    This study aims to investigate the effect of tutoring on student learning outcomes. This study employed a descriptive and quantitative approach. The population of this research was the first year students of the Mathematics Education Study Program for the 2019/2020 academic year. The research sample was 50 students, selected by purposive sampling from four classes of students. Data collection was conducted using the test instrument for student learning outcomes before and after the tutoring. The data were analyzed using the t-test. The results showed that there was a significant effect of tutoring on student learning outcomes in the differential calculus course. Tutoring activities outside of lecture activities need to be continued in other courses in future lectures

    Human resources play an important role in an organization or company because human resources are the driving force for a company and the good of a company can be judged from the quality of existing human resources in a company. This study aims to determine how work discipline, competence and work motivation affect employee performance. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach, the analytical tool used in this study uses the IBM SPSS version 2.5.0. The data used are secondary data and primary data. The sample in this study were all employees of Perumda BPR Bank Purworejo who accessed 55 employees. Methodology of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study can be seen that the work discipline variable has no significant effect on employee performance, the competency variable has a significant effect on employee work productivity, and the work motivation variable has a significant effect on employee work productivity

    Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Dialogic Reading berbantuan media gambar terhadap penguasaan kosakata dan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas IV SD segugus 6 center Kabupaten Takalar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu quasi eksperimental dengan desain penelitian Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN No. 39 Center Palleko yan berjumlah 27 siswa dan SDN No. 167 Inp. Malewang yang berjumlah 24 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes tertulis. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji independent sampel t test. Menunjukkan nilai rata-rata siswa pada kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model Dialogic Reading berbantuan media gambar untuk penguasaan kosakata yaitu 76.85, sedangkan pada kelas control dengan pembelajaran konvensional yaitu 71.04. Sama halnya nilai rata-rata siswa untuk membaca pemahaman, pada kelas eksperimen yaitu 8-.19, sedangkan pada kelas control yaiutu 66.48, dari hasil tersebut dapat dilihat adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan model Dialogic Reading berbantuan media gambar dengan kelas control yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Dialogic Reading berbantuan media gamar terhadap penguasaan kosakata dan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas IV segugus 6 center kabupaten Takalar. Penelitian ini diharapkan model Dialogic Reading dapat menjadi salah satu alternative model pembelajaran di sekolah

    Advances in industrial technology 4.0 provide many changes in today's life. One example attached to the advancement of industrial technology 4.0 is the use of communication, transactions, even to the level of education using the acceleration of information technology. Some sectors have used advances in information technology such as the government sector, the industrial sector and even the world of education. This is because the greater the influence of the use of information technology to accelerate the transformation of each sector that uses it. But on the other hand, advances in information technology, apart from having a positive impact, also have a negative impact. As a real example of the positive impact, namely in the education sector, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of technology could be felt, as far as learning could be close to existing learning videos. However, one of the challenges is that advances in information technology also have a negative impact in the field of education, namely the dependence of students or students to spend more time playing online games (e-sports). So that it can affect the results of student learning achievement. Therefore, the research method that will be used is to use the classification of the influence of e-sports on student learning outcomes using the Nave Bayes algorithm which is optimized using particle swarm optimization. In its implementation, it was found that some students experienced decreased learning outcomes and some increased, of course this was influenced by several factors, both internal and external to the students themselves. The implementation of the algorithm used in this study obtained a sufficient level of classification with an AUC (area under classification) value of 0.792 and an accuracy value of 75.95

    Y4Al2O9 has been synthesized by means of the citrate-nitrate sol-gel combustion method using yttrium (III) nitrate and aluminium (III) nitrate. DTA/TG analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD), FT-IR and 27Al magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance (MAS NMR) measurements were used to characterize the phase decomposition, weight loss of the sample, the crystal structure and phase formation of the Y4Al2O9 material. XRD shows the Y4Al2O9 starts to crystallize at low temperature, 700°C, with an average particle size around 49 nm

    The structural of the mixture of Y2O3-Al2O3 has been studied using X-ray diffraction and 27Al MAS NMR. The sample was synthesized by high energy ball milling process. The polycrystalline YAM powder was form together with impurity YAP and Y2O3 when heated at 1100oC as confirm by XRD and NMR. Increasing heating temperature up to 1400oC did not seem enough to completely transform Y2O3 and α-Al2O3 into YAM phase as the grain growth occur and increase the diffusion distance in solid state reaction

    Trends of parallel microstructure and magnetic properties evolution in Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4

    The present paper reports on an effort to expose and scientifically explain the microstructure–magnetic properties relationship as they evolve with increasing sintering temperature. Mechanical alloying was used to prepare cobalt–zinc ferrite nanoparticles with sintering temperature from 800 to 1,350 °C with 50 °C increment. The microstructure of the samples was observed using a field emission scanning electron microscope, and the magnetic parameters, such as the real permeability and loss factor, were measured at room temperature in the frequency range from 10 MHz to 1.0 GHz using an Agilent 4291B impedance/material analyzer. The B–H hysteresis of the samples was investigated using a MATS-2010SD Static Hysteresisgraph. From the results, the real permeability and loss factor were observed to increase up to 1,250 °C. These increases corresponded to increases in grain size and are mainly due to easier domain wall movement. However, due to zinc loss, μ′ and μ′′ as well as the saturation induction decreased from 1,300 to 1,350 °C. The coercivity increased up to 850 °C and decreased with increasing temperature. This increasing-to-decreasing coercivity trend corresponded well with the single- to multi-domain grain size transition marked by critical grain size at about 0.13 μm

    27Al magic angle spinning (MAS) NMR has been used at two fields (8.45 T and 14.1 T) to follow the optimisation of a sol-gel process to produce yttrium aluminium garnet, Y3Al5O12 (YAG), at moderate temperatures. 27Al MAS NMR is shown to be a highly sensitive tool to determine the presence of the impurity phase, yttrium aluminium perovskite, YAlO3. Single phase, polycrystalline YAG has been successfully synthesized, using this modified sol-gel process, at temperatures as low as 800◦C. Chemical shifts, quadrupolar coupling constants and asymmetry parameters are reported for the tetrahedral and octahedral aluminium sites of YAG
