Barat, Kabupaten Sumba Barat, karena desa tersebut dianggap
memenuhi persyaratan. Sedangkan Pasar yang dijadikan obyek penelitian ini adalah "Pasar Waimangura" yang berlokasi dalam desa Waimangura. Sehingga ruang lingkup operasionil dalam penelitian ini adalah berkisar pada peranan pasar Waimangura pada masyarakat desa Waimangura, Kecamatan Waijewa Barat, Kabupaten Sumba Barat, Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur

I describe what Person-Centered planning is, give educational professionals needed information on implementing person-centered planning as an alternative to traditional means of transition planning, develop an understanding how person-centered planning not only enhances the family–professional relationship, but how it can be incorporated in the student’s Individual Education Plan (IEP)

Upaya Pengembangan Profesionalisme Guru Sekolah Dasar
This study aims to find out information abaut the efforts of primary schools and the role of leaders in developing teacher professionalism. Using a qualitative approach, this study involved principals, teachers, and staffs of Education Department. The data were collected through observation, documentary study, in-depth interviews, and focused-group discussions, which were then analized by means of reduction, classification, and verification. The study found that primary schools carried out training and workshop, teacher group work, and classroom supervision for teacher professional development and that leaders played important roles in such activities

In this article the principles of Quality Education have been stated. Only by implementing these principles can quality education be achieved. That is what every educational institution, both public and private must aim for and strive for. The thougts presented by the athor are based mainly on the author’s experiences as a teacher/lecturer for approximately 35 years. In addition, the thoughts of experts and various literatures, especially about the philosophy of quality, are also used by the author to strengthen those thoughts. Hopefuly the contents of this article are useful especially for the glory of society, especially for the benefit of qualified teachers or lectures in the future.
 
Broadband Internet Access: Equal Access and Opportunity for All
The internet has become the primary way households gain access to daily services, including education, healthcare, employment resources, and transportation. In 2016, the United Nations General Assembly designated internet access a basic human right. Millions of Americans are living in the digital divide. Low-wage workers, people of color, children, older adults, individuals with disabilities, the less educated, rural residents, and limited English-speaking households are among those most affected by lack of broadband access in Minnesota. Those without access experience social and economic inequalities. The COVID-19 pandemic heightened the need for broadband access. Minnesota must end the digital divide that limits access and opportunities. Minnesota must invest public resources to create universal access to high speed broadband
