Pengaruh Insentif Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan CV Suka Alam (Kaliwatu Rafting) Kota Batu, Jawa Timur)

This study was conducted to observe of the impact of incentives and motivation on employee performance, which is an important issue in a number of organizations. This research is explanatory research, where researchers conducted observations in research data collection and record data such as presence, analyze and explaining the data. The study took place in CV Suka Alam (Kaliwatu Rafting) Batu by taking all employees as the population. It is based on the total number of employees who only reached 104 people. So that the sampling in this study randomized and the amount of samples taken for 83 respondents. The purpose of this research is to understand the significant effect of incentives and motivation on employee performance in CV Suka Alam (Kaliwatu Rafting) Batu partially. And to investigate the incentives and motivation have a significant influences on employee performances. Overall this study it can be concluded that the independent variables have a significant impact on employee performance do simultaneously and partially. From here it can be seen that both the independent variables were the most dominant influence on employee performance is incentives because it has highest beta coefficient and t quantification

Persepsi Siswa Tentang Pengelolaan Kelas di Kelas X Akuntansi Smk Kristen Immanuel 2 Sungai Raya

This research is aimed at finding out the students' perceptions about classroom management by the teacher on the subjects of accounting basics. This research is used descriptive method which aims to explain or to describe objectively about " The students' perceptions towards classroom management by the teacher on the subjects of accounting basics on the tenth grade students of Accounting class of SMK Kristen Immanuel 2 Sungai Raya with 76 students of the tenth grade students of Accounting class as the population. The result shows that most of the indicators such as skills responsiveness, divided attention, behavioral modification and the cleanliness of classroom environment has been fulfilled by the teacher, but some indicators such as group management, the beauty of the classroom environment , classroom decor and the students' seating arrangements still have not fulfilled effectively by teacher on the subjects of accounting basics

Analisis Faktor-faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian Dan Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Notebook Merek Acer (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Universitas Diponegoro)

Consumer perception about notebook product is a variated, this condition based on consumer need is referred that will exploit existing facility at a notebook. Generally, consumer buys a notebook product based on some considerations for example price, brand and product quality. If the product that the of exceed its expectation, consumer will satisfied and possibility will submit the good things about the products to others people. This research aims to analyze the factors that have an effect on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction on Acer notebook. Data collecting in this research use questionnaire , that was distributed to 110 students from Diponegoro University that have a Acer notebook.Technique sample uses accidental sampling method. The data obtained are then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on research result is obtained that brand image not has an effect on to purchasing decision Acer notebook, while the product quality and price have an effect on purchasing decision Acer notebook. Despitefully also, the product quality and purchasing decision Acer notebook have an effect on consumer satisfaction

Determination of acrylamide levels in selected commercial and traditional foods in Syria

Purpose: To determine acrylamide (AA) levels in different brands of commercial and traditional foodstuffs available in Syria by ultra-performance liquid  chromatography-mass spectrometery (UPLCMS).Methods: A total of 63 samples were analyzed. Food samples were defatted by hexane and then extracted with methanol 98 % in a vortex mixer. Thereafter, Carrez I and Carrez II were added to precipitate proteins from the co-extractives and then centrifuged to obtain a clear aqueous extract that was evaporated to dryness. The extract was dissolved in 1 mL of water, eluted through a preconditioned Oasis HLB cartridge and then filtered. The filtrate was analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS to determine AA content.Results: Among the commercial foods tested, the highest acrylamide quantity was found in potato products (396 ± 3.59 – 1844 ± 5.29 μg kg−1) and the lowest in corn products (183 ± 2.64 – 366 ± 4.58 μg kg−1). This was followed by biscuits (57 ± 2.64 – 1433 ± 2.51 μg kg−1), breakfast cereals (121 ± 8.73 – 245 ± 3.60 μg kg−1), bread (119 ± 1.73 – 263 ± 3.60 μg kg−1) and then coffee (113 ± 2.64 - 64 ± 3.05 μg kg−1). Regarding traditional foods, the highest level of AA was found in AL- Mshabak (481 ± 2.08 μg kg−1) and AL-Awamat (421 ± 2.64 μg kg−1) followed by AL-Namora (282 ± 4.35 μg kg−1) and AL-Kenafa (242 ± 2.64 μg kg−1). It was also observed that the lowest amount of AA was in fried bread (230 μg kg−1), AL-Fatayer (192 ± 3.51 μg kg−1) and AL-Baqlawa (172 ± 4.35 μg kg−1) while Eid Aqras (130 ± 4.58 μg kg−1) and AL-Brazeq (167 ± 3.78 μg kg−1) contained the least amount of AA.Conclusion: The results indicate that the highest levels of AA are found in the most commonly consumed foods. On Scores, Losing Scores and Total Scores in Hypertournaments

A $k$-hypertournament is a complete $k$-hypergraph with each $k$-edge endowed with an orientation, that is, a linear arrangement of the vertices contained in the edge. In a $k$-hypertournament, the score $s_{i}$ (losing score $r_{i}$) of a vertex $v_{i}$ is the number of arcs containing $v_{i}$ in which $v_{i}$ is not the last element (in which $v_{i}$ is the last element). The total score of $v_{i}$ is defined as $t_{i}=s_{i}-r_{i}$. In this paper we obtain stronger inequalities for the quantities $\sum_{i\in I}r_{i}$, $\sum_{i\in I}s_{i}$ and $\sum_{i\in I}t_{i}$, where $I\subseteq \{ 1,2,\ldots,n\}$. Furthermore, we discuss the case of equality for these inequalities. We also characterize total score sequences of strong $k$-hypertournaments

Anthrax Outbreak of Ostrich Farm in The Regency of Purwakarta, West Java, Indonesia

An anthrax outbreak in ostrich farm in the Regency of Purwakarta, West Java occurred in late of 1999. It is belived that the case as the first reported anthrax outbreak of ostrich in Indonesia. A total number of 254 head of ostriches have had succumbed of the disease and the death of ostriches has actually been commenced in August, 1999 until December, 1999. The anthrax diagnosis has been confirmed laboratorically by the Research Institute for Veterinary Science (RIVS), Bogor, West Java. It was found that 59 out of 130 pieces of processed ostrich skin samples were positive Bacillus anthracis. Whereas, 4 soil samples and 37 frozen meats offals and body fat samples were all negative. In parallel of the outbreak of anthrax in Purwakarta, special action have to be forced into the community as far as the veterinary policy of the Republic of Indonesia in concerned.   Key words: Anthrax, ostrich, Purwakarta, outbrea

HR-EBSD analysis of in situ stable crack growth at the micron scale

Understanding the local fracture resistance of microstructural features. such as brittle inclusions, coatings, and interfaces at the microscale under complex loading conditions is critical for microstructure-informed design of materials. In this study, a novel approach has been formulated to decompose the J-integral evaluation of the elastic energy release rate to the three-dimensional stress intensity factors directly from experimental measurements of the elastic deformation gradient tensors of the crack field by in situ high (angular) resolution electron backscatter diffraction (HR-EBSD).
