Dissolution of Muslim Marriage in India: An Analytical Study
The concept of marriage and divorce in Muslim law is based on ancient perspectives and a historical perspective among Muslims. Personal law, which contains the Quran (holy book of Muslims), Sunnat (traditions), Ijma (consensus), and Qiyas (analogical deductions). Quran is the most important source in Muslim Law. Marriage is seen as a civil contract in Muslim law. Nikah and muta marriages are two different types of Muslim marriages. Both the likely husband and wife must fulfill various significant conditions before entering into a Nikah marriage, such as the age of majority, the parties' permission, Mehr, and so on. Because Muslim marriage is a civil contract, one party makes an offer, which is accepted by the other. Divorce by husband, by wife, by mutual consent, and by judicial order are the four types of divorce in Muslim Law

Anemia in antenatal patients and its outcome: an experience in tertiary care centre
Background: Anemia is the most common hematological abnormality detected during the pregnancy and forms a major problem in affecting the females especially in the developing countries. Methods: All pregnant females with clinical evidence of anemia without any other co-morbidity attending the antenatal clinic were included in the study. Patients were studied in terms of the age, parity, inter-pregnancy spacing, type of pregnancy, post-partum outcome along with the biochemical tests like peripheral blood picture, hemoglobin estimation, and serum ferritin levels. Results: Total no. of patients was 500, age ≤20 years were 60 and ≥35 years were 107, mild anemia (10-10.9 gm%) 160, moderate anemia (7-10 gm%) 250, severe anemia (<7 gm%) 90. Normal vaginal delivery with medio-lateral episiotomy was done in 385 patients, normal vaginal delivery without medio-lateral episiotomy in 35 while lower-segment caesarean section in 80 patients. Pre-term delivery was done in 95 patients, post-term delivery in 20. 90 babies delivered were low-birth weight (<2500 gm), antepartum hemorrhage was seen in 10 patients while 20 patients had Post-partum hemorrhage. Conclusions: The present study concludes that anemia is still rampant in the society especially in pregnant women. The main cause of anemia-in-pregnancy is still the iron deficiency anemia. The peripheral blood picture, hemoglobin estimation, and serum ferritin levels form the basic pillars in the evaluation of the etiology and type of anemia. The multiple government sponsored facilities are to be made available to each pregnant female and that requires community, government as well as healthcare professional’s participation
Numerical Simulation of a Time-Dependent Electroviscous and Hybrid Nanofluid with Darcy-Forchheimer Effect between Squeezing Plates
In this article, the behavior of transient electroviscous fluid flow is investigated through squeezing plates containing hybrid nanoparticles. A hybrid nanofluid MoS2+Au/C2H6O2−H2O was formulated by dissolving the components of an inorganic substance such as molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) and gold (Au) in a base fluid of ethylene glycol/water. This hybrid non-liquid flow was modeled by various nonlinear mathematical fluid flow models and subsequently solved by numerical as well as analytical methods. For the numerical solution of nonlinear ODEs, a built-in function BVP4C was used in MATLAB, and the same problem was solved in MATHEMATICA by HAM. The result of the present problem related to the results obtained from the existing literature under certain conditions. The outcomes revealed that the concentration profiles were more sensitive to homogeneity diversity parameters. The simulation of the various physical parameters of the model indicated that the heat transfer through a mixture of hybrid nanofluids was greater than a simple nanofluid. In addition, the phenomenon of mixed convection was considered to improve the velocity of simple nanofluids and hybrid nanofluids, when both cases have low permeability. A rise in the volume fraction of the nanomaterials, Φ, was associated with an increase in the heat transfer rate. It was observed that the heat transfer rate of the hybrid nanofluids MoS2+Au/C2H6O2−H2O was higher than that of the single nanofluids MoS2/C2H6O2−H2O.We acknowledge the insightful comments of the editorial board to improve this work. Effect of clopidogrel on the hydroxylation and sulfoxidation of omeprazole
Based upon the known potential interaction between omeprazole (OMP) and clopidogrel (CLOP), the current study was designed to evaluate the effect of CLOP on disposition of OMP and its two major metabolites, 5-hy- droxyomeprazole (5-OH-OMP) and omeprazole sulfone (OMP-S) in healthy clinical subjects. A randomized, open label, 2-period, crossover study was designed. Twelve volunteers were selected, of whom eight were extensive metabolizers (EM) of CYP2C19 and 4 were poor metabolizers (PM). They received single dose of OMP either alone or in combination with CLOP (single dose) and samples were collected periodically to calculate various pharmacokinetic parameters. Changes in most of the pharmacokinetic parameters of OMP, 5-OH-OMP and OMP- S were insignificant (P ˃ 0.05) both in EM and PM except for the maximum concentration (Cmax) of 5-OH-OMP and OMP-S in EM. The OMP Cmax and AUC0-∞ was increased both in EM and PM after concomitant administration of OMP with CLOP. The 5-OH-OMP Cmax was decreased in both EM and PM, demonstrating that CLOP inhibits hydroxylation of OMP. The OMP-S Cmax and AUC0-∞ were increased both in EM and PM showing that CLOP may induce sulfoxidation of OMP. It was concluded that CLOP may inhibit hydroxylation of OMP to a greater extent in EM than in PM, leading to higher OMP Cmax and AUC0-∞. Furthermore, the sulfoxidation of OMP may also be induced by CLOP. So, it is suggested that both these drugs should be carefull prescribed together to avoid any harm to the patients. Assessing adaptation of the psychometric properties of the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12) using the Rasch Measurement Model among Indian teenagers
The General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12) is widely accepted as an instrument used to examine diagnosable psychiatric disorders. It is also routinely used as a measure of psychological morbidity. This study aimed to assess and establish the psychometric properties of the GHQ-12 among Indian teenagers. The tool was administered to 212 adolescents aged from 12 to 18 years. Following two-stage cluster sampling, the data were collected from Aligarh district, India. Fleiss Kappa analysis was used to determine test reliability and showed an overall value of 0.94, based on the rater agreement for the instrument. Furthermore, the Rasch measurement model was used, with values of 0.79 and 0.83 for person and item reliability, respectively. Moreover, the value of unidimensionality was found to be 37.9%. Additionally, item fit statistics and item analysis were conducted for the instrument. Based on the preliminary data and findings, the study provides primary evidence for the reliability and validity of GHQ-12. Hence, the questionnaire can lead to more multi-site studies in India
Numerical Analysis of Unsteady Hybrid Nanofluid Flow Comprising CNTs-Ferrousoxide/Water with Variable Magnetic Field
The introduction of hybrid nanofluids is an important concept in various engineering and industrial applications. It is used prominently in various engineering applications, such as wider absorption range, low-pressure drop, generator cooling, nuclear system cooling, good thermal conductivity, heat exchangers, etc. In this article, the impact of variable magnetic field on the flow field of hybrid nano-fluid for the improvement of heat and mass transmission is investigated. The main objective of this study is to see the impact of hybrid nano-fluid (ferrous oxide water and carbon nanotubes) CNTs-Fe3O4, H2O between two parallel plates with variable magnetic field. The governing momentum equation, energy equation, and the magnetic field equation have been reduced into a system of highly nonlinear ODEs by using similarity transformations. The parametric continuation method (PCM) has been utilized for the solution of the derived system of equations. For the validity of the model by PCM, the proposed model has also been solved via the shooting method. The numerical outcomes of the important flow properties such as velocity profile, temperature profile and variable magnetic field for the hybrid nanofluid are displayed quantitatively through various graphs and tables. It has been noticed that the increase in the volume friction of the nano-material significantly fluctuates the velocity profile near the channel wall due to an increase in the fluid density. In addition, single-wall nanotubes have a greater effect on temperature than multi-wall carbon nanotubes. Statistical analysis shows that the thermal flow rate of (Fe3O4-SWCNTs-water) and (Fe3O4
-MWCNTs-water) rises from 1.6336 percent to 6.9519 percent, and 1.7614 percent to 7.4413 percent, respectively when the volume fraction of nanomaterial increases from 0.01 to 0.04. Furthermore, the body force accelerates near the wall of boundary layer because Lorentz force is small near the squeezing plate, as the current being almost parallel to the magnetic field. The work of U.F.-G. has been supported by the government of the Basque Country for the ELKARTEK21/10 KK-2021/00014 and ELKARTEK20/78 KK-2020/00114 research programs, respectively
Electroviscous Effect of Water-Base Nanofluid Flow between Two Parallel Disks with Suction/Injection Effect
This article, investigates the behaviour of an ionized nanoliquid motion regarding heat transmission between two parallel discs. In the proposed model, the squeezing flow of Cu-water nanofluid with electrical potential force is analysed for studying the flow properties and an uniform magnetic field is applied to that fluid, by taking the surface of the bottom disc porous. We have also studied the effects of different nanomaterials on the transmission of heat through nanofluids. Furthermore, the influence of various physical parameters in the proposed model of nanofluids flow like volume fraction of nanomaterials, squeezing number, Hartmann number, Eckert number, and Prandtl number are analysed and discussed quantitatively through various tables and graphs. The system of nonlinear partial differential equations (PDE’s) has been used to formulate the proposed flow model and later converted to a set of nonlinear ODE’s by mean similarity transformation. Further, the reduced form of ODEs has been solved by Parametric Continuation Method (PCM), which is a stable numerical scheme. The outcomes obtained from the proposed model could also be used to analyse nanofluid flow in several fields, such as polymer processing, power transfer and hydraulic lifts. We acknowledge the insightful comments of the editorial board to make this work more beautiful.
