With a view to interdisciplinary dialogue(s) between queer theory and disability studies, this article discusses the work of Bob Flanagan and his partner Sheree Rose. Specifically, it focuses on their queer S/M practices as a strategy of negotiating disability/pain, but also as a practice redefining notions of (disabled) embodiment. Vincenc Vinko Hlavinka and his Significance for Croatian Geodesy and Czechoslovak-Croatian Relationships

Građevinski inženjer i geodet Vincenc Vinko Hlavinka (1862–1934) nakon studija u Beču 23 je godine znanstveno djelovao u Zagrebu. Prikazane su njegove pedagoške aktivnosti i projekti te njegova važnost za razvoj geodezije i tehnike u Hrvatskoj, kao i njegove aktivnosti nakon povratka u Čehoslovačku, gdje je između ostalog radio kao profesor na Visokoj tehničkoj školi u Brnu. Hlavinka se nakon povratka u domovinu aktivno zalagao za razvoj čehoslovačko-hrvatskih veza, pa se posebno ističe njegovo djelovanje u udruzi Čehoslovačko-južnoslavenska liga, u kojoj je kao njezin predsjednik organizirao putovanja pojedinaca i grupa u Jugoslaviju, potaknuo osnivanje Južnoslavenskog učilišta u Brnu i pomagao hrvatskoj manjini u južnoj Moravskoj.The civil engineer and geodesist Vincenc Vinko Hlavinka (1862-1934) worked in Zagreb for 23 years after studying in Vienna. His pedagogical activities and projects are described, along with his significance for the development of geodesy and technology in Croatia and his activities after he returned to Czechoslovakia, where he was a professor at the Higher Technical School in Brno, among other things. Hlavinka was actively engaged after his return in the development of Czechoslovak-Croat relationships, and his efforts for the Czechoslovak-South Slavic League were particularly noted. Konstruování sexuální a genderové identity na přelomu devatenáctého a dvacátého století Disertace se zabývá procesem utváření sexuální a genderové identity na přelomu 19. a 20. století, přičemž její hlavní těžiště leží ve studiu sítě "technologií moci," které nutí subjekt k definování vlastní identity skrze jeden partikulární aspekt vlastní osobnosti - zde skrze touhu, sexualitu. Konstruování identity je tedy pojímáno ve vztahu k tzv. technologii sexu. Zároveň ovšem práce vychází z předpokladu, že účinky moci, které přiřazují subjekty k sexu, jsou genderově určené a rozlišené, a že navíc obdobné technologie moci přiřazují subjekty k normativním genderovým kategoriím. Formování sexuální identity nelze tedy sledovat bez vztahu k genderu a naopak. Autobiografické texty jsou analyzovány jako text performativní povahy, v jejichž rámci se identita utváří a formuje. To znamená, že texty je možno nazírat jako produkt interakce subjektu s mocí. Na druhé straně ovšem "performativní" hledisko umožňuje sledovat neurčenost a flexibilitu formulování vlastní identity. Queer Subjects and the Constructions of Gender and Sexual Identity at the Turn of the 19th Century The thesis examines the normative structures that shape and pre-determine the construction of the gender and sexual identities at the turn of the nineteenth century in the British context. The focus of the study is the critical investigation of the binary - heteronormative - logic that governs the formation of these identities. The concern with gender intelligibility (and the "matrix of intelligibility") reflects the thesis's critical engagement with the technology that subjects the possibilities of identification, and in fact forms of subjectivity, to logic of specific governance. Legal and criminalistic aspects of crime scene investigation in criminal proceedings

This diploma thesis deals with the legal and criminalistic aspects of crime scene investigation in criminal proceedings, This metod is specified in the current legal regulation of section 113, Act No. 141/1961 Coll., Czech Criminal Procedure Code. Crime scene investigation is one the basic procedural acts, which often provides the only information about the investigated crime. Further, this special method provides key evidence leading ultimately to a final decision in the criminal proceedings. There are high demands on criminal authorities to investigate the crime scene. A possible misconduct could lead to the unusability of the investigation of crime scene as evidence in criminal proceedings. This is also highlited by the nature of investigation of crime scene as an urgent and unrepeatable act. The text of this diploma thesis consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, there is general definition of crime scene investigation, its basic characteristics and principles. The following is a brief definition of the legal interpretation and a comparison to the upcoming version of criminal procedure code. The content of the other chapters are criminalistic-tactical principles applied in the actual investigation of the crime scene, from security measures to the inveestigation of crime scene itself....Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá právními a kriminalistickými aspekty ohledání místa činu v trestním řízení, jehož zakotvení se nachází v ustanovení § 113 zákona č. 141/1961 Sb., o trestním řízení soudním (trestní řád). Ohledání místa činu je jedním ze základních procesních úkonů, který mnohdy přináší jediné informace o prověřované události. Současně poskytuje též klíčové důkazy vedoucí ve svém důsledku až k pravomocnému rozhodnutí ve věci. Na provádění ohledání místa činu jsou na orgány činné v trestním řízení kladeny vysoké nároky. Možné pochybení by tak mohlo vést až k neúčinnosti ohledání jako důkazu v trestním řízení, a to ať už v podobě relativní či absolutní neúčinnosti. Toto je umocněno i povahou ohledání místa činu jako neodkladného a neopakovatelného úkonu. Text práce sestává ze tří základních částí. V prvních kapitolách je obecně pojednáno o institutu ohledání místa činu, jeho základních charakteristikách a zásadách. Následuje stručné vymezení zakotvení v právním řádu a komparace ve vztahu k připravovanému znění nového trestního řádu. Obsahem dalších kapitol jsou kriminalisticko-taktické zásady uplatňované při faktickém provádění ohledání místa činu od neodkladných a bezpečnostních opatření až po hodnocení průběhu a výsledků ohledání. Culpa in Contrahendo Resumé Cílem této práce je představení institutu předsmluvní odpovědnosti a jeho využití v praxi. Práce je zaměřena zejména na pozici zkoumaného institutu v českém právním řádu, jeho zařazením do systematiky jednotlivých zákonů před rekodifikací občanského práva a jeho výslovnou úpravu v zák. č. 89/2012 Sb., občanském zákoníku. Velká pozornost je také věnovaná rozhodnutím Nejvyššího soudu ČR a jeho postoji k aplikaci předsmluvní odpovědnosti v konkrétních případech. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol. První kapitola definuje pojem Culpa in contrahendo, popisuje její původ v práce německého geniálního právníka, Rudolfa von Jheringa a nastiňuje původ institutu v římském právu. V této kapitole je také popsán první případ předsmluvní odpovědnosti "Linoleumfall", který řešil Říšský soud. Kapitola obsahuje také přehled zakotvení předsmluvní odpovědnosti v zahraničních právních řádech. Druhá kapitola popisuje úpravu ustanovení předsmluvní odpovědnosti v českém právním řádu před rekodifikací občanského práva. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé skutkové podstaty, které obsahoval zák. č. 40/1964 Sb., občanský zákoník a zák. č. 513/1991 Sb., obchodní zákoník. The work focuses on the position of this institute in the Czech legislation, its classification in the system of laws before the recodification of civil law, and its express regulation in Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code. Much attention is devoted to rulings of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic and its approach to the application of pre-contractual liability in specific cases. The degree work is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter defines the term 'Culpa in contrahendo', describes its origin in the work of a German jurist of genius, Rudolf von Jhering, and outlines the origin of the institute in Roman law. In this chapter is also a description of the first case of pre-contractual liability, 'Linoleumfall', which was resolved by the Imperial Court. The chapter also contains an overview of instances of pre-contractual liability embodied in foreign judicial codes. ABILITY TO OBTAIN GRANT TITLES IN SELECTED RURAL MUNICIPALITIES

Příčiny úspěšnosti zisku dotačních titulů vybraných venkovských obcí Abstrakt Významným tématem členských států Evropské unie je rozvoj venkova. Pro Českou republiku se toto téma stalo aktuálním po vstupu do EU v roce 2004. Již před vstupem do EU měla Česká republiky možnost čerpat prostředky z předvstupních programů (např. PHARE, SAPARD), v období 2004-2006 mohla využívat všechny nástroje pro rozvoj evropského venkova. Specifikem programovacího období 2007-2013 je možnost čerpání prostředků v celé délce programovacího období a široké spektrum podpory. Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá příčinami úspěšnosti zisku dotačních titulů z Programu rozvoje venkova, Operačního programu Životní prostředí a Regionálního operačního programu NUTS II Jihozápad. Jejím cílem je analyzovat vliv příčin na zisk dotačních titulů z vybraných programů a zjistit, zda vzhled, geografická poloha a občanská a technická vybavenost obce ovlivňují objem finančních prostředků získaných z dotačních titulů. The uniqueness of the programming period 2007-2013 is the ability to draw funds in the entire length of the programming period, and a wide range of support. Application of Crisis Management in Moravia Open Tournaments

Import 02/11/2016V diplomové práci jsem se zaměřila na krizový management vybraného turnaje v Taekwon-Do ITF. Pro výzkum jsem si vybrala turnaj Moravia Open. Provedla jsem SWOT analýzu, identifikovala ohniska krizí, sestrojila krizovou matici a stanovila preventivní opatření pro nejzávažnější krize. Práce se týkala zejména organizace a průběhu turnaje. Cílem práce je identifikovat ohniska krizí a stanovit preventivní opatření. V závěru práce jsem stanovila svá doporučení.I focused on crisis management of Taekwon-Do ITF tournament. I chose tournament Moravia Open. I did SWOT analysis, identified a potential crises, made a matrix of crisis and then I set the possibilities of prevention. Multicriteria Assessment of Selected Philharmonic Orchestras in the Czech Republic

Diplomová práce je věnována zhodnocení vybraných filharmonií v České republice. Obsahem je nejen zhodnocení ekonomických ukazatelů, ale také technických. Provedeno je i subjektivní zhodnocení, zabývající se využíváním sociálních sítí a poskytováním slev na vstupné. Hlavním cílem práce je vícekriteriální posouzení činnosti filharmonií v České republice v letech 2015-2019. Prvním dílčím cílem je zhodnocení finančního hospodaření a soběstačnosti filharmonií. Z výsledků vyplývá, že v rámci finančního hodnocení si vedla hůře organizace se soukromým zakladatelem. Finanční soběstačnost za všechny organizace činila v průměru 30 %, avšak hypotéza založená na předpokladu, že soběstačnost bude ve všech letech a u všech organizací nejméně 13 % nebyla potvrzena. Druhým dílčím cílem je zhodnocení aktivity filharmonií na sociálních sítích Instagram a Facebook. Bylo zjištěno, že v průměru organizace využívají více Facebook, avšak není tomu tak u všech filharmonií. V rámci subjektivní zhodnocení získala nejlepší známku filharmonie se soukromým zakladatelem. Z výsledků vyplývá, že jednoznačně lépe z vícekriteriálního posouzení nevyšly ani příspěvkové organizace či obecně prospěšné společnosti. Výrazný rozdíl je ale mezi organizacemi dle zakladatele.The master thesis is focused on assessment of selected philharmonic orchestras in the Czech Republic. The content is not only assessment of economic indicators but also technical indicators. Consequently, the subjective assessment was made in the thesis as well based on evaluation of both social medias utilization and ticket discount offers. The main objective of this thesis is multi-criteria assessment of selected philharmonic orchestras in the Czech Republic in years 2015-2019. The first sub-objective is assessment of financial management and financial self-sustainability. The results show that the organization with private founder were worse on the financial side. Average financial self-sustainability of all organization was 30 %. However, the hypothesis that financial self-sustainability was at least 13 % was not confirmed. The second sub-objective is assessment of using social medias by philharmonics including Instagram and Facebook. The assessment revealed that organizations are more active on Facebook, but not all of them indeed. Further, the best evaluated organization in subjective assessment is philharmonic with private founder. The multi-criteria assessment did show any undisputed strengths of assessed organizations depending on legal status. Analysis of the Civil Registry Office Financing

Obsahem bakalářské práce je matriční činnost, její historie, vývoj a současná podoba v České republice. Hlavní problematikou práce je financování matričních úřadů, které je prováděno prostřednictvím příspěvku na matriční činnost, jenž je součástí příspěvku na výkon státní správy. Způsob rozdělování příspěvku prošel změnou, od roku 2020 je k příspěvku na matriční činnost, počítaného podle počtu obyvatel, přidána výkonová složka, tedy rozdělení financí dle počtu úkonů na matričním úřadu. V práci je srovnáno financování matričních úřadů do roku 2019 a financování od roku 2020. Bylo zjištěno, že do roku 2019 bylo financování matriční činnosti nehospodárné, kdy výše příspěvku na jeden prvozápis byla v každé obci odlišná, i v rozmezí tisíců. Od roku 2020 je nehospodárnost řešena sníženým základem příspěvku na matriční činnost dle počtu obyvatel a výkonové složky příspěvku. V práci jsou využity metody deskripce, výpočtu, analýzy a komparace.The content of the bachelor´s thesis is a Civil Registry Office, its history, evolution and current form in the Czech republic. The main issue of the thesis is the financing of the Civil Registry Office which is carried out with contribution for Civil Registry Office. Contribution for Civil Registry Office is a part of contribution for activities of Public Administration. The way of the distribution of contribution for activities of the Civil Registry Office has changed recently. From 2020, the contribution for activities of the Civil Registry Office which is calculated according to the number of inhabitants was augmented by an executive component. The executive component is a distribution of finance according to the number of operations in the register. The thesis describes the comparison of financing Civil Registry Offices in 2019 and 2020. It shows that until 2019 the financing of the Civil Registry Office was uneconomical. The amount of contribution for one operation was different in each town, in ranging thousands. From 2020, the inefficiency is being dealt with by a lower base of contribution for activities of the Civil Registry Office according to the number of inhabitants and the executive component.
