This study aimed at considering the Methological Convertion of Educatiow Law Study (abbreviated as ELS). Now, we found that the methology of ELS has some problems those that follws 1) Using methology of ELS, we cannot correspond to new educational problems. 2) Considering modern Sociological Study Progress, we found that the present methology of ELS is and old fashion one. The primary aim of this study is to analyes the educational science controvesy (abbreviated as ESC) in today\u27s China. In China, after \u27Great Culture Revolution\u27 (1967-1976) ESC was generated. ESC is essentially the Controversy about \u27Educational Essence\u27 (abbreviated as CEE). CEE has some theories.
