    IDENTIFICATION AND ESTIMATION OF NONPARAMETRIC STRUCTURAL

    This paper concerns a new statistical approach to instrumental variables (IV) method for nonparametric structural models with additive errors. A general identifying condition of the model is proposed, based on richness of the space generated by marginal discretizations of joint density functions. For consistent estimation, we develop statistical regularization theory to solve a random Fredholm integral equation of the first kind. A\ minimal set of conditions are given for consistency of a general regularization method. Using an abstract smoothness condition, we derive some optimal bounds, given the accuracies of preliminary estimates, and show the convergence rates of various regularization methods, including (the ordinary/iterated/generalized) Tikhonov and Showalter's methods. An application of the general regularization theory is discussed with a focus on a kernel smoothing method. We show an exact closed form, as well as the optimal convergence rate, of the kernel IV estimates of various regularization methods.     A Local Instrumental Variable Estimation Method for Generalized Additive Volatility Models

    We investigate a new separable nonparametric model for time series, which includes many ARCH models and AR models already discussed in the literature. We also propose a new estimation procedure based on a localization of the econometric method of instrumental variables.     Nonparametric estimation of homogeneous functions

Using a local linear approach, we examine two ways of nonparametrically estimating f: (i) a “direct” approach and (ii) a “projection based” approach. We show that depending upon the nature of the conditional variance , one approach may be asymptotically better than the other.     A Case Study for Technical and Vocational Education and Training Professional Development Training in Untact Era: Focusing on Official Development Assistance Project in Botswana

    The prolonged COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the TVET professional development training, which was planned to be carried out in a face-to-face manner. This study aims to examine TVET professional development training based on the ADDIE model and provide implications for ODA and TVET professional development training in the post-COVID era. In this case study, a TVET training program for Botswana was developed based on the ADDIE model in an untact environment. Accordingly, the performance activities for each phase of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation were analyzed, and based on this, implications for ODA and TVET were provided. This study identified the applicability of non-face-to-face education in the ODA project. Also, this study explored how to develop systematic and dimensional programs based on the ADDIE model in a non-face-to-face manner. In addition, sustainability could be secured through cooperative partnerships between donor and beneficiary countries from the perspective of SDGs Goal
