    Psychological and pedagogical problems of development of talent among schoolchildren

    Topicality of the problem under study is driven by the need to implement a mission of a modern state to create an effective education system, providing conditions for teaching and development of gifted children. On the other hand, it is based on the insufficient study of factors determining the updating of psychological and pedagogical problems relating to the development of talent among pupils of comprehensive secondary schools. The aim of the article is to produce the theoretical analysis of existing methodological approaches to the problem of talent in the psychological and pedagogical literature and the analysis of the results of the study carried out among administrative and pedagogical staff of educational organizations. The leading study method of the aforementioned problem is questionnaire, which makes it possible, using an experiment and research approach, to reveal factors determining the updating of psychological and pedagogical problems relating to the development of talent among pupils of comprehensive secondary schools. The article outlines factors received during the study, determining the updating of psychological and pedagogical problems relating to the development of talent among pupils of comprehensive secondary schools – terminological disorder in defining the basic notion of “talent”, lack of objective criteria and indices to diagnose talent among children; lack of research of mechanisms to develop talent, shortage of effective models of interaction among higher vocational and general education establishments to implement educational programmes, aimed at developing talent among schoolchildren. The materials of the article can be used by administrative and pedagogical staff to draw up and introduce models of interaction among higher vocational and general education establishments to implement educational programmes, aimed at developing talent among schoolchildren. © 2016 Khamatnurov, Dudina and Chistik

    Experience of modeling skill of memorizing short stories as a part of the development of neuro-linguistic programming techniques

    The urgency of the problem under investigation is due to the interest of researchers to study the intellectual structures, namely the simulation of human mental activity, in particular, to the peculiarities of storing various content information. The purpose of the article is the realization of models, technologies memorization of short stories (“jokes”), based on a play on words, meaning unexpected resolutions, modern associations, etc. The leading approach to the study of this problem is the modeling procedure developed as a part of neuro-linguistic programming, which allows to identify and systematically describe the technology of storing short stories, and a method to the study of this problem was the experiment on memorization and reproduction of short stories based on simulated mental skills to identify the psychological characteristics this skill. The article presents the stages of development and testing of models, as well as the very model of storing short stories. Materials of the article may be useful for researchers who study memory processes, for teachers interested in learning more efficient memory technologies, as well as for a wide range of readers who want to learn the skill of memorization of short stories. © 2016 Dudina, Khamatnurov and Trubetskaya

    Approaches to monitoring of competences and qualifications

    The relevance of the analyzed issue is caused by the need to assess the state of competences and qualifications in the labor market in the region. The purpose of the article is the substantiation of approaches to the integrated monitoring training status, conditions of formation and use of labor, the results of which will complement the statistics. The leading approach to the study of this issue is the development of a new monitoring methodology to identify the qualitative characteristics of the labor force in the quantitative parameters. Results: the authors have developed conceptual approaches and structural elements of quality monitoring of labor at regional level. The identified shortcomings of existing competences and qualifications of monitoring techniques necessitated the search for other approaches to the assessment of the real state of the qualitative characteristics of the labor force in the labor market, as collected data can significantly affect the results of the personnel forecast and formation of labor potential management strategies. The study was proposed to focus on improving the quality of personnel management departments of large and medium-sized organizations in the region to solve the problem of the interaction between the education system and employers. The data of the article may be useful for research organizations and regional governance structures in the development of medium- and long-term development programs of labor potential. © 2016 Simonova et al

    The teacher-leader of the secondary school in the public consciousness of students

    The problem of pedagogical leadership is more and more actualized at the present time. The teacher must turn into a pedagogical leader capable of developing in students the desire for self-management, the ability to self-improvement, and self-leadership. The system of professional personality traits of a secondary school teacher, which determines the results of his teaching and educational activities that would make it possible to identify him as a teacher-leader, has not been revealed by research in domestic and foreign pedagogy until now. These questions are the purpose of our study.В настоящее время все более актуализируется проблема педагогического лидерства. Преподаватель должен превратиться в педагогического лидера, способного развивать у обучающихся стремление к управлению собой, способность к самосовершенствованию, самолидерству. Следует отметить, что до настоящего времени в отечественной и зарубежной педагогике не выявлена исследовательским путем система профессиональных свойств личности учителя средней общеобразовательной школы, детерминирующая такие результаты его учебно-воспитательной деятельности, которые позволяли бы идентифицировать его как педагога-лидера. Рассмотрение этих вопросов является целью нашего исследования
