    Modern interactive technologies of professional self-determination under the conditions of overcoming conflicting realities

    The urgency of the problem under study is due to the fact that the professional life of a person under current conditions is highly dynamic; moreover, the attitude to the profession, the meaning of work, and its results is changing. The purpose of this article is to develop innovative psychological and pedagogical support of the professional self-determination of young students as well as to design an innovative psychological and educational technology of the professional choice promotion of an individual. The leading approach to the study of this problem is the psychological and pedagogical observation and questionnaires, which allow for the identification and the study of the experience in the field of development and application of interactive technologies of the provision of professional self-determination of the youth under the conditions of overcoming conflicting realities. This article presents conceptual provisions of interactive psychological and pedagogical support of professional self-determination of an individual in terms of continuing education as a semantic factor of the professional self-determination of an individual; defines goals, objectives, and principles of the modern interactive technology of psychological and pedagogical support of professional self-determination of the youth under the conditions of overcoming conflicting realities; and reveals an interactive technology for the provision of the professional self-determination of the youth. The article may be useful for psychologists, education psychologists, or career psychologists who are ready to use the Internet in order to facilitate an individual in its professional self-determination — namely, the creation of profession interactive services whose activity is not limited to the search for “the most suitable profession”. © 2016 Hasanova, Kotova and Kandrashina

    The relevance of the problem stated in the article is due to the fact that the professional life of a person in modern conditions is highly dynamic, associated with a significant complication of the content of work in traditional activities, in addition, the attitude to the profession, the meaning of work and its results changes. The article reveals the problem of research of value orientations and professionally significant qualities in teachers of secondary vocational education. The article presents the results of an empirical study of the relationship between value orientations and professionally significant qualities of professional schoolteachers at the final stage of professionalization. The leading methods of research of the stated problem are methods of theoretical and empirical data collection, methods of mathematical and descriptive statistics. The practical significance of the research is to develop a program of psychological and pedagogical assistance, support and development of professionally significant qualities of teachers of vocational schools.Актуальность заявленной в статье проблемы обусловлена тем, что профессиональная жизнь человека в современных условиях отличается высокой динамичностью, связанной со значительным усложнением содержания труда в традиционных видах деятельности, кроме того изменяется отношение к профессии, смыслу трудовой деятельности и ее результатам.     ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ АНАТОМІЧНИХ ОЗНАК ПЛОДІВ МОРКВИ ДИКОЇ ТА МОРКВИ ПОСІВНОЇ

    The aim of the work. Research of the anatomical structure and establishment of the main diagnostic features of polished and non-polished Daucus carota L. fruits and Daucus carota subsp. sativus (Hoffm.) Arcang. fruits. Materials and Methods. 10 series of polished Daucus carota L. fruits and Daucus carota subsp. sativus (Hoffm.) Arcang. fruits and 5 series of unpolished of Daucus carota L. fruits were studied. Microslides were prepared in accordance with the general rules. Results and Discussion. The four protruding edges on the convex and two on the inner side of mericarp, simple unicellular hairs with a warty surface were chosen as the main anatomical diagnostic features of the unpolished fruit of Daucus carota L. and Daucus carota subsp. sativus (Hoffm.) Arcang. fruits. On microslides of Daucus carota subsp. sativus (Hoffm.) Arcang. polished fruits. The fragments of these structures were discovered, which may be due to the features of their harvesting. The presence of four round-triangular tubules in the major edges and two ovals on the concave side of the mericarp, the presence of cells with aleuroneous grains, druses and single crystals of calcium oxalate in the endosperm were the common diagnostic features for all specimens. Conclusions. The results of the study of the anatomical structure of Daucus carota L. fruits and Daucus carota subsp. sativus (Hoffm.) Arcang. fruits were used in the design of the "Identification B" section of the national part of the "Daucus carota fruits" monograph.Мета роботи. Дослідження анатомічної будови та встановлення основних діагностичних ознак шліфованих та нешліфованих плодів моркви дикої та моркви посівної. Матеріали і методи. Досліджували 10 серій нешліфованих плодів моркви дикої та моркви посівної, а також 5 серій шліфованих плодів моркви посівної. Мікропрепарати готували відповідно до загальних правил. Результати й обговорення. Як основні анатомічні діагностичні ознаки нешліфованих плодів моркви дикої та моркви посівної обрано наявність чотирьох виступаючих ребер на опуклому та двох на внутрішньому боці мерикарпію, простих одноклітинних волосків із бородавчастою поверхнею. На мікропрепаратах шліфованих плодів моркви посівної виявлено фрагменти цих структур, що може бути пов’язано з особливостями їх заготівлі. Спільними діагностичними ознаками для усіх зразків було наявність чотирьох округло-трикутних канальців в головних ребрах і двох овальних на увігнутій стороні мерикарпію, наявність в ендоспермі клітин з алейроновими зернами, друзами та поодинокими кристалами кальцію оксалату. Висновки. Результати дослідження анатомічної будови плодів моркви дикої та моркви посівної використані при розробці проекту розділу «Ідентифікація В» національної частини монографії «Моркви дикої плодиN»

    Apolipoprotein A-I increases the activity of lysosomal glycosidases in the liver of mice with BCG-induced tuberculosis inflammation

    This work shows the ability of apolipoprotein A-I to influence the activity of lysosomal glycosidases in the liver of mice in a model of BCG-induced tuberculous inflammation. The aim of the investigation was to study the activity of lysosomal glycosidases in the liver of mice using a model of BCG-induced tuberculous inflammation after intravenous administration of apolipoprotein A-I. Material and methods. The studies were performed on male CBA mice weighing 20-22 g. Disseminated tuberculous inflammation was modeled by a single intraperitoneal injection of 0.5 mg of BCG vaccine. The activity of lysosomal glycosidases was assessed spectrofluorimetrically by the content of hydrolysis products of the corresponding fluorogenic substrates. Results. Tuberculous inflammation led to a pronounced decrease in the activity of lysosomal glycosidases in the liver. Thus, β-galactosidase was decreased 2.3 times, β-glucosidase – 2.8 times, β-glucuronidase – 2.5 times compared with healthy animals. Intravenous injection of apolipoprotein A-I to animals against the background of BCG infection prevented a significant decrease in the enzymatic activity of glycosidases and these values practically did not differ from the control values. Conclusions. Enzymatic activity of lysosomal glycosidases in the group of mice with intravenous administration of apolipoprotein A-I against the background of BCG infection was 1.5–2 times higher than the corresponding indicators in the group of animals with BCG-infection without administration of apolipoprotein A-I, i.e. without treatment
