Specifics of geological composition, geochemistry and geochronology of rocks from the Kresty alkaline-ultrabasic massif (Maimecha-Kotui province, Polar Siberia)
In this work, we demonstrate new data that allows us to accurate geochronological ranges of formation of the Kresty alkaline-ultrabasic massif, which is considered to be a satellite of the Gulinian giant pluton. We also interpreted geological, geochemical and isotope-geochemical data obtained earlier for major varieties of this volcanic-plutonic association taking into account new geochronological results, as well as considered new aspects/information on matter source of alkaline-ultrabasic massifs from this province. Aim: To study the epidemiological patterns of invasiveΒ meningococcal disease in Novosibirsk region within a timeΒ period from 1992 to 2015.Methods: retrospective comparative epidemiologicalΒ analysis.Results: During the analyzed period the annual incidenceΒ rate of invasive meningococcal disease was higher than averageΒ annual incidence rate in Russian Federation. Totally1690Β cases were registered, average incidence rate for the periodΒ 2000β2015 was 2,2/100,000 exceeding the neighbor regions.Β The incidence had a tendency to continually decline and isΒ characterized by the cyclical fluctuations with period of 4-7Β years. Majority of cases occurred in children < 14 years,Β varying from 77,3% in 2001 to 57,8% in 2008. The highestΒ incidence was registered in children <12 month reachingΒ 124/100,000 of population in 2003. The increase of mortalityΒ correlated with the decrease of incidence, average mortalityΒ for period 1992β2015 was 11,4%. In etiologic structureΒ serogroup B is predominant β 40,9%, serogrup A β 20,6%,Β serogrup C β 14,7%. The distinctiveness of epidemiology isΒ cyclic dynamics with the periods of predominance of serogroupΒ A (up to 48% in 2014). Clinical researches of a specialized sports nutrition product βHemosportβ for the regulation of hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls who are professionally involved in sports
The aim of the research was a clinical assessment of the effectiveness of the developed specialized sports nutrition product for regulating the level of hemoglobin in adolescent girls professionally involved in sports.Materials and methods: 23 girls β athletes of various sports specialization were researched during a training camp. The athletes were determined by the clinical parameters of blood, its general analysis and biochemical parameters, then the physical endurance and performance were assessed.Results: the developed product βHemosportβ demonstrated efficiency in most of the researched parameters in the main group compared with the control. The positive dynamics of most of the researched indicators revealed a general tendency to improve the state of vital organs and systems of the body of athletes of the main group, to increase their adaptive capabilities and vegetative balance.Conclusions: clinical studies of the specialized product βHemosportβ allow it to be recommended in the practice of sports nutrition for adolescent girls of 12β17 years old who are professionally involved in sports to compensate for iron deficiency nutritional deficiencies specific for this group of athletes, as well as to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their training

Attitude of doctors of different ages and specialties to vaccination. their awareness in this issue
The article presents an analysis of the results of a questionnaire survey of existing doctors of medical institutions in the city of Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk region on vaccination. The level of knowledge of the main documents related to vaccination was analyzed at the subjective and objective levels. It was revealed that the subjective assessment of their own knowledge among a significant part of the respondents does not coincide with the real ideas about vaccination. Comparative characteristics of medium-heavy forms of noravirus and rotavirus gastroenteritis in children
The article presents the results of a comparative clinical and laboratory analysis of noravirus and rotavirus gastroenteritis. The relationship between the degree of dehydration identified by clinical signs and its laboratory manifestations is analyzed. Clinical evaluation of effectiveness of new product of specialized sports nutrition for correction of psychophysiological state and neuromuscular transmission in highly qualified athletes
The purpose of the study is to determine the effectiveness of the specialized product Fit Tonus for correcting the psychophysiological state and neuromuscular transmission in highly qualified athletes.Materials and methods: the objects of research were: specialized product of sports nutrition for correcting the psychophysiological state and neuromuscular transmission Fit Tonus; 21 male martial arts athletes aged 14 to 25 years. The researches were carried out in accordance with official and conventional techniques. Body temperature, breathing rate, blood pressure level, heart rate was determined, heart rate variability, ECG, external breathing, O2 intake, total urine test, clinical blood test, biochemical blood indices were evaluated, water sectors of the body, body skinny weight, body fat weight were determined. Full-function cardiopulmonary analysis was performed using the Meta Lyzer 3B inpatient cardio-respiratory loading diagnostic system (Cortex Medical, Germany). Maximum oxygen consumption was determined by a Cosomed metabolograph (Italy). Biochemical parameters (bilirubin, ACT, ALT, urea, uric acid, glucose, cholesterol, HGT, amylase, alkaline phosphatase, creatinine) were examined on a Humalyzer biochemical analyzer. Water sectors of the body, the value of skinny body weight and fat body weight were determined on an analyzer for assessing the balance of water sectors of the body (Medass, Russia).Results: in the analysis of biochemical blood values, the blood levels of indicator enzymes and their isoforms were normalized in a short time, despite high training loads. This fact reflects the adaptation of the athleteβs body to high-intensity physical activity when taking the Fit Tone product. The obtained results of the increase in GUS, FFV and Tiffno test indicate an increase in both functional capabilities and functional abilities of the external breathing system, as well as an increase in the efficiency of the respiratory center in athletes who received the tested product. The effectiveness of the test product is confirmed by the results of dynamic and stress samples in a stabilometric study. Results of examination of psychophysical status of single wrestlers showed that during usage of developed product such indicators as performance, vegetative coefficient, dynamism, speed of movement, accuracy of actions, stability of actions are significantly increased. At the same time, the level of fatigue and anxiety is reliably reduced.Conclusions: the results of the researches performed showed that the product developed demonstrated efficacy for most of the parameters under research in the main group compared to the control (placebo)
Characterization of the complete genome sequence of the recombinant norovirus GII.P16/GII.4_Sydney_2012 revealed in Russia
Noroviruses (the Caliciviridae family) are a common cause of acute gastroenteritis in all age groups. These small non-envelope viruses with a single-stranded (+)RNA genome are characterized by high genetic variability. Continuous changes in the genetic diversity of co-circulating noroviruses and the emergence of new recombinant variants are observed worldwide. Recently, new recombinant noroviruses with a novel GII.P16 polymerase associated with different capsid proteins VP1 were reported. As a part of the surveillance study of sporadic cases of acute gastroenteritis in Novosibirsk, a total of 46 clinical samples from children with diarrhea were screened in 2016. Norovirus was detected in six samples from hospitalized children by RT-PCR. The identified noroviruses were classified as recombinant variants GII.P21/GII.3, GII.Pe/GII.4_Sydney_2012, and GII.P16/GII.4_Sydney_2012 by sequencing of the ORF1/ORF2 junction. In Novosibirsk, the first appearance of the new recombinant genotype GII.P16/GII.4_Sydney_2012 was recorded in spring 2016. Before this study, only four complete genome sequences of the Russian GII.P16/GII.3 norovirus strains were available in the GenBank database. In this work, the complete genome sequence of the Russian strain Hu/GII.P16-GII.4/RUS/Novosibirsk/NS16-C38/2016 (GenBank KY210980) was determined. A comparison of the nucleotide and the deduced amino acid sequences showed a high homology of the Russian strain with GII.P16/GII.4_Sydney_2012 strains from other parts of the world. A comparative analysis showed that several unique substitutions occurred in the GII.P16 polymerase, N-terminal p48 protein, and minor capsid protein VP2 genes, while no unique changes in the capsid VP1 gene were observed. A functional significance of these changes suggests that a wide distribution of the strains with the novel GII.P16 polymerase may be associated both with several amino acid substitutions in the polymerase active center and with the insertion of glutamic acid or glycine in an N-terminal p48 protein that blocks the secretory immunity of intestinal epithelial cells. Further monitoring of genotypes will allow determining the distribution of norovirus recombinants with the polymerase GII.P16 in Russia
