The role of the quality production process of the business entitles in volatile environment

The purpose of the article is to develop the conditions to improve innovation activity of the business entities and find the source of the macroeconomic dynamics. The presented article determines coordination between the positions of general and strategic management in the field of total quality management of a business entity to achieve continuous improvement in all areas of business. The foundation of the submitted work serves the idea of total quality management spread over the strategic planning inside a business structure in terms of institutional transformation of the national economy. This article describes the effects of the company’s financial improvement resulting from implementation of the quality tools into the strategic planning system of the industrial business structures. Systematization of progressive indicators of industrial enterprises' sustainable development

The relevance of the study is conditioned by the modern trends of economic development which suggest that the sustainability of production is possible to provide, while maintaining and enhancing the natural and ecological environment, by looking qualitatively new, revolutionary opportunities, associated with the use of resource-saving and energy-saving technologies, as well as alternative, reproducible sources of industrial activity, the creation of favorable ecological, economic and social conditions for the accumulation and realization of human capital. The purpose of the paper is to systematize progressive indicators of the sustainability of the development of industrial enterprises aimed at increasing the competitiveness of products, the use of innovative energy and resource-saving technologies, minimizing waste generation. The leading method to the study of this problem is the index method, which allows us to consider this problem as a purposeful and organized process to increase the sustainability of the development of industrial enterprises. The paper gives an assessment of the current state of energy consumption of industrial enterprises; a set of progressive indicators of the sustainability of industrial enterprises is suggested. The practical value is that the results of the research make it possible to regulate the sustainable development of industrial enterprises in a better and more targeted way by applying innovative forms of energy and resource saving and can be used in the framework of sector programs, they are of interest to state statistics bodies, as well as ministries and agencies which are responsible for strategic analysis and planning

Designing a model of interaction of economic resources in the quantization conditions of economic area

The authors have developed a target model of interaction of economic resources in the quantization conditions, allowing to identify the type and stages of interaction at the current time. The results of the research have a wide range of applications in the development of specific manifestations of economic regularities by researchers, practicians working in the field of economics

Recommended practices for improving the competitiveness of the Russian education services market under the conditions of the international educational integration

In the article the research and methodological practices are proposed for improving the competitiveness of the Russian education services market under the conditions of international educational integration at the federal (legal and regulatory, organizational and pedagogical, organizational and methodological program), regional (legal and regulatory, organizational and administrative, organizational and methodological, and socially-pedagogical program) and university levels (legal and regulatory, organizational and administrative, socially-pedagogical, learning and teaching, and information-technology program). The proposed recommendations in the article are of practical value for international departments of higher education institutions in order to optimize the processes of Russian universities entering into the international educational space

The analysis of regional development on the basis of corporate structures’ activity

Modern conditions upgrade issues concerning the search of ways to develop and increase activity efficiency of large-scale industrial associations that possess a high concentration of material and scientific resources, and influence significantly both a certain economic sector or region and the country’s development in general. This paper aims to substantiate author’s techniques to define the impact of corporate entities on a regional social-economic sphere. The authors have highlighted main features of Russian corporate entities and possible forms of ownership. Types of regions and their features the consideration of which is necessary to evaluate regional development are presented on the basis of the author’s estimation procedure. The factor analysis made the foundation for a rating assessment of corporate entities impact on the region; it allowed to estimate quantitatively corporations’ activity and the level of regional development at a certain time period. The paper is intended for heads of regions, top‑managers, researchers dealing with issues of corporate entities’ and regional economy development

Investigation of the Influence of Particle Size Distribution of Powder Materials on the Properties of SOEC Cermet Cathode

The work is aimed at studying the patterns of cathode sintering depending on the granulometric composition of powder materials. It is shown that a decrease in the average diameter of the used zirconium dioxide powder leads to a decrease in the cathode porosity

Observation of an Excited Bc+ State

Using pp collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 8.5 fb-1 recorded by the LHCb experiment at center-of-mass energies of s=7, 8, and 13 TeV, the observation of an excited Bc+ state in the Bc+π+π- invariant-mass spectrum is reported. The observed peak has a mass of 6841.2±0.6(stat)±0.1(syst)±0.8(Bc+) MeV/c2, where the last uncertainty is due to the limited knowledge of the Bc+ mass. It is consistent with expectations of the Bc∗(2S31)+ state reconstructed without the low-energy photon from the Bc∗(1S31)+→Bc+γ decay following Bc∗(2S31)+→Bc∗(1S31)+π+π-. A second state is seen with a global (local) statistical significance of 2.2σ (3.2σ) and a mass of 6872.1±1.3(stat)±0.1(syst)±0.8(Bc+) MeV/c2, and is consistent with the Bc(2S10)+ state.
