset of Capitalism. Methods: in contrast to the theory of stakeholder capitalism, this article discusses an alternative point of view on the reset of capitalism β through the Broad-based Employee Ownership of companies in the world and Russian economy. The article criticizes G. Dow's methodological approaches and the underestimation on the contribution of Labour-managed firms to the world economy. The criterion of "45 founders or more" is applied to the mass ownership of employees, with a minimum number of founders of a cooperative of 5 persons. Results: the article presets results of two empirical studies. The first is to verify the current assessment of the head of the National Center for Worker Ownership (NCEO) on the significant role of Employee Ownership. Since neither the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) nor its analogues are implemented in Russia, the second empirical study was conducted on an array of 15,086 agricultural cooperatives representing small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian Federation.Π‘onclusions and Relevance: it is concluded that the NCEO assessment was fully confirmed, and accordingly, G. Dow's assessment was refuted. The share of medium-sized enterprises-agricultural cooperatives with mass ownership of workers (45 founders or more) in the general database of enterprises-agricultural cooperatives is estimated to be an order of magnitude higher than the share of medium-sized enterprises in the total number of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). To improve the mechanism of state financial support in the long term, new directions havebeen identified: the organizational and legal the form of a small and medium-sized business entity, the ownership and Broad-based employee ownership (founders /co-owners) of companies.Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ ΡΡΠ°ΡΡΠΈ β ΠΏΠΎΠΈΡΠΊ ΡΠΎΠ²ΡΠ΅ΠΌΠ΅Π½Π½ΡΡ
