Vidljivost znotraj sistema povezuje, izziva in ločuje.
This article looks at the training of school heads on the basis of the light shed by transnational bodies and the lessons that can be learned from the dilemmas concerning knowledge transfer between national school systems. Regarding knowledge transfer, the article particularly cites the case of Slovenia’s National School for Leadership in Education (NSLE). This school takes an approach straddling national and international requirements, theory and practice, which brings it up against the limits of its response capacity. The question is to find out exactly how much the NSLE’s activities help to improve leadership and management skills, schools themselves, the Slovenian school system and, therefore, pupils’ results.
Factors Affecting Knowledge Management in Organizations
It is a strategic process that organizations use to boost learning and performance. Mainly, companies use it to attain short and long-term ways to use knowledge to the entity. In this field, knowledge can either be explicit, implicit, or tacit. Performance of its knowledge activities. The four dimensions of knowledge management, namely, knowledge acquisition, conversion, application, and protection have a definite link with the two aspects of organizational performance.
