Ultra-relativistic spinning particle and a rotating body in external fields

We use the vector model of spinning particle to analyze the influence of spin-field coupling on the particle's trajectory in ultra-relativistic regime. The Lagrangian with minimal spin-gravity interaction yields the equations equivalent to the Mathisson-Papapetrou-Tulczyjew-Dixon (MPTD) equations of a rotating body. We show that they have unsatisfactory behavior in the ultra-relativistic limit. In particular, three-dimensional acceleration of the particle increases with velocity and becomes infinite in the ultra-relativistic limit. The reason is that in the equation for trajectory emerges the term which can be thought as an effective metric generated by the minimal spin-gravity coupling. Therefore we examine the non-minimal interaction through the gravimagnetic moment $\kappa$, and show that the theory with $\kappa=1$ is free of the problems detected in MPTD-equations. Hence the non-minimally interacting theory seem more promising candidate for description of a relativistic rotating body in general relativity. The Lagrangian for the particle in an arbitrary electromagnetic field in Minkowski space leads to generalized Frenkel and Bargmann-Michel-Telegdi equations. The particle with magnetic moment in electromagnetic field and the particle with gravimagnetic moment in gravitational field have very similar structure of equations of motion. In particular, the spin-electromagnetic coupling also produces an effective metric for the particle with anomalous magnetic moment. If we use the usual special-relativity notions for time and distance, then the critical speed, which the particle cannot exceed during its evolution in electromagnetic field, is different from the speed of light. En los contenidos curriculares de la carrera en leyes de la Universidad La Gran Colombia se encuentra incluida la ética profesional como cátedra de último año. Los estudiantes cursan ese seminario desde la óptica de la deontología jurídica como también desde el estudio de una praxis en conflictos éticos. Se propone el desarrollo de un diplomado en ética profesional como estrategia pedagógica que permita complementar la formación ofrecida por la universidad en lo que a comportamiento y valores se refiere desde la ética aplicada al derecho.In the curriculum contends from La Gran Colombia University law program is included the professional ethics as a cathedra of last year. Students take this seminar from the perspective of legal deontology as well as the studies on practice about ethical issues. The analysis of organizational and managerial innovations in the recruitment and personnel screening system in LLC “Gazprom transgaz Tomsk”

Актуальность данной работы связана с инновационным подходом в системе подбора и отбора персонала. В условиях рыночной экономики качество персонала стало главнейшим фактором, определяющим выживание и экономическое положение организаций в России. Качественный подбор новых работников не только призван обеспечить режим нормального функционирования, но и закладывает фундамент будущего успеха организации. Цель работы: провести анализ организационно‐ управленческих инноваций в системе подбора и отбора персонала в ООО «Газпром трансгаз Томск». Методы исследования: монографический - для изучения литературы по рассматриваемой проблеме; опрос - беседа с психологом предприятия с целью получения необходимой информации по данной теме; теоретический анализ - идентификация и обзор отдельных особенностей, характерных для рассматриваемой системы под‐ бора персонала; гипотетический метод - разработка рекомендаций для предмета исследования. Результаты. Проведен анализ организационно‐управленческих инноваций в системе отбора и под‐ бора персонала в ООО "Газпром трансгаз Томск", определен перечень личностных качеств, при поступлении на должность в компанию, проанализированы этапы подбора персонала.The relevance of the work is related to the innovative approach in the recruitment and personnel screening system. In the conditions of market economy, the quality of staff became the major factor, which determines survival and economic situation of the organizations in Russia. Qualitative recruitment provides the mode of normal functioning of the organization and lays the foundation for future success. The main aim of the study is to analyse organizational and managerial innovations in the recruitment and personnel system in LLC “Gazprom transgaz Tomsk”. Methods. Monographic method was used for studying the literature on the problem; interview was used for conversation with the psychologist of the organization to get necessary information on the subject; theoretical analysis was used to identify and review the individual signs of the re‐ cruitment system; hypothetical method was used to develop recommendations for studying the subject. Results. The authors have analyzed the stages of staff recruitment, organizational and managerial innovations in the personnel recruitment system in LLC “Gazprom transgaz Tomsk” and determined the list of personal qualities in case of employment in the company

Особенности строения и геофизическая характеристика юрских конгломератов восточной части Нюрольской впадины (Томская область)

Изучено положение в разрезах, особенности строения, условия накопления и разнообразие постседиментационных преобразований конгломератов из юрской продуктивной толщи восточного склона Нюрольской впадины (Томская область). Установлено, что базальные и внутриформационные конгломераты с содержанием обломков свыше 50 %, залегающие в подошвах циклитов, указывают на начало новых седиментационных циклов при усилении тектонической активности в областях сноса. Геофизические характеристики конгломератов не позволяют однозначно выделить их на каротажных диаграммах

Mongolia image realization aspects in the Russian internet-discourse

Статья посвящена исследованию лексической репрезентации образа Монголиив Интернет-дискурсе. Данная тема особо актуальна в современном мультикультурном обществе, когда основным средством общения между людьми становится Интернет. Цель статьи: выявить структуру образа Монголии в Интернет-дискурсе. Основные методы исследования: теоретический анализ научной литературы и лингвистический анализ текстов. В начале мы исследуем новостной субдискурс, далее - специфику туристического. В результате исследования мы делаем выводы о роли глаголов в текстах новостей и прилагательных - в описаниях Монголии на сайтах туристических компаний. Currently, we live in an open multicultural society, so we have to understand each other. Due to the modern trend that our life is flowing in The Global Net, it becomes essential to perceive other languages' concepts that are widely presented in social nets and support their availability. The present article examines lexical representation of Mongolia image in the Internet-discourse. The main paper aim is to find out the structure of Mongolia image. The described methodology includes a theoretical analysis of researches and linguistic text analysis. Firstly, we study news subdiscourse in the Internet. Secondly, we found a specific of tourist subdiscourse. As a result, we make some conclusions about the verb role in news and adjective value in tourist subdiscourse

Enterprise communication policy indicators analysis as a part of marketing audit

Об’єктом дослідження є процес маркетингового аудиту комунікаційної політики підприємства. Теоретичною основою та методичною базою даного дослідження виступають фундаментальні положення сучасного маркетингу, комунікаційної політики підприємства, напрацювання вчених, що стосуються теоретичних та прикладних засад проведення маркетингового аудиту та застосування рекламного менеджменту. В ході дослідження використовувались загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи, а саме: системно-функціональний підхід щодо дослідження сутності поняття «маркетинговий аудит», метод узагальнення, аналізу і синтезу, та монографічний метод. Запропоновано використання основних напрямків маркетингового аудиту комунікаційної політики підприємства, до яких треба віднести рекламу, зв’язки з громадськістю, стимулювання збуту, прямий маркетинг, участь у виставках, персональний продаж, спонсорську діяльність та інтегровані маркетингові комунікації. Доведено, що їх треба розглядати комплексно, враховуючи особливості і вплив на ефективність роботи підприємства. Маркетинговий аудит дає можливість здійснити порівняння різноманітних засобів комунікаційної політики і обрати найкращий варіант з урахуванням специфіки роботи підприємства. Завдяки цьому запропонована система маркетингових комунікацій ефективно впливає на цільову аудиторію, відповідає характеру запропонованого товару, образу компанії, дає можливість отримати найбільший економічний ефект та комунікативний вплив на споживачів. На відміну від розповсюдженого в Україні досвіду проведення маркетингового аудиту у вигляді контролінгу маркетингової діяльності, у дослідженні доводиться ефективність проведення аудиту за конкретними напрямками, зокрема комунікаційної політики підприємства. Такий підхід неодмінно буде корисним для проведення незалежного контролю діяльності українських підприємств. У роботі теоретичні положення доведені до рівня науково-практичних рекомендацій та можуть бути використані промисловими підприємствами для підвищення рівня ефективності комунікаційної діяльності шляхом проведення маркетингового аудиту
