Jiří Teslík Cílem této diplomové práce s názvem “Technologický postup rekonstrukce střešního pláště“ je vyhotovení projektu, jehož součástí je harmonogram, položkový rozpočet, průvodní a souhrnná technická zpráva, návrh opatření BOZP, tepelně technické posouzení, stavební výkresy a technologický postup. Jedná se o technologický postup rekonstrukce střešního pláště administrativní budovy. Administrativní budova je zděná, zateplená pěnovým polystyrénem tl. 160 mm. Objekt je čtyřpodlažní, samostatně stojící se sedlovou střechou. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části na část stavební a část technologickou. První část je věnována stavební části a obsahuje průvodní a souhrnnou technickou zprávu, projektovou dokumentaci v rozsahu pro stavební povolení, projektovou dokumentaci střešního pláště v rozsahu pro provádění stavby (původní/nový stav), tepelně technické posouzení původní a navrhované varianty střešního pláště. Druhá obsahuje technologický postup rekonstrukce střešního pláště, návrh opatření BOZP z hlediska bezpečnosti na střeše z důvodů údržby, položkový rozpočet rekonstrukce střešního pláště a harmonogram prací rekonstrukce střešního pláště.Kubečková, M. Jiří Teslík The aim of this diploma thesis entitled "Technological process of reconstruction roof" is a copy of the project that which includes a schedule, itemized budget summary and accompanying technical report, draft OSH measures, thermal and technical assessment, construction drawings and technological progress. It is a technological process of reconstruction of a roof deck administrative building. Office building is made bricks and is insulated with polystyrene foam thickness 160 mm. This is a four-floors detached building with a gable roof. The thesis is divided in two parts: the part of the building and part of the technology. The first part is devoted to the construction part and contains a summary and accompanying technical report, project documentation in range for a building permit, project documentation of the roof in a range of building work (original / new condition), thermal-technical assessment of the original and proposed variant of the roof deck. The second contains technological process of reconstruction of the roof deck, draft OSH measures for safety on the roof for maintenance, itemized budget for reconstruction of the roof deck and work schedule reconstruction of the roof deck.225 - Katedra pozemního stavitelstvívýborn

    Import 26/06/2013Cílem této bakalářské práce s názvem “Finanční porovnání dvou různých variant zdicích systémů“ je vyhotovení projektu, jehož součástí je harmonogram výstavby, rozpočet stavby, technická zpráva, stavební výkresy a technologické předpisy. Jedná se o technologický předpis pro proces zdění a stropní konstrukce. Bytový dům je navržen v konstrukčním systému HELUZ, jako čtyřpodlažní samostatně stojící objekt s plochou střechou, který je zcela podsklepen. První část je věnována technické zprávě a technologickému postupu. Druhá obsahuje položkový rozpočet stavby a harmonogram. Závěrem bakalářské práce je pak finanční porovnání variantního zdícího systému YTONG.The objective of this thesis, named „Financial assessment of two different variants of masonry systems“ is creation of the project, which include the building schedule, construction budget, technical report, construction plans and technological prescription. It is a technological prescription for process of masonry and ceiling construction. Residental building is designed in construction systém HELUZ, as a four-storey detached object with the flat roof, which is full cellared. First part is dedicated to the technical report and technological process, second include the itemised construction budget of the building and building schedule.     Historical development of thermal protection of prefab residential housing and its future, an example of the Czech Republic

    The paper focuses on the development of a thermal protection and energy requirements in relation to the issue of prefab residential housing buildings and prefab housing estates while emphasizing the need for a conceptual approach and environmental considerations. The development is recapitulated with examples of compositional sets of prefab residential housing on selected sites in the Czech Republic. Based on the comparison of archival documents and results of a long-term observation of the prefab residential housing resources, it outlines the direction of further expected development of prefab housing estates within a social context. The comparison also takes into account the impact of the European Union energy strategy and the implementation of directives into the legal rules and standards of the member states. The aim of the paper is to show the negatives and positives of current political and social strategies in relation to the thermal protection of buildings, the energy management and healthy indoor environment, and that the renovation of prefab residential housing and prefab housing estates is effective with regard to the invested funds.Web of Science149art. no. 262

    Tekst pieśni śpiewanych podczas mszy świętej w Czechach jest niekiedy modyfikowany ze względów teologicznych, estetycznych i językowych. Po Soborze Watykańskim II (1962–1965) pieśni używane w czeskich środowiskach katolickich zostały zmodyfikowane w zakresie treści (przesunięcie akcentu teologicznego z motywów negatywnych na radosne przesłanie chrześcijaństwa), poetyki (rezygnacja z romantycznych środków poetyckich opartych na uczuciach), prozodii (zmiana schematu sylabicznego na sylabotoniczny) oraz języka (zastąpienie wyrażeń archaicznych i niezrozumiałych).The text of songs sung during the holy mass is sometimes modified due to theological, aesthetical and language reasons. The songs used in Czech Catholic circles were after the Second Vatican Council (1962–1965) modified in the contents (shift of theological emphasis from negative motifs to the joyful Christian message), poetics (abandoning of Romantic poetical means based on sensitivity), prosody (change from the syllabic scheme to the syllabotonic one) and language (substitution of archaic and not understandable expressions)

    The indoor microclimate of prefabricated buildings for housing: Interaction of environmental and construction measures

    The current knowledge shows that the interior microclimate of residential buildings that were constructed between 1950 and 1990 using panel construction, not only in the Czech Republic but also in Europe, and were renovated in accordance with applicable legislation related to thermal comfort and energy is significantly affected by gaseous pollutants. At increased concentrations and exposure times, these pollutants negatively affect the interior microclimate and at the same time have a negative effect on the health of users. After the implementation of remediation measures, which are mainly focused on improving the thermal technical parameters of the building envelope, the concentration of CO2 in the indoor environment increases. Carbon dioxide is one of the most important active factors and in terms of the quality of the interior microclimate, it is considered a reliable indicator of whether the interior microclimate can be considered a healthy and favorable environment. It is thus clear that the set and de facto systematized measures in the renovation of the housing stock from the second half of the 20th century has led to energy savings on the one hand, but on the other hand, this has contributed to the hygienic damage of housing units and an unhealthy interior microclimate. The paper aims to define the interaction of interdisciplinary contexts that have led to an increase in the indoor air quality (IAQ) of renovated residential panel buildings.Web of Science1223art. no. 1011
